The flat is beautifully and newly decorated. It's extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, very spacious and has everything you need. Great location in the centre of Cromer and near the seafront. The outdoor space was a bonus with a view of the church. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay at Stephen apartment it was very cosy and had lots of pots and pan in the kitchen for cooking and also salt and pepper the apartment warm warm and cosy and they even had Christmas decorations up so it felt like home would definitely book again if I was In the area

we stayed for a week and couldn't have asked for more. the flat is beautiful, a really great space. it's clean and light and has everything you need. it is a 20-30 minute walk into the city centre and there are also local shops/takeaways right on the doorstep. Would deffo stay again when we are next visiting Norwich.

The flat is beautiful, immaculately clean and truly a place where you can relax, whilst the amenities and the seaside are only a few minutes walk. The little touches of a welcoming card and a basket with goodies was lovely. We very much enjoyed our stay and we are hoping to be back next year. It has been one of the best Air B and B's we have stayed in and Jean was helpful when needed whilst offering privacy throughout the entire stay. Virginia & Graham

This is a lovely 1st floor spacious apartment with a huge kitchen and a particularly lovely front bedroom which is light and airy. Bigger than the photos imply. The kitchen was well kitted out and we were able to get Sky TV so everyone was happy! It was also a good base for walks through the golf club and onto the cliff path into Cromer itself - approx 20 mins. Michelle was super helpful and Mark did a good job of meeting us, showing us round and recommendations. Would definitely re-book if we are down that way again!

Very cosy home even though it was freezing outside we felt very comfortable and the house was lovely and warm. Great location and we will return when it warms up as we have family who live close by. Exactly as it looks in the pictures.

The house was lovely and very clean. 8 of us stayed here and there was more than enough space. Large kitchen/dining area. Hot tub was amazing! Would highly recommend.

Truly wonderful location, the views are incredible and it is an architectural gem. The people in Wells are friendly, with several nearby coffee shops and tasty restaurants. The beaches are lovely.

Our stay was amazing. This place is perfect for peace and quiet with a wonderful beach near by for walks with our dog. We were lucky enough to be able to catch the tide right and walk up to the Lighthouse from the beach. It was so good to also be able to wash off sandy boots and paws before entering the house, they have thought of everything. We also loved the welcome pack with even doggie biscuits for their furry guest. House has everything you need and Tommy and Niaomi are very responsive and pro active in recommendations and useful tips for the surrounding area. We had fish and chips from the place that is walkable from house, they were delicious. We loved our stay here and hope to return.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

Very nice apartment within a short walk to the very centre of the City. Parking for one car within a gated area to safe etc. Nice little touches like tea/ground coffee and milk etc. Will definitely book again next time I’m in Norwich.

thankyou for such a glorious stay! the place is nestled in a quiet tranquil spot next to a running river and sauna of which was refreshing to dip into.. the bed was super comfy and all the necessary facilities in kitchen and bathroom were plentiful with an addition of some goodies on arrival :) im very sure we will be back !! Beautiful, AND a lovely quaint pub at the top of the drive with delicious, local food menue, a true bonus..

This is a first class apartment of an excellent quality - decor, furnishings, bed, linen etc. Well equipped with some considerate extras - thank-you. Mark was very easy to communicate with, and the check-in (with a car parking space right outside the door!), was very convenient. It is in a great location, easy to walk into the town (with a Large Tesco nearby), either via the streets or the promenade, which is a few metres away - as is the cliff path. An excellent base.

We had a brilliant few days staying at Fran and David’s, the apartment itself is fabulous and spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the location is quiet and perfect for a walk into Cromer the off road parking is also a bonus, Fran and David are very friendly hosts and are quickly to respond if needed, we wished we had stayed longer but hope to book again soon thank you so much.

This place is wonderful. Perfect location in central Norwich. Lovely area and everything was in walking distance. The decor was truly exceptional with lots of personal touches. Basics like milk, tea, coffee and toiletries were all provided. Jemma went over and above in preparing her place for us and I would not hesitate to stay again. It was incredibly good value and deserves 10 stars.

Susan is a great host, very responsive and always helpful. The flat is well maintained and has a warm and welcoming vibe.

The place was perfect for us. The hosts sent clear instructions and the parking is free and just behind the property. The location is central for Norwich city centre and everywhere was walkable. There was a small yard at the back that was perfect for our dog, who is like a toddler when we're away so he wakes early and wants the toilet. The property was very stylish and clean. I couldn't recommend it enough.
