This place was perfect for my needs. It is clean, comfortable, and spacious. It has all the essentials - including a little kitchenette area and dining table. The location is convenient too. It’s about 5 minutes from restaurants/stores and about 15 mins from the oceanfront/boardwalk. Bridget was kind and responsive. I enjoyed my stay!

This is a great residence for anyone wishing to stay in the area. Comfortable and clean. Just as advertised. Definitely a home away from home. Gerta was quick to respond to all communications.

My stay at Ethel's was amazing. The entire room was exactly like the pictures. I felt completely at home. The room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. I will reserve her space when I come back to VA. I really enjoyed my stay there. She was very responsive and her instructions for the check in are great.

Jerome was very very accommodating and super helpful with me my wife and dog. We were in one of the worst situations we had ever been in and we’re desperate for help and to be cut a break. Jerome and his wife Cristy provided that and beyond. Super communicate, super on top of everything, if there was a problem no matter how small or large they had it rectified posthaste. They even completely cleaned up their rather large backyard just so my dog could have somewhere to run and play. As for the room itself, when we arrived it was very clean and very spacious for it only being a room. He has a very large tv and a roku stick for your access to whatever you would wish to watch. There is lots of storage room for your clothes and whatever else you may need. There is also rather spacious mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable as well. There are also two very large windows that can be opened or closed if you need a breeze. Cristy cleans like a mad-woman so any mess that may be around in the house is cleaned before you even realize it. The bathroom was very clean and they even left us a travel bag of toiletries. They have two very friendly cats that love attention. This is in fact a smoke friendly house, which is an incredibly rare find. Thank you so much Jerome and cristy for all of your hospitality and help during this impossible time that I found myself in.

Mark is clearly an experienced host. Communication was seemless and the breakfast with fresh fruit provided was a welcomed touch. The dogs are super friendly!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Mark is very hospitable and went out of his way to ensure our stay was excellent. The room and experience far exceeded our expectations. It was great to feel so comfortable and relaxed. The bedroom and batrhoom were very clean. The coffee and breakfast were a bonus. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. This was our best experience with an airbnb.

Bill and his wife Guzel are fantastic hosts. Their home, our room, bathroom were perfect and the supplies were provided are beyond our expectations! It was organized so well, they are so kind and helpful. We will definitely look them up again when we go to VA beach next.

Very nice spot, I grew up in Virginia Beach and it's remarkable how much it's changed. I think this Airbnb really gives even the nicest local hotels a run for their money, you're certainly not going to find a bathtub at any of them for this price. Snack and drinks were a nice touch as well.

I love this place! It was amazing and Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. Hot tub was amazing and the room was very clean! I will definitely be back.

My room was not only extremely clean, but was also in an adorable, convenient area as well. The check in message was very informative and I had no trouble getting into my room. The other people staying in the building were respectful and quiet as well. Will definitely be staying again!

Upon check-in we were welcomed with the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever met. They offered us local discount cards to use at restaurants during our stay, and provided us with all of the information we needed for our stay. Xiaoming was always fast with his responses and was very helpful. The resort was spotless and had a comfortable atmosphere, and the sky lounge is most definitely worth the visit! We were provided with complimentary breakfast, a beautiful view, and even a free raffle entry during our breakfast. The room was spotless and the hotel staff were very accommodating. Overall this will be my go to spot to stay during my trips to VA beach from now on, absolutely perfect!

Peter's place is an oceanfront unit, on the boardwalk. The building was somewhat older, and the pool was somewhat small, but the staff were friendly and accommodating. The Ocean view was spectacular, and the convenience to the beach, restaurants and attractions was excellent. I had looked up reviews on the building online, and became a bit skeptical as to how our stay might turn out. As it turns out, we had a great time on the beach, and relaxing on the balcony. The unit has a flat-screen with cable in the bedroom and livingroom. We would gladly stay again.

Dimitri’s place was very clean and in a great location. Dimitri communicated very well and was very thorough of his guest. Thank you will definitely be returning.

Reserved an apartment at Kris’s bed and breakfast for family coming into town. Due to a glitch in the system she realized that the apartment was double booked and immediately offered two rooms for the same price. Her response was amazing and my family bragged about the place the entire time they visited taking pictures of everything. 10/10 would recommend and have my family stay there again!!!

This was our second stay at the Pinner House, and we were definitely not disappointed! The place is always spotless, but Kris took extra steps to make sure the home was sanitized and we were the only guests, due to covid-19. We really appreciated the accommodations made on that part. It’s such a beautiful getaway in Suffolk, that you truly feel you’re on vacation! From the fire Kris made in their outdoor fireplace in the evening, to the lovely breakfast prepared for us in the morning, you will not be disappointed with your stay at the Pinner House!

mark was a wonderful host. He was very attentive to my needs as a guest and was also very sociable. His place has so much charm and personality - I could really fee the joy that eminated from it. Room was great and the bed comfortable, and I must say the backyard was kinda magical. 100% i'd stay again

Marnie and Steve’s AirBnB accommodation is clean, private, and secure. They made me feel at home. WiFi was strong, and I was able to work online as naturally as if I’d been in my own home office. They were helpful and friendly, but also respectful of my privacy. The dorm-sized refrigerator and microwave helped me save money on food, the twin bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom with shower was extremely clean and functional. I highly recommend this accommodation, and would stay there again.

Stunning home with comfy beds! The breakfast was so incredible with the BEST homemade scones! Kris was a responsive host and the fountain outside was a lovely sound to hear sitting on one of the balconies! Great price for this place!

We stayed with Kris in August of 2022 and everything was exactly as pictured. We stayed in room 4 and the private screened in balcony was perfect. You can hear the bubbling of the fountains and water features and it’s so calming. The beds felt like sleeping on clouds. And the continental breakfast box was amazing. Homemade, warm scones, Greek yogurt with berries, hard boiled egg and OJ… it was so filling and delicious. We loved our stay and will 100% be back. Relaxing, romantic, and everything we wanted.

Albemarle 202 was an excellent place to stay for a weekend trip to Virginia Beach! Quiet and comfy space to stay in that was super close to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here for a simple, clean, and comfortable stay near the beach.

This was our second time staying at Cathy's beautiful home. We were thrilled that her place was available for our 6-day stay! Cathy is a terrific host and you have all the comforts of home! Cathy goes above and beyond to provide little extras. For example, she started us out with lots of breakfast items and snacks which lasted the majority of our stay. The kitchenette area has everything that you need to warm up food, as well as a nice eat-in area. We enjoy that we have the whole top floor ... with a large full bathroom, kitchenette and laundry area. We were able to do a load of laundry before we packed to travel home. The bed is comfortable, with extra pillows in the closet. The room is very large and perfect for a long stay. Each evening we walked over to the water. The area is safe and was beautiful .... all decorated for Christmas. We also walked to several places to do some shopping. I highly recommend this location and Cathy's home!
