Nord-Trondelag : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Med flere generasjoner som skulle i familieselskap var leiligheten helt perfekt for vårt opphold. Hjemmekoselig og rent, noe som var viktig for den eldste garde. Og kort avstand til helgas aktiviteter.

Vi var en voksen gjeng på 5 personer som hadde et kort opphold i Trondheim, og leiligheten og fasilitetene til Harald passet perfekt. Enkelt med buss 2 ned til sentrum (bussen gikk hele tiden, holdeplass rett utenfor). Leiligheten passet perfekt til 5 voksne med 3 soverom. Verten var enkel og grei å kommunisere med. We stayed here for 4 months as my girlfriend did a semester abroad at the university of Trondheim. The appartement is very well thought out and offers everything you need for two people. Comfortable king size bed, big couch and TV, well equipped kitchen and there is even a washing machine, which we did appreciate as well. There is a small desk and office chair in the bedroom, where I would spend most my days as a remote worker. The location in Lade was perfect. Not directly in the center but close enough to walk there within half an hour and public transport in Trondheim is great anyway. There is also a parking space in the garage of the house. The host was very friendly and helpfull and we can only recommend staying here.

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie drei Nächte in Marias Wohnung und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir haben die tolle Aussicht auf Fluss und Stadt sehr genossen sowie die kurzen Wege in die Innenstadt. Maria und ihre Co-Hosts waren sehr freundlich, gut zu erreichen und klar in ihren Anweisungen. Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet.

Veldig fin leilighet/ anneks med hyttefølelse. Parkering for to biler og en solvendt veranda. Fin beliggenhet i boligområde tett på Bymarka. Gode senger og stort og deilig bad. Stille og rolig område.

Ren og pen leilighet. Bra beliggenhet og har alt du trenger. Verten er vennlig og svarer raskt. Anbefales

Supernöjda med vår vistelse, huset var jättefint och trevligt! Alla bekvämligheter fanns, mysigt inrett, fräscht och rent.

Veldig hyggelig opphold! Koselig og fredelig sted. Gode senger, rent og pent. Vi følte oss velkommen!

We had a really good time. Rita put a lot of love in this house. We were looking for something quite and we were not disappointed. We slept better than anywhere else. It is the perfect place to relax. And what was really nice as well: Thanks to Rita we found a boat to rent and could catch our dinner and spend some good time on the water. We even saw some little whales. The rocks not far from the harbor are good to catch Makrele. The little supermarket is not far away and you get everything you need to survive. :) If you want to have a bit more choice (especially of fruits and vegetables) you should buy it at a bigger store on the way to Salsbruket. Rita was always super quick in replying our questions.

Trevligt och praktiskt boende väldigt nära längdskidspåren. En kort promenad till skidbacken och möjligt att åka skidor fram till boendet. Värden var mycket hjälpsam och flexibel.

Very nice, spacious house. Modern kitchen. In beautiful surroundings up on hill. Quiet neighborhood. Helpful and easy communication with Malin.

Wij hebben werkelijk genoten van het mooie, warme Scandinavische huis. We voelden ons direct thuis. Heerlijke ruimtes, mooie grote keuken, gezellige living met hoekbank met een prachtig uitzicht over het meer van Åre. De bedden lagen prima en fijn dat er twee badkamers zijn waarvan 1 met sauna. Het huis ligt heel gunstig. De skibus stopt op 1 min lopen, de supermarkt is 800 m verderop, en je bent zo bij de skipistes. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug. Fredrik en ook beheerder Magnus dank voor de gastvrijheid, wij kijken terug op een super vakantie.

Good and responsive host, helpful when we had a question during the stay. Large house, 2 full bathrooms were useful. Definitely the house of people who live there, with personal effects and decorations. Overall a very positive stay, though we were away from the house most of the daytime.

Tilbrakte 3 netter. Gåavstand til det meste av aktiviteter i sentrum. Einar er blid, hyggelig og veldig imøtekommende. pluss for det 👍

Had a really comfortable stay. Arvid was very responsive in answering the questions that we had, the place was equipped with smart television with very nice soundbar system, heating pump which can also be used for cooling in hot summer, and pretty much all other amenities that you would expect in an apartment. Overall we had a great time

Stilig og trivelig leilighet. Har alt man trenger. Enkel adkomst, god og tydelig dialog med vert. Området er fint, med god tilgang til offentlig transport. Om man har barn er det et eldorado for utelek. Vi besøkte én dag 10 lekeplasser - alle innenfor gangavstand for en 4 åring.

Grete’s place was the perfect base to explore Trondheim for the weekend. Very central location with everything in walking distance. The apartment is as shown in the listing and was perfectly clean. Grete was also super proactive and responsive, so everything worked out easily. We would not hesitate to come back!

The location was spectacular and within easy walking distance of the cathedral, shops and restaurants. The beds were so comfortable and the hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful. We loved our short but sweet time in Trondheim and hope to return!

Et hyggelig opphold i en flott leilighet. Lagt til rette for at både små og store skal trives. Enkel og god kommunikasjon med verten. God bussforbindelse til sentrum. Vi leier gjerne denne igjen ved en annen anledning.
