She is incredibly thoughtful, always making sure I feel comfortable—whether I want a quiet moment or an engaging conversation. I absolutely love her intelligent and witty chats. This was a great stay for our week-long trip to Boston. It had everything you’d need if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, and the host was very kind and always helpful. ~10 minute walk to the red line (Quincy Center) and ~35 min train ride into downtown

My mom stayed at Danila’s place and she had a wonderful experience. My mom doesn’t speak English and Danila really tried to communicate with her and helped her. The house is beautiful and very clean. I can’t think about a better place where my mom could have stayed. I highly recommend it!

The place was great. She makes a lot of preparation and that goes into the detail of the entire house. She makes food in the morning which is absolutely amazing and the room is extremely well decorated. I really appreciate all that she did to make this place a great stay!

Absolutely loved staying here for a whole week and would be back if I find myself in the Boston area once more. It was my first time visiting the city and my first time traveling solo and Robin made it so comfortable and welcoming, her home is beautiful and it felt very private and serene even with multiple guests in the home. She has the dining room set up to be very functional for the self serve station and breakfast options. The room what exactly what I needed and it felt like it was my own little studio, with a staircase that I only used to get up to the room, and a private bathroom with beautiful views of the ocean behind the house. The whole house is very charming and filled with character, and location was awesome, very walkable around the Savin hill area where I felt very safe walking by myself even at night, proximity to walking by the beach and to the T line for affordable transportation, about 10 minutes, easy to navigate. Robin was super responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Our first time to the New England area and we are already planning on another vacation back there!! When we go back to the Boston area, we will definitely try to book at this location again. We felt at ease right away - it never seemed like we were staying in a strangers house. It felt like we were in our very own home. We 100% recommend staying at this location! We will definitely be back!

Extremely clean, inexpensive option in Boston. Parking can be difficult but I was able to find some on the same street or one street over each of the nights I stayed. Park, Target, and various restaurants nearby made it easy as a place to do remote work from and take breaks and get food.

Amazing and beautiful space. Lavette was very helpful. We also had the opportunity to meet Tony who got us in the place and he was so kind. We would come back again!

From the minute we booked, I knew this was going to be a great experience. This stay was to celebrate my 60th Birthday early with 5 five kids. It couldn't have been more perfect. The location was exceptional. It is conveniently located to Boston, anything in Quincy and surrounding areas. We did day trips to Cape Cod, Salem and Horseneck beach. The apt was cozy, comfortable and roomy enough for our large group. We cooked some nights and used the beautiful backyard a couple of evening. It was very easy to walk to some of the local establishments. Kim provided baked goods and drinks plus lots of great information regarding local places to visit. Communication was clear and helpful. If we had a question, Kim responded quickly. She was very respectful of our privacy yet so accommodating. Another thing. Every bed was very comfortable. I can't wait to book with Kim.

Kim was amazing! We had issues with another unit we had booked from another host and she saved the day. She was easy to reach and worked with us with getting in right away. She even brought us groceries which was amazing after our terrible day. The accommodations were great. There is a ton of room for everyone and it is in a nice area that is easy to get in and out of the city. I would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in other Airbnb, but never did. I feel like I was meeting a long lost relative. Miss Kim feels like part of my family now this is going to be our permanent vacation destination when coming to the Boston area. Kim is very responsive when we had any questions within moments she answered anything you would want or need was provided, including of what to do in the area where to eat and where to go. Being in an Airbnb like this, and having such a fantastic host made our trip even more special and more memorable

By far Patrick is the best Airbnb host I’ve had in years. Incredibly responsive, so so sweet, and the other guest in the house are great people as well!

My family and I stayed here over the weekend and we had a great time. Very easy to get to from airport. Kim was very responsive and the house was super spacious for all 12 of us. Great location near the water. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

We were delighted to stay at the airbnb and had a wonderful time! We definitely plan to revisit and look forward to our next trip to Boston. The stay with our hosts made the whole experience very special.

Rosanne and I immediately hit it off. She has an adorable rescue dog. The home is stunning it reminded me of grand old homes I’ve stayed at that were professionally run bed and breakfast inns. The home is in an historic district. The neighborhood is charming. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. I really appreciated having a tub for soaking after my trail runs. I had access to all of the house and was able to do laundry. Despite having a bad neck injury and a dog who’d recently had leg surgery, Rosanne went out of her way to accommodate me. I felt so at home. I already know this area since I used to have a boyfriend in a nearby town. Dedham Square has lots of restaurants and a great old movie theater. The home is also near Legacy Place shopping center, which has the best Whole Foods anywhere. Being vegan, I’ve been to many during my business travels. I look forward to staying with Rosanne again soon.

Jodi was a great host, we felt right at home from the second we walked in. Her home was so clean and beautiful. She had everything we could have needed and made an amazing breakfast in the morning, that we enjoyed outside by the fire. We will be staying with her again such a beautiful town.

A beautiful craftsman style house near the center of Newton and a short drive to anywhere in the Boston area.

I really enjoyed my stay with Kate. She was warm, welcoming, and reliable. She is genuinely interested in people and our conversations were wide ranging, from gardening to art to history. I can't wait to return. Kate will always be my first choice of host in the Boston area.

i had an incredible experience staying at Myra’s airbnb. the place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Myra was extremely responsive and made sure i had everything i needed during my stay. the location was perfect, and all the little touches in the home made it feel special. i highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again in the future.

This was truly a unique and memorable place to stay. Melissa was wonderful in accommodating our late check in due to our flight. It was walkable to restaurants and we were given a voucher for a free breakfast. If you want something out of the ordinary, I couldn’t recommend enough.
