Hilary is a wonderful host and her communication was brilliant. The apartment is amazing in every way and you couldn't beat the location and views. Everything you could need is provided, plus extra personal touches which make guests feel valued. We would love to come back. Thank you Hilary.

House was well presented and as described. Host was great. we meant to stay two nights but due to breaking down on the first night we only managed for 2nd night, Jody was most helpful.

We loved our stay! The location is amazing - right next to the sea. The apartment was huge, spotless and very child friendly. Things like the built in toddler toilet seat, toys, books etc, made such a difference and our stay so much easier. Bianca is lovely and was very helpful throughout our stay. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and even stayed for 2 nights longer than planned! Will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Ali’s flat is in an ideal location for beach/prom walks and exploring the town. Once we had parked (for free on the sea front!) we didn’t need the car until we checked out. The flat is cosy and homely with lots of seaside touches and useful hand-written information. Ali was a friendly and responsive host and we had a great stay. Thank you.

So happy to have spotted this lovely flat in Sheringham. It's so bright, airy and spacious with everything you could need. Close to shops, cafe's, pubs and restaurants and the sea too. Parking was relatively easy to find in nearby streets. There are benches outside the adjacent church where we sat in the sunshine for a while and watched the world go by. Paul gave lots of information about the flat as soon as we booked it so I felt confident all would be good and I wasn't disappointed. Thanks Paul.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Thornham and had a lovely stay at Nathalies place. Everything was clean, tidy, well laid out and very thoughtful towards us/all guests. The surrounding area has lovely pubs and restaurants, there are lots of walks and bike rides to do aswel as the amazing local beaches. We will definitely be back in the summer and hopefully be looking to rebook at Nathalies place again! We’d highly recommend!!

Perfect find!! This property was so well decorated and furnished! modern, clean and filled with helpful amenities. It’s a stones throw from the beaches and coastal walk, and the sea can been seen and heard from the bedrooms which made it very relaxing. Ian is a great host! Very responsive and helpful and made sure we were well looked after. Highly recommend and we will be returning!! (FYI there’s another 1 bed small property - same owners I presume - attached to the house from the kitchen that has the back garden, the connecting door is locked though)

Lee is a great and accommodating host who gave us recommendations, guidebook and flexibility with check in and check out times. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The house was beautiful, very clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is a jukebox that comes with the house which is great fun. A welcome pack with wine and snacks to welcome you on arrival and menus for local restaurants and takeout. I would highly recommend staying at the coach house. Donna and family.

Perfect birthday seaside retreat. House in stunning location overlooking the sea with everything you could possibly need. Clean and tidy, you were made to feel welcome from the moment you stepped through the doors. The welcome pack provided by Lousie was an added treat. Highly recommend. Just need to return in the summer now, to truly appreciate the outside space.

Just returned from a 4 night New Year break with my family (2 adults and 4 children). We had a very enjoyable time. The location of the property was fantastic, very central and everything in 5/10 min walking distance. The property itself was spot on, plenty of space, very clean, well-equipped kitchen and it was lovely that the Xmas decorations were still up! Kathryn was very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. She also made us aware of a few minor problems beforehand that really didn’t impact us at all but it was great to have that info upfront. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we definitely would stay here again when visiting Cromer.

Really lovely house with everything that we needed. The house was spotless. Clear and easy check-in instructions. Looks exactly like photos. Host Madelaine was very responsive - although I didn't need to ask for anything whilst there as plenty of information about the house and area provided. Great location very close the the sea and the town. Nice and quiet. Thanks - we had a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Laura's place! The home was in a great location right by the seafront, with just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. It was very clean, very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was easy with Laura and she was responsive to messages. We will look to book here again if we return to Cromer in the future!

Absolutely lovely stay at Beaches Retreat! Great location, very quiet but close enough to Cromer. Spacious apartment, modern design with comfortable living space, bedrooms and amazing kitchen. Wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We love this apartment for it's proximity to everything, whether it's sea, cliff walks, cafes and restaurants and shops. The dual aspect light, and sea views are fantastic. There are also great views over the town. Sheringham really has everything and the apartment is a very comfortable space to enjoy it.

Very spacious, comfortable, clean and light apartment, nicely decorated. It’s an easy walk into the town and down to the sea and plenty of places around to eat. The distant sea views beyond the car park and town are nice. We found manoeuvring the car a little tight because we have a large car with a bike trailer and parking is up a narrow road. It’s a first floor apartment but with more stairs inside so maybe not suitable for people with mobility issues.

We had a brilliant few days staying at Fran and David’s, the apartment itself is fabulous and spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the location is quiet and perfect for a walk into Cromer the off road parking is also a bonus, Fran and David are very friendly hosts and are quickly to respond if needed, we wished we had stayed longer but hope to book again soon thank you so much.

Emma is the perfect host. She went beyond what is expected, many extras to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A very well equipped apartment, warm and beautifully curated. Everything appeared new and well thought out. Massive plus to have a comfortable bed with beautiful linen. A bonus to be able to take our dog with us for super walks on the beach which is literally across the road. We will certainly stay again Thank you Emma

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

Fantastic couple of days in Cromer over New Year. This was the perfect place to stay. Comfortable and cosy, well equipped and clean, and walking distance for everything in town. Would happily stay again.
