Nord de Palma District : locations de villas de vacances

Wir haben in der Unterkunft eine Woche gelebt. Marta und der Eigentümer sind sehr sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Marta hat uns am Anfang willkommen geheißen und uns die Villa gezeigt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause - es fehlt an nichts. 😊 Es gibt von allem genügend egal ob Geschirr, Kissen oder Handtücher. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass die Villa im Grünen liegt zwischen unzähligen Olivenbäumen. Auch der Pool samt den Liegen (sehr bequeme Liegen) ist sehr einladend. 🥰 Wir haben uns zudem auch sehr sicher gefühlt, da die Villa eingezäunt und die Zufahrt mit Toren ausgestattet sind. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre und konnten flexibel Ein- und Ausgehen/-fahren. Check-In sowie Check-Out konnten auch sehr einfach und schnell abgewickelt werden. 😎 Die Villa liegt ca. in Inselmitte und bietet tolle Tageausflüge an egal ob zum wandern in den Norden oder z.B nach Palma (20-25 min mit dem Auto). Einen Supermarkt erreicht man in ca. 5 min

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern sehr schön. Die Kommunikation war wirklich top hab innerhalb paar Minuten eine Antwort erhalten. Kann die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen und bietet alles, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern und bietet genug Platz für acht Personen. Wir konnten eigenständig einchecken und durften am letzten Tag noch etwas länger bleiben, was die Abreise wirklich entspannt hat.

Het huis van Miquel en Pere in Cala D’or is in een woord fantastisch. Prachtige schone villa en ruimte voor een hele familie. Wij waren met 6 volwassene en een peuter van 2 jaar. Door de ligging van de verschillende kamers op verschillende etages heb je allemaal een beetje je eigen hoekje wat voor ons erg prettig was. We hebben ontzettend genoten van de buitenruimtes en het mooie zwembad. De omgeving is prachtig en je hebt van alles op loopafstand: winkels, restaurants en meerdere strandjes. De broers waren ontzettend vriendelijke, flexibele en gastvrije hosts. Ze reageerden snel op onze berichten en verzoekjes. Ik zou deze villa ten zeerste aanraden!

Beautiful property with Amazing views, short walk to beach and restaurants. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Wir haben mit Arbeitskollegen anderthalb Wochen in der Finca verbracht und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir konnten dort zu acht Remote arbeiten und hatten keinerlei Probleme. Die Freizeit haben wir mit Tischtennis spielen oder am Pool verbracht. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig. Genau das richtige um nach der Arbeit zu entspannen. Falls man was unternehmen möchte oder in den nächst gelegenen Ort möchte, ist man in 10 Autominuten dort. Alcudia ist auch nicht weit. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist sehr genau, sodass dem nichts weiter hinzuzufügen ist. Man kann sich auf der Finca einfach zu Hause fühlen.

We had the most amazing holiday here. The house is just as described, lots of shade for the children and a superb garden and play area. The bikes were s bo us complete with child seats and helmets. Diego was very helpful and the owner, who came to clean the pool and garden was a lovely kind man. There were childrens toilet seats available and many other child friendly toys and a baby changing unit. The area is beautiful with amazing beaches nearby. Just one piece of advice... if you are going to the beach at covet or es trenc, drive the kids to the beach, drop them off, obviously with an adult, then drive back to carpark. It is a fifteen minute walk from the carpark to the main road to the beach. The beaches are beautiful, super soft sand and a shallow incline which is ideal for kids. We would definitely recommend this villa and can't wait to visit again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Finca! The welcome and excellent communication by the Morey team made us feel very at home. We loved the beautiful views from the house and tranquillity whilst able to walk easily into Valldemossa for our daily fresh bread and any supplies. The restaurants in Valldemossa are vibrant and plentiful. The pool and terraces are stunning and the house is very comfortable and well equipped. We recommend the fabulous Camí de s’Escolta walk to view the sunset over the sea ! We understand there are new kitchen and bathroom renovations happening before the next season. This will make this place even more amazing and we can’t wait to re-book next year!

The house and location are just perfect! The views are incredible and the home was just what we needed for our family! We did have a few issues with the air conditioner, front gate, WiFi and a toilet not working, which took quite a bit of back and forth with the host before we ended up turning to google and YouTube how to fix some of the problems ourselves. Other than these things, the house is amazing, very convenient to get around with a rental car to various beaches and to/from Palma.

Wir haben fast zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Finca mit neun Personen und zwei Babys verbracht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist genau so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen super! Die Umgebung ist fantastisch und zur Küsten mit vielen wunderschönen Buchten rund um Portocolom ist es nur „Katzensprung“. Ein ideales Domizil für einen entspannten Familienurlaub mit Grillabenden am tollen Pool, Wanderungen in der Umgebung und Ausflügen in die vielen schönen Orte drumherum. Die Kommunikation mit Pere war unkompliziert und freundlich und seine gesamte Familie hat sich um unser Wohlergehen rührend gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Dies wird ein unvergesslicher Urlaub bleiben.

I highly recommend Carlos' place (and Carlos as a host, he is absolutely wonderful)! It is perfectly situated in Palma; close to a bus line that provides access to the Old Town area, within walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, and 2 convenient parking lots. The area is quiet and peaceful but within a short walk, the hustle and bustle of the city centre is reachable. The home has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for larger groups and amazing indoor/outdoor living. Our group especially liked sitting in the dining area with the doors open to the upper deck overlooking the pool and neighborhood. Carlos and Berta were incredibly helpful, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided a 5 star experience!!

Die Finka war der Hammer. Es sieht noch toller aus als auf den Bildern. Es hatte alles was das Herz begehrte. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir noch Getränke im Kühlschrank und einen Kuchen erhalten. Das war sehr aufmerksam. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und Humi oder Petra waren immer erreichbar. Auch für die Kinder hatte es viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Wenn es etwas zu windig war, haben wir den Whirlpool bevorzugt. Wir waren 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kinder (1-5 Jahre). Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und jedes Zimmer hatte ein Badezimmer. Das war sehr gut. Die Küche war auch gut ausgestattet und das Reduit war toll so konnte man alle Lebensmittel verstauen. Alles in allem war es eine wunderschöne Woche und wir haben es total genossen und werden wieder kommen.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles wie auf den Bildern. Flexibler Check-in möglich. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation. Eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns in der geräumigen Villa direkt sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ist einfach wunderschön!!! Es gibt auch 6 Liegen, die waren auf den Fotos gar nicht zu sehen. Man kann direkt vorm Haus super schwimmen gehen, da es dort Treppen am Felsstrand gibt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

An absolutely amazing place! We traveled with friends and kids, and everyone loved it. There were plenty of areas for the kids to run around, a fantastic pool, and an incredibly large and beautiful house in a totally private location Sebastian and Miguel were exceptionally responsive, taking care of everything we needed. Sebastian, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Our flight was delayed multiple times, and Sebastian even suggested getting some groceries and pizzas for us since we would be arriving after the markets had closed. It was such a wonderful experience, and I'm sure we'll return again and again! If you're planning to visit Palma de Mallorca, I highly recommend staying at this villa! Thank you, Miguel and Sebastian - you are truly amazing people!

We had such an amazing week staying here as a group of two family’s & a separate couple. The villa is amazing, with lots of space to spread out around & all the facilities you could need are there. The pool & garden area are a crowning jewel with incredible views in all directions. The local village is very pretty with a nice beach & some lovely beachside restaurants. We would definitely visit again.

Just returned from a lovely week in this beautiful villa. Location was nice and private and villa very well stocked with everything . 10 minute walk to the supermarket and even provided a trolley to carry our shopping. Beds very comfortable. Swimming pool large enough with lots of outdoor furniture. The family owned property meant I’ve seen or communicated with them all and they were all so helpful. Walk down to puerto pollensa was flat, took around 20 minutes. Close to bus stop for pollensa and Palma . Honestly could not fault this beautiful villa in the mountains . ( slightly difficult to find for taxi drivers- ask for the Google map location or get picked up from the Habitat hotel and walk 5 minutes).

The house and the garden are beautiful, spacious and we felt very comfortable. We would definitely come back. Barbara is a great hostess who was always available and took care of everything.

Amazing house to stay in and everything is within a fair walking distance. The road next to the house is quite nosiy. Baltasar helped with every request we had and always responded quickly.

We had the pleasure of staying in Olivier’s beautiful listing while staying in Port d’Andratx. The listing is located above the town offering incredible panoramic views and only a short drive from all the restaurants and shops. The listing was much bigger than expected with all bedrooms offering views. The listing is well spaced out particularly the living area that extends out to a beautiful balcony. The pool area was perfect for our family of five and very safe for the smaller kids. Communication with Olivier from the start was great and was always available if needed. When we arrived the listing was immaculate. Some day we would love to return.

Erholsamer Urlaub Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus fernab des touristischen Trubels. Der Außenbereich ist mit der windgeschützten Terrasse, Pool, Grillbereich und Garten sehr großzügig angelegt. Das Haus bietet im Außenbereich diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten, um Sonne und Schatten nach Belieben zu variieren. Der geräumige Wohn- und Küchenbereich ist geschmackvoll möbliert. Die Küche ist mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet, so dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Alle Zimmer sind liebevoll dekoriert, so daß man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und der Ausblick von der großen Dachterrasse ist einmalig. Alle Absprachen mit dem immer freundlichen Vermieter verliefen vorbildlich, schnell und zuverlässig. Die Lage des Hauses bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Ein Auto für Ausflüge und zum Einkaufen ist zwingend erforderlich. Wer Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und die Schönheit der Natur sucht, ist hier absolut am richtigen Ort - zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen.

We had a fantastic 7 day stay at Jaume's villa, which was perfect for us as a family of four. The location is perfect for visiting the surrounding beaches, villages and towns in the north of Mallorca. The villa is really well equipped, very clean and well looked after. The garden and pool is very private and peaceful, with fruit trees to pick from. The photos do not do the views of the surrounding mountains justice. Jaume was a great host and made sure we had a great stay. We highly recommend and hope to return very soon. Thank you Jaume!
