Nordland : locations de vacances dans des gîtes à la ferme

Ein Haus der Großeltern, in dem wir 6 schöne Tage auf Verstålen verbringen durften. Das Wetter war, wie oft im September, sehr durchwachsen, aber wir haben schöne Ausflüge in alle Richtungen gemacht. Michelle selbst ist nicht vor. Paul, ihr Bruder, kümmert sich vor Ort. Das Haus liegt auf einem Bauernhof, quasi in einer Sackgasse, und ist stilvoll mit einem Kunstbildern gestaltet. Das Haus ist zum Teil renoviert, zum Teil muss noch was erneuert werden, z.B die alte Terassentür, oder die alten Stühle am Esstisch, die schon einige Risse bekommen haben. Es gibt einen tollen offenen Kamin, 1 neues Schlafzimmer und ein älteres Schlafzimmer, eine Badewanne mit Whirlpoolfunktion in einem großen Bad, große gut ausgestattete Küche und allgemein viel Platz für 2 Personen. Wir haben die Zeit dort mit einem schönen Ausblick auf das Meer und Berge sehr genossen. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder vorbei, wenn wir zufällig auf Verstålen sind :)

That was one of the best Airbnb experiences. Everything was just the way it was described on Airbnb and even better. It was so quiet and peaceful. The house itself is a dream - cosy, nice interior, well-planned. Feels just right at home. The house was spotless and shining. We found beautiful photo albums from the region and a lot of other information. Waralak is extremely friendly and kind. It was a pure pleasure to meet her and stay at her beautiful home. We are coming back for a fact! Tusen takk!

Second stay at Jan's, and it's still a pleasure to be here! The view is remarkable and the house is authentic. I highly recommend it

We arrived late at night after a 4 hour drive from Narvik. The next day Cato showed me how to fill and heat the hottub and even took it upon himself to get it up to temp while we were out grocery shopping. That night we enjoyed gazing at the aurora borealis dancing above our heads in the hottub. A couple days later it got rainy and extremely windy preventing us from heating the hottub. As compensation Cato offered us use of his sauna and to take a swim in the sea, which we gladly did. He also gave us a whole cod for free from his fisherman's friend Tom which we used to make typical Norwegian dishes. Cato was extremely helpful and kind, he replied within minutes whenever we needed help or had any questions and he was full of amazing recommendations, as to where to hike and which towns and restaurants to visit. Towards the end of our stay it snowed a lot turning the surroundings into winter wonderland. We were very lucky to see all sides of Norway including the Northern lights!

We had two wonderful weeks in this cozy cabin at this very special place: We loved the view from the cabin onto the see, the short walk to the rocks to see the sunset, the kajaking between the tiny islands, the evenings in the outdoor bathtub, the hikes up to bolgtinden, through bolgborra and around the island, the bouldering behind the cabin, the slackline between the trees, the snorkeling in the bay... It is really a perfect place on an amazing island. Furthermore the cabin could not be better equipped and Edle Catharina is a very caring host, who explains everything in great detail. Thank you so much for sharing your cabin with us!

This cabin was a perfect picturesque setting for a quiet escape from the city, and one my son and I really didn’t want to leave. The cabin is quaint and cozy, and gives you a true feeling of welcomed disconnect. John-Karstein was so helpful every step of the way, and suggested some fishing spots where we caught our dinner and made some great memories. It does take a while to get to the cabin (about 3.5hrs from Bodø airport), but the views along the way and around the house are spectacular. The balance of a wood-burning stove for heat and wifi makes for a stay that is restful and comforting - pure serenity.

Dejligt hus der ligger roligt og smukt ved havet. Fin hvid badestrand i gå afstand. Nemt at tage på ture fra. Husets reol havde mange gode bøger og kort over Lofoten so inspirerede os til ture rundt på øerne

wir kamen Mitte März an und es gab einen ganz schlimmen Schneestorm. Trotzdem ging es gut bis zur Unterkunft mit dem Mietauto. das Haus ist sehr traditional eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Gute Küche, super Dusche, Heizung war auch top bei dem sehr kaltem Wetter. Wunderbare Strände für Wanderungen in Gehdistanz. Die Nordlichter sahen wir direkt vor der Haustüre.

The location was great, it was very peaceful and beautiful and the beach was nearby. Unfortunately the weather was rainy when we visited. The house itself was very cozy, miniature and had a vintage style. There were a lot of sheep nearby which was fun. The stairs to the second floor was quite low so mind your head 😀 All the necessities were there and the beds were comfortable. A big bonus for us was the electric car charger. We hiked nearby to Måtind and the views there were spectacular.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wunderschön gelegen, persönlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Bei Nacht ist es total ruhig, die Strasse wird wenig befahren. Wir haben 3 Nächte lang Polarlichter und Sternschnuppen direkt vom Garten aus beobachtet! Wenn es zu kalt wurde haben wir einfach von der Küche oder dem Wohnzimmer aus weiter beobachtet. Mit dem Auto ist das Lebensmittelgeschäft in 10 min erreichbar, in 5 min ist man am Startpunkt einer schöner Wanderung entlang mehrerer einsamer Strände. In der Küche sind reichlich Kochutensilien vorhanden, beim Essen hat man traumhafte Blicke auf das Wasser. Eigentlich genügt es, im und am Haus zu bleiben. So schön ist es dort und das Wetter spielt keine Rolle. Am Strand ist eine Hütte, dort lässt es sich ebenfalls schön sitzen und den Blick auf das Wasser geniessen. Kristin hat uns im Vorfeld diverse Informationen zugesendet, war für Nachfragen leicht erreichbar und es ist toll, wenn jemand so ein schönes Familienhaus an Gäste vermietet.

We had a very nice week near Sortland and were able to explore Vesterålen from here. We were warmly welcomed by Annette and felt very comfortable in the cosy guest house. Everything we needed was available. We would come here again anytime.

Toril's place was wonderful. When we arrived it was dark, snowy and cold, but the house was warm and cosy for our arrival. It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The surroundings are breathtaking. Shopping and other city amenities are easily reachable by car (it's a beautiful drive, too!). Early during our stay we had an issue with over-sensitive fire alarms, but Toril replaced them very quickly. As some people have pointed out, the staircase for going upstairs is quite steep, but we got used to it quickly and it adds charm. Our time in Sennesvik felt truly magical, and Toril was a very generous host. We definitely recommend staying in this place, and would visit again.

very nice stay, everything was perfect and as expected

Rauvassgården fungerade perfekt för vår övernattning på väg från Hemavan till Helgelands skärgård. Ett mycket bra alternativ för oss åtta som vi varmt kan rekommendera.

Wir waren drei Familien und haben eine wundervolle Silvesterwoche in dem Haus verbracht. Besser hätte das Jahr nicht starten können. Als wir ankamen war das Haus warm, gemütlich und weihnachtlich geschmückt. Sofort haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Das eine Schlafzimmer und die Sauna waren kleiner als gedacht aber letztlich völlig ausreichend. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben herrlich gekocht und zu 12t (gerade so) an den großen Tisch gepasst. Ein Highlight war der Yakuzi im oberen Bad - nach Spaziergängen bei -20 Grad wurden wir wieder warm gesprudelt. Der Blick über den Fjord und der riesige Steg waren wundervoll. Da die Häuser nebenan nicht besucht waren, war es zudem sehr ruhig. An einem Abend hat uns ein sehr netter Nachbar Bescheid gegeben, dass die Nordlichter da sind. Unbeschreiblich schön! In der Nähe (25Min) ist ein toller Polartierpark. Die Skipiste in Narvik (60Min)ist auch super! Die Kommunikation mit Torkjell war jederzeit sehr nett und hilfreich. Vielen Dank!

Hit måste ni bara dra! Helt fantastisk plats på jorden! Kan inte säga något negativt alls. Otroligt bra lokation och standard. Margrete var oxå så bra värd man bara drömmer om att ha. Amazing.

Katrina tilbyr 1) godt vertskap, i 2) et koselig hus i 3) fantastiske omgivelser! Flotte fjell, sjø, rein, elg, ørn og annet fugleliv var inkludert i vårt opphold hos Katrina:)

To stay at Håvard's place is a treat. You will live in an authentic farm house where every little corner has been set up to store things. This has been by far one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. Strongly recommended.

Perfekt sted for en rolig ferie i vakkert landskap i Lofoten.

We really enjoyed our stay in Furuhaugen. The hosts were very friendly and helped us out, even when our car got stuck and also gave us some recommendations and equipment for hikes nearby. The house was very clean and even though it is poorly isolated, it was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equiped. Because we went in winter, the shoe dryer and the drying cabin were very useful! We can recommend to visit the waterfall Kvitforsen, it's less than half an hour by car from the apartment! Thank you for everything :)
