A very spacious lovely place to stay. Extremely close to the beach. Hosts were brilliant and friendly. The place needs a little bit of updating but I am still giving a 5 star review because it met our needs perfectly

What a beautiful escape to the country Hannah’s place is! We stayed for 5 nights and had such a wonderful time. The house is incredible, in a lovely quiet village which is a great escape from busy life. It was so wonderfully clean and comfortable. The kitchen was huge with everything you need and more to make sure you have a comfortable and fun stay. As mentioned in the description the floor is very cold though, so slippers are definitely a must! The bedrooms were super comfortable, the bed had honestly the softest bedding I have ever experienced! Unfortunately during our stay the swimspa was mostly out of commission, but Hannah communicated this well to us and was incredibly accommodating. The dress up box in the dining room was a massive hit with our family, much fun was had trying on the bits 😂. Hannah was a great host and was always helpful and replied quickly to any questions. Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay at this cottage. I used this place as a base to go out and see customers, whilst my Wife worked remotely at the cottage, the WIFI was superb which was important for us both. The area is very peaceful. Hot tub, Sauna and Steam room were a lovely touch and very much welcomed after we had finished work. Great way to spend an evening. It had its own parking spot plus off street parking. Communication was spot on. The house had everything you would need whist being away with a fully equipped kitchen. We had a nice stay.

Wow ! Amazing house. From the minute we walked through the door you could tell the owner has thought of everything lots of extra little touches. I almost don’t want to write this review as we have found an absolute gem of a place and want to keep it secret ! We can’t thank you enough for an incredible weekend away in your beautiful cosy home and fantastic surroundings …… we will be back very shortly ☺️☺️

I have just returned from a weekend away at Heather’s beautiful home for a low key chilled hen do. The house is stunning, private and has everything you need and more. The kitchen/living area is a great place to hang out together. The hot tub is amazing and the views were spectacular! I also loved that each room had an en-suite bathroom. We couldn’t have wished for a better stay and a better host – a perfect weekend! We will definitely be returning! Thank you Heather!

We had a wonderful stay at Barn House. The property is spacious and charming, with a lovely courtyard that was perfect for a hot tub, which we hired from a local company. The house is ideally located, just a very short walk to the harbour, pubs, and shops, making it easy to explore Blakeney's beautiful coastal views and enjoy the local amenities. The team was responsive and efficient, swiftly replacing one missing (previously broken) and one outdated TV and addressing issues with an external door and a missing BBQ. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the very basic WiFi and heating/boiler system being on timers, we appreciated the team's efforts to ensure our comfort. The courtyard was secure for dogs, and would be even better if the garden was fenced and not open to the road. Overall, Barn House is a lovely property in a charming location. With a few improvements, it would be perfect. We look forward to seeing these enhancements in the future and would happily return.

What a gem!! Sophia’s house is perfectly placed to walk to everything, the beach, shops, restaurants it was great we didn’t use the car once while we were there. The house itself is great too and gave my teenage daughter some great ideas of how to decorate her room. We loved the sauna what a fantastic addition. Sophia was also great, she managed to have the house ready so we could have an early check in and was always very responsive when I had a query. I would definitely book again
