We have stayed in different apartments in this building through Maverick and they have always been great! It's a great, walkable location and a very well maintained building. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Brookline!

Amazing place to stay, felt very safe and comfortable. It was a quiet building wasn’t loud or noisy. Would definitely recommend staying if you and another person are looking to stay in boston. Would absolutely stay here again.

Such a great find for a trip to Boston! Perfect proximity to restaurants and coffee! 15 minute drive to Boston Common and historic sightseeing!

Our code into the building wasn’t working, and we were able to call them up and get a code that worked! Place was clean and a great location for a fun weekend in the city. It really is just a place to sleep, but that’s perfect since there’s much to do in Boston! Brookline is our favorite area- tons of great restaurants and super convenient to get to the T!

Nice place to stay in Boston. Much less expensive than hotels. Very clean. AC worked well. ( stayed in July) Street noise compared to our last stay in Boston was much less. Very quiet peaceful building. Hardwood floors creak quite a bit but certainly wouldn’t keep us from staying there again. We just needed a clean convenient place to sleep and get dressed while visiting our daughter who lives in Brighton and this was perfect. Host replied to our messages promptly. Will stay there again next visit.

Maverick provide very good accommodation at reasonable prices for stays in Boston. Their communication is excellent and they have a variety of units available. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place in the Brookline area. I was visiting to defend my dissertation at Harvard Medical School and this was only a 6-7 minute drive from there. Clean room with a lot of different amenities (hair dryer, iron, glasses/dishes/utensils). I enjoyed my stay, thank you!

This was a A+++ Airbnb! It’s always important to stay somewhere clean nd they delivered on that. I have no complaints. Anytime we need anything the host was ready help, With just a phone call away. We traveled via bus and it was convenient to have bus station and the train close by. Great restaurant and good shops around the neighborhood. Very walkable neighborhood. I suggest the theatre and rainbow sushi.

Great place in Brookline. Close to the T and several nice restaurants. There is free meter parking overnight close by on Beacon St. Clean, quiet, but a bit on the small side. Great place and will visit again for my next trip to Brookline.

This was a great find! I went to school at BC and used to go to Coolidge Corner all the time, so it was a perfect, nostalgic spot for me. I didn’t realize when booking that it was like a one room efficiency apartment, so it was smaller than I anticipated (bathroom was huge tho). Even so, it was the perfect size since we weren’t in town long or in the room much, so simple was fine.

We had a great time! Studio is the perfect place if you’re planning to be going out for most of your visit.
