Liliana’s home is perfect for a family holiday. We had mixed age groups and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom is good for older generation with easy access. We were by the beach for walks and nearby was a cafe and restaurant for evening meals and morning coffees and cakes. We got Ubers into Porto which were very easy to get and reasonably priced. You can have busy days in Porto and quieter evenings in the house in Gaia which suited us perfectly. Liliana was a fantastic host who organised a cab for us from the airport. Any questions we had she provided quick answers and helpful tips. I would definitely recommend the house and host. Just for info - We took a bus tour in Porto for 48 hours would take the bus to the point closest to the house and grab an Uber from there which worked out cheaper.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Carla’s place. We loved the surroundings of nature and the rural setting so close to Porto. We were able to take the train into Porto to enjoy an afternoon. We walked across the road to take in a hike and enjoy a scenic waterfall. Carla was very easy to communicate with and we were fortunate to meet her and her husband. The house was lovely and we felt right at home. It’s on our list of places to return to!!!!

We rented the entire villa for 9 days for 6 guests consisting of family & friends. Alessandro made every aspect of or visit pleasant and guided us through everything we needed to know about the house and the area. He’s the kindest of hosts and considerate of guests privacy as well. I highly recommend OLA Guesthouse.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hagah Alojamentos! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure i had everything i needed. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic one-night stay at this lovely getaway! The house was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing BBQ away from the city. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a V60 for making coffee. The outdoor space offered plenty of activities. We had a blast playing football, basketball, and ping pong, which made the stay even more fun. It’s a great place to unwind, whether you want to relax or be active. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were responsive to all our questions. We felt very welcomed and would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful yet fun escape from the city. Looking forward to coming back for a longer stay next time!

The view from this home is priceless. It is spacious and very comfortable. The power went out multiple times but always came right back on. The host was quick to respond to all of our questions and requests.

C'est une maison très agréable, située dans un environnement paisible. L'accueil par Gloria était très cordial et les propriétaires Ana et Victor ont été disponibles pour nous indiquer la marche à suivre lors de notre arrivée en soirée. Nous y étions venus il y a 5 ans et nous reviendrons si possible.

Pasamos unos días estupendos. El alojamiento es perfecto para dos personas y el entorno es precioso para caminar y disfrutar de hermosas puestas de sol. Ideal para desconectar.

La casa de campo Los Carballos nos conquistó a la familia desde las fotos y nos enamoró al llegar.Javier nos acompañó hasta allí y nos hizo sentir como en casa explicándonos todo con detalle y recomendándonos lugares encantadores para visitar. Pasamos un fin de semana increíble, disfrutando de todas las comodidades: una churrasquera y mesas de piedra en el exterior, cocina bien equipada,duchas muy amplias, camas súper cómodas y una chimenea de pellets que hizo el salón muy acogedor para jugar a juegos de mesa. La finca es un paraíso, con árboles, césped y espacio para que niños y adultos jueguen y disfruten: incluso pista de badminton! De noche, usamos las tumbonas para ver las estrellas y la vía láctea, un espectáculo inolvidable!. Javier, un anfitrión excepcional, siempre atento,nos trató con mucho cariño. En resumen, una experiencia maravillosa en una casa y finca de ensueño, perfecta para disfrutar en familia o amigos y explorar la hermosa zona de Baiona y alrededores. Volveremos!

Casa muito bem mobilada e limpa. Ótimo para um fim de semana em família ou com amigos. Recomendo.

We chose this place for a little escape by the end of our busy season and to celebrate a birthday. We wanted a hut, peace and nature. We got it here. The hut served our purposes for the short stay with all the amenities you need, including heating. The views were breathtaking and the location is out of this world. During the day (a week day) one could only hear birds and the nighttime is one of the most peaceful you can get. Of the sky is clear, it's perfect to watch shooting stars. Would be back at anytime for a longer term.

A Casa da Flor é um espaço maravilhoso, rodeado por natureza, jardim, tranquilo e com uma vista linda de cortar a respiração sobre o Rio Tâmega, onde se pode relaxar verdadeiramente, bem como caminhar, nadar na piscina ou praticar SUP no rio com toda a segurança. Há imensos recantos confortáveis onde podemos descontrair a contemplar o Rio, a ler, a descansar. O contacto com a Helena foi sempre muito fácil e responsivo. A casa tem o conforto, higiene e tudo o que uma família precisa para estar bem. É um sítio óptimo para se estar com crianças. As visitas do Bruno (um dos cães da casa) fez as delícias dos meus filhos. Recomendo e vou voltar!

Logement incroyable avec une vue imprenable sur le Douro! De plus, possibilité de faire du kayak!! Cet endroit est sublime et très apaisant.
