Great place to stay in a residential neighborhood -- correctly described as an apartment attached to the back of a family home. It's just a quick uber from the East Weymouth commuter line station. It's a walkable distance, but not a pedestrian-friendly route. The space was ultra-clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I recommend ordering in coffee and breakfast from the nearby creperie.

This cozy space in a beautiful coastal neighborhood was perfect for a 1-night stay for myself, my husband, and our two dogs. Hosts were friendly and easy to work with. We found everything we needed.

I LOVED my stay here! I stayed here for my birthday trip to Boston with two other people. The view was insanely good for the price. We loved how cozy the place was, especially the couches. An uber to the city was around $20. Patricia was so sweet and gave recommendations of things to do in the area. Parking was free which was so helpful. My only complaint is me and my boyfriend stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and noticed there was a door in the room. We opened it and realized it was an unlocked entrance to our room from the downstairs, where other people were staying. The door had a window that wasn’t covered up very well either. We locked the area so no one could get in, but it was a little uncomfortable knowing we could’ve been sleeping and someone could’ve walked up there if we didn’t notice and lock it. Would 100% recommend just make sure those doors are locked!

Stayed for a few days and wished I could stay for more. I would definitely go back again whenever I have a chance. Our host was super nice and welcoming that made us feel at home, always responsive to our questions and always gave clear instructions. The location is peaceful with a beautiful view of the beach. As my first Airbnb it was definitely worth it!

We loved our time at Garrett & Libby’s place! The house was just as described, if not better. It was very clean and well decorated, with comfortable beds. We enjoyed getting to walk to the T and take that into the city to get around as it was convenient, quick, and cheap! Both Garrett and Libby were so helpful with awesome recommendations for food in Boston and Salem as well. We would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back to Boston!

Travelled from Ontario, Canada to stay in the area for a few days. Robs place was perfect for us to catch the subway. If you have a car you can take a 6 minute drive and park for $3 for the day over the weekend and catch the subway into the city. Or walk to the commuter train if that works. The area has some great little bars within a 2 minute walk and the 7/11 is right next door to pick up the Charlie Cards for travel. The effort put into the apartment is excellent, even chocolates by the bed, sometimes it’s the little things that make the most impact. If we come down to Boston again we’d definitely stay again.

Amazing! When the tide is in you feel as if you’re right over the water - so great! Well stocked kitchen and super clean. A wonderful spot to enjoy the views and get out to local beaches. Loved the hot tub on the deck.

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

Hosts proved themselves to be very responsive when an unexpected house issue arose immediately after check-in. Although a solution wasn’t feasible overnight, they got the problem fixed right away the next morning. After that hiccup, our stay was quite lovely. A beautiful location and even though we were there during a cold time of year, the view was still remarkable. The space was clean, quiet and well equipped with everything our group needed to be very comfortable. Would love to stay again during the warmer months!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

WOW! What a great home! Incredible view! And Excellent host! Staying here was peaceful and put us in a refreshed mindset. You wake up to the water view, then you walk downstairs you get to enjoy the water view, and in the evening you enjoy the sunsets off the water. Our family of 4 with 2 kids(9 & 10) stayed at Khanh's home and the experience is exactly what we all want in an Airbnb! We woke well rested, the beds were comfortable, and we had extra bedding for the colder nights. Khanh is in the top tier category of excellent hosting and customer service. Quick to respond, made sure we had everything we needed, provided guidance to local area, and provided many amenities to make the experience above 5-star. It looks exactly like the pictures. Everything is new, clean, fresh, and the home has plenty of extra kitchen and bath supplies. Easy access to the home and it's well lit in a quiet neighborhood. The massage chair is a major bonus! Highly recommend this home and will stay again!!

This was such an artistically decorated home with breathtaking ocean views and yet so comfortable and functional ! The sunsets are amazing and we would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Nee England area a true gem ! Many thanks !

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the pebble house. Our host, Pietrina was amazing. A response time is almost instantaneous, the house was beautifully clean, and wonderfully maintained. The interior decor was absolutely spot on . You felt like you were Home as soon as you walked in the front door. Our trip was in the in the dead of winter, and having the fireplace made all the difference in the world. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would go back an instant. The view of the Harbour while you’re sitting in the sunroom with a nice cup of coffee was priceless. Thank you The Hyde’s.

Beautiful private home with a great view of the harbor and walkable to restaurants, groceries, and water taxis. Loved the peacefulness of the place and the privacy it offered. Hosts were consistently kind and helpful. Had a couple small hiccups with dysfunctional internet (fixed the next day after we brought it up, problem was the doing of a previous guest) and their brand new grill had not quite been fully assembled so we pivoted and cooked our steaks inside instead but knowing the hosts I suspect that issue has been fully resolved and won’t be a problem again in the future. They were kind and responsive and we always appreciated that!

Can’t say enough great things about this place. This has to be the top Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The view is amazing from here! Cristol and Pam were AWESOME hosts! Super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. The guides that they have were great for getting around and things to do. We appreciated it so much since this was our first trip to the Boston area. The Airbnb had everything labeled, making it super easy to find everything. It was relaxing, clean, and plenty of space. They literally thought of everything to make it feel like home. Winthrop is a beautiful town. People were friendly and it was a quiet area. Can’t wait to come back!

A very cozy and clean apartment with an amazing view of the ocean. It has everything needed for a stay and the owner is very responsive and ready to help at any time. The location is pretty quiet and private. Everything needed is available within walking distance. We would definitely be happy to come back here again!
