This cosy apartment in Koolunga House was the perfect home-from-home for 5-weeks during a local work placement. The location was ideal, far enough away from the business of Great Yarmouth, but close to local shops, food spots and a walk along the river to Gorleston's lovely sandy beach and cliffs - great for coffee and dog spotting! The house has endless character and the balcony was a dreamy escape - both during the day overlooking the lush garden and dragonflies, and in the evenings for spotting stars and fireworks in the distance. The owners and house manager were a message away and really helpful. I would absolutely stay at Koolunga House again if I’m ever back in the area.✨

We had a wonderful little break here. The chalet is so lovely and clean and a good size for our family of 4 & pooch. It’s well situated with the marina, broads and marshes no on the doorstep. Thank you for having us and we hope to visit again.

We loved our stay! The location is amazing - right next to the sea. The apartment was huge, spotless and very child friendly. Things like the built in toddler toilet seat, toys, books etc, made such a difference and our stay so much easier. Bianca is lovely and was very helpful throughout our stay. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and even stayed for 2 nights longer than planned! Will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. I booked this house for my sister’s hen do and it exceeded our expectations! The house itself is so lovely and the views from the back garden are amazing. It had everything we needed and we had a great weekend staying there. Janine was a great host, always available to contact and told us everything we needed to know. The house is about a 15 min drive from Norwich town centre, on the Saturday evening we got 4 taxis for £8 each to the city centre. I would definitely recommend staying here if you have a large party!

Lee is a great and accommodating host who gave us recommendations, guidebook and flexibility with check in and check out times. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The house was beautiful, very clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is a jukebox that comes with the house which is great fun. A welcome pack with wine and snacks to welcome you on arrival and menus for local restaurants and takeout. I would highly recommend staying at the coach house. Donna and family.

Loved our stay here! Hannah and Andy were super responsive.The kitchen space and gardens was beautiful and we would definitely stay again. For anyone considering booking do it. I would also recommend bringing some ear plugs if your guests can be loud, as the bedrooms are very close together.

We had a perfect few days staying here in Horning. The house was fantastic and the village was beautiful. Tom was also a great host and was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Lorraine was a great host, communication was excellent. Told us all the best places to eat in the area etc. Annexe was great, clean, with private garden. Conservatory was lovely to sit in during the late afternoon. Really pieceful place to stay. Would definatley recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Laura's place! The home was in a great location right by the seafront, with just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. It was very clean, very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was easy with Laura and she was responsive to messages. We will look to book here again if we return to Cromer in the future!

thankyou for such a glorious stay! the place is nestled in a quiet tranquil spot next to a running river and sauna of which was refreshing to dip into.. the bed was super comfy and all the necessary facilities in kitchen and bathroom were plentiful with an addition of some goodies on arrival :) im very sure we will be back !! Beautiful, AND a lovely quaint pub at the top of the drive with delicious, local food menue, a true bonus..

Great location. Right on the seafront with beautiful sea views of Cromer and the pier. The kitchen was well equipped, and the living area comfortable. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a Smart TV in the main bedroom. Don't be put off with the apartment being above No1 Chip Shop. There was no noise and no smell of fish and chips (until we brought some into the apartment!) They were delicious by the way, definitely recommend. All in all, it was a perfect place to stay. The only things I would say to improve it would be to have tea, coffee and sugar available for guests. There was milk, wine and buscuits, but after a long journey we were desperate for a cuppa and had to pop to the shop to get some (only minor complaint as the shop is across the road) and access to the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs so might not be suitable for everyone. The stairwell was very scruffy and could be improved in line with the beautiful apartment.

Nestled in the heart of Cromer the LNBH was a cosy, very comfortable and welcoming home from home. An awful lot of care and attention has gone into the decor and feel of the property. The clever use of the space and all the interesting details all add to the overall ambiance. The view, especially in the morning, is heartwarming. Everything you need is virtually on the doorstep. And the north Norfolk coast is a short drive away. We will definitely return.

This is the second time we have stayed at Sea Mist and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. It truly is a home from home. Elaine is such a welcoming host who cannot do enough for you! Patricia’s place was absolutely stunning!! It was well located - close to the supermarket, bakeries and the beach. The views from the kitchen/living room were gorgeous and made it that much more magical. The pictures don’t do it justice!! Highly recommend 😊😊
