I could not recommend this place and these hosts enough! The place was warm and welcoming and I absolutely love the location. A very peaceful neighborhood with easy bay access. The hosts were amazing and responsive. The house had some maintenance problems but at no fault of theirs…just typical house problems and they handled everything extremely well and we were not inconvenienced at all! Also our dog loved the place and they were stocked will all the dog necessities which was very helpful!

We had an excellent stay at Brian’s home! The house was pristine, fully stocked with everything you could need and very close to the beach. The street was quiet with minimal traffic and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dog and small children to play. An added bonus to this home was the game room and children’s toys and books. This is the first place we have stayed that included things that are friendly to very small children. We will definitely stay here again!

Great host. Place felt just like home. Very clean and comfy. Adorable fenced in backyard. We had everything we needed and host was very responsive. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Chardonnay Shed. The location is walking distance to many great restaurants and the Oceanfront. The house was clean, the bed was comfortable, it had everything we needed. Bob was very kind and helpful. We hope to return soon!

Very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. Plenty of space for a family with a private backyard and sunroom. Holly was great with communication and had plenty of recommendations for the area. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return if we are in the area!

Wonder spot for a get away. The place was clean, colorful and welcoming. Nice back yard. Peaceful, would stay again.

Tammy's place was perfect for our family visit to VB. The toys, the yard, the kitchen, and the overall cozy vibes were great. Easily walkable to the beach or nearby shops. Highly recommend.

Its hard to find 3 bedrooms with en-suite facilities so I was happy when I found the Butterfly house. When I saw the house I was even happier! Bedrooms huge and beds compfy. It is located about .5 a block to the areas my family and I enjoy and could walk to: Murpy's Irish,Catch 31 and the awesome Kite store! We hope to return Christmas week- Thanks Thomas & Family

We really enjoyed staying at the golden hour! The hosts were very responsive and helpful! They had sound machines in every bedroom which if you have kids is a big deal. The toys and kids activities there were a big hit! The pools are pristine and the whole outdoor area is very nice! Very short walk to beach which was also convenient! They literally thought of everything, if you forgot something chances are they had it! Definitely recommend staying here if you have children and want a nice low key place to stay!

My wife, dog and I loved the house. It’s walkable to the boardwalk and is in a great location. The house was perfect for everything we wanted to do and would definitely recommend staying here!

What a fantastic place! LARGE and clean house, best bang for your buck, and 5 min walk to the beach. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay around the area. my wife and my dog also loved the home. 11/10, would absolutely come back for another stay.

Lovely home in a great location . Very clean, nicely decorated, well appointed and cozy with a beautiful pool area. John-Leon is a great host and was very responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home and breathtaking views. As others mentioned it could use a few updates, but wasn't bad. Layout really nice for three separate families staying together.

Clean, roomy, location with a big comfortable bed. Convenient location (marred slightly by construction on the main road). Washer/dryer including laundry soap was a bonus. Everything seemed new as if recently renovated. A malfunctioning water heater on the first night was fixed by the next afternoon - the maintenance personnel showed up very shortly after Chandler called him the next morning, and then made himself available for followup service as needed. Responses to texting or through the app were somewhat delayed, but once the water heater was fixed everything went smoothly. Another bonus was the location of a couple nice restaurants in the center next door within easy walking distance - especially nice not having to get out at night when the primary construction was happening. Very nice place - would stay there again.

My family of 5 (3 kids) had the best stay!! The house felt so welcoming and the yard is truly beautiful. There’s something there for all ages. There’s a park right across the street. All beach accessories you could want are provided for you. From roasting marshmallows in the yard, walking the beach to find gorgeous shells while kids played in the sand and water, to grilling outside, and enjoying the peaceful neighborhood, it was definitely our favorite vacation yet! Would recommend this to anyone. Thank y’all so much!! I will say if you have small dogs bring a lead because they can fit through parts of the gate, other than that we had such a great, memory filled time!!

This home was exactly how advertised. Clean, easy to enter, and in the right location for our needs. The street can be a bit noisy but we didn’t notice that inside the home, only when out on the front decks. We had two issues that we needed to call the hosts for and both were handled quickly and in a friendly manner. Would definitely stay with them again.

My partner and I loved our stay! Jeremiah made us feel right at home. We loved how dog friendly our space was and how there were so many helpful amenities. The location was beautiful and within a short drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here at Sarah’s place. Her place made us feel right at home and we loved everything about it. We definitely want to come back and get this place again. She was very helpful and responded right away about a router my husband needed to work from home.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed and more (s’mores, extra toiletries, coffee and even breakfast!) plus a nice fenced in yard for our dogs. Communication with the host was great too. We highly recommend Steff’s place and would definitely stay again.
