Gerçekten harika ve huzur dolu bir tatil oldu.Christina çok iyi bir ev sahibi her konuda yardımcı olmak için yanımızdaydı.Müthiş bir tesis kalbimizi orada bıraktık. Umarım tekrar gitme fırsatı bulabiliriz. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebilirim.

Niko’nun yeri muhteşem. Limana 15 dakika mesafede, yolu güzel. Gittiğimizde bizi karşıladı ve valizleri taşımamıza yardımcı oldu. Odaya girer girmez sıcaklığı hissediyorsunuz. Ev çok temizdi ve çarşaflar mis gibi kokuyordu. İçine yeni tadilat yapılmış, her şey çok kullanışlıydı. Niko bizim için yedek havlu ve çarşaf bırakmıştı. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Denize yirmi adım yürüyerek ve balkon manzarası müthiş. En büyük artısı da özel otoparkının olması. Araç kiralamam içinde yardımcı oldu. Keşke bu yere sonsuz yıldız verebilsem. Her şey için çok teşekkürler Niko 🤍 En yakın zamanda tekrar görüşmek üzere. Seni özleyeceğiz.

Όλα ήταν τέλειο. Η τοποθέτηση είναι σαν όνειρο, πολύ ήρεμα, με μια υπέροχη θέα. Η θάλασσα δίπλα μας ενθουσίασε πολύ. Μια παραλία με άμμο και πεντακάθαρο νερό. Το διαμέρισμα που μέναμε ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που θέλαμε και περίμεναμε. Νιώθαμε σαν να είμαστε στο σπίτι μας. Είχε τα πάντα. Μπορούσαμε να δουλέψουμε με το ίντερνετ και να απολαύσουμε την χαλαρή ατμόσφαιρα. Η σκυλίτσα πέρασε τέλεια και απόλαυσε το περιβάλλον. Κοντά από την χώρα μας βοήθησε να πάμε να φάμε το βράδυ. Υπάρχουν και ταβέρνες κοντά απλά εκτός σεζόν ήταν κλειστά. Να πάτε, θα απολαύσετε την διαμονή σας όπως εμείς. Οι ιδιοκτήτες κάνανε τα πάντα για να μας εξυπηρετήσουν σε όποια πρόβλημα είχαμε. Tout était parfait lors de notre séjour. Les propriétaires sont incroyablement gentils et chaleureux prêts à nous offrir leur aide pour n'importe quel problème rencontré. L'appartement était exactement ce que nous espérions et ce que nous désirions. Situé à quelques minutes en voiture de la capitale de l'île, ça nous a permis d'aller dîner. Il y a des tavernes aux alentours de la résidence, mais hors saison tout est fermé. Notre chienne a également passé un merveilleux séjour, profitant de la plage et de la nature. La plage est tellement belle et propre. Ce séjour nous a fait grand bien.

First of all, the house is in a position overlooking the bay. The house was very clean, our room had a large balcony with a great view. An ideal place to relax. Thanks again to Angelano, who works at Jason's place, for his help and hospitality.

We stayed at Giorgos property for a week in the middle of August 24, with my wife and my daughter. The location was great, the instructions were very clear, the property was just 5 meter away from the beach and the apartment was very clean , very well equipped and with a stunning view of the sea and Mykonos island. Giorgos is a fantastic host, very proactive , very responsive and always with a big smile! He offered us a welcome drink, some fruits , cakes ,bottle water and coffee for all days there. They even gave us an umbrella and beach chairs to take with us when exploring other beaches. We enjoyed very much our stay at Giorgos property and we will return for sure.

We spent two amazing weeks here and were very sad when we left. Ilias, his wife Maria, and dear grandma Alkisti, welcomed us like family. The apartment is more beautiful in reality, the pictures don't do justice. It has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation or longer stay, not to mention that it's spotless clean. The view and the location are unbeatable, right on the Potokaki beach - one of the best in Samos, short drive or 25 minutes nice walk into Pythagoreio. The sea is so close with a nice breeze, and we preferred to have the windows open all the time, fresh air and sound of waves, instead of AC. We had a car and drove around the island, and came to the conclusion that Alkisti's is the Perfect place to stay in Samos, as a couple, single, or family with kids. We will miss our long breakfasts and evening drinks on the balcony, staring at the sea and the boats, swimming in the clear and calm waters, and hope we will return soon!

George's place is a throw back to an earlier time in Greece with lots of charm. It's perfectly located to enjoy the town on foot with lots to see and do, and plenty of restaurants near by.

The host was very friendly and helpful. He made us feel at home. His recommendations for the touristic places and restaurants were also amazing. The apartment was very clean, close to the beach and 10-15 mins away from the center. I enjoyed my time here with family. I highly recommend it!

Ev son derece keyifli, deniz kenarında, ulaşım çok rahat ve sadece evde kalmak bile son derece keyifliydi, evde gerekebilecek her şey düşünülmüştü, son derece temizdi, her şey için çok teşekkürler...

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

We had the perfect Greek island holiday, with a well-appointed house, less than a minute's walk to a really quiet part of the beach, where our own sunbeds were set out. No more than 5 minute's walk to the local shop and nearest restaurants. We had all we needed to relax and enjoy our stay! Markus and Nikola were so warm and friendly and Regina greeted us on arrival to show us around the house even though we were over an hour late due to a delayed flight. Inside the house was not just super clean but also really stylish, with cool contemporary polished concrete and reclaimed stone and wood as well as super huge sofas and cushions. Our top favourite was the polished concrete staircase! The house is in a quiet part of Petra, among by other houses which look out to the beach. Would highly recommend. Air conditioning is super efficient in the downstairs rooms; the upstairs kitchen and living room is warmer but manageable with the fans provided. There are always cool rooms to relax in.

This place was absolutely spotless. Private parking was a plus. Communication with Issidoros was fantastic. Rodope went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We are touched by your kindness and hospitality, you made our visit extraordinary, thank you!

We spent our family vacation here with a 20-month-old baby, grandparents, and aunties. The house is a perfect fit for large family or friend groups. Bedrooms and restrooms are spacious, and the location is ideal for discovering Pithagorio and planning trips to the other parts of the island since all the transportation (taxi, bus stop, or rental car) is on the street just below the house. Check-in and out were easy. The houseI has everything for small human beings; high chair, mini table and chairs, toys, etc. Even we couldn't meet in person, Manos is very responsive and friendly. Thank you. Highly recommended place to stay!

Apartament bardzo czysty. Jest w nim wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Wspaniały widok na okolicę, morze i góry. Miejsce w którym można odpocząć, ciche i piękne Właścicielka odpowiada od razu na każde pytanie. 3 kroki do pysznej restauracji nad samym morzem.

This is a perfect location if you want to spend some time close to a quiet beach off the main drag, with very few beach club umbrellas. There is wonderful taverna at one end of the beach, and a cafe with a very niche menu at the other end. You will need to hire a car or scooter to get there and make excursions from there - no public transport. We had been to the beach previously so knew our way around and how to get there, so I cannot comment on how accurate George's direction might be because we did not ask for directions. Comfortable bed and linen, and good aircon in case you need it. The only think you might miss is a washing machine.

Cozy apartment, very well equipped with everything you can need, very comfortable beds and the best view left to the old center and right to the sea. The apartment has a private entrance, so you feel like in a tiny house. It is located above a small beach - probably the most pittoresk (and a bit hidden) in Kokkari. Kostas (and his family) is a super friendly and sensitive host! He was always keen to ensure that I felt comfortable and made my stay in Kokkari incredible pleasant. Thank you!

Η κυρία Ελένη είναι μια πολυ ταλαντη ευγενική,πολύ καλή οικοδέσποινα , εξυπηρετική και είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη από την επικοινωνία που είχαμε καθώς έσπευσε να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να βοηθήσει για την παραμονή μας εκεί Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό , μας παρείχε καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες , ποτό καλωσορίσματος και την ευγενική της παρουσία

Het appartement was fantastisch, precies als op de foto's afgebeeld. Prachtig en heel smaakvol ingericht. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, en meer. Het appartement ligt midden in het levendige Kokkari, maar je hebt vanwege de mooie ligging, geen last van lawaai. Hadi was een fantastische host, heel gastvrij, en heeft ons goede tips gegeven wat restaurants betreft. Ook de geadopteerde kater Tijger was een gezellig extraatje terwijl wij op ons terras zaten. Wij raden het appartement van Hadi zeker aan!!

Ήμασταν δύο ζευγάρια, βρήκαμε ένα μεγάλο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με δύο άνετα υπνοδωμάτια. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτε. Απολαύσαμε την τεράστια βεράντα, κάθε πρωί παίρναμε πρωινό με θέα τον διπλανό αρχαιολογικό χώρο. Εύκολο πάρκινγκ μπροστά ή δίπλα από το σπίτι. Η θέση εξαιρετική, ανάμεσα στα Ρηχά Νερά για χαλαρό μπάνιο και beach bar, και στο Ρωμέικο Γυαλό για βόλτα, φαγητό, ποτό, παγωτό και θέα στο Κάστρο. Όλα αυτά σε απόσταση δύο - τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει μάρκετ, φούρνος, περίπτερο, ότι χρειάζεται κανείς. Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής, φιλικοί και με άμεση επικοινωνία οι οικοδεσπότες. Η οικοδομή σε πρώτη ματιά δεν είναι τόσο φροντισμένη, αλλά αυτό δεν μας επηρέασε καθόλου, είχαμε καταπληκτική διαμονή.

Υπεροχος χωρος και πεντακαθαρος!! Σε μια πολυ ησυχη και ομορφη γειτονια ακριβως πανω απο το λιμανι!! Ιδανικη τοποθεσια για να εξερευνησεις το νησι. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο και ευρυχωρο! Ηταν παρα πολυ ανετο και το συνηστω αν θελεις να ταξιδεψεις με την οικογενεια σου ή και μονος θα εχεις ολες τις ανεσεις! Η κυρια Ποπη και ο συζυγος της εξαιρετικοι οικοδεσποτες!! Απαντουν αμεσως στα μηνυματα εκανα το check in μου κυριολεκτικα τελευταια στιγμη αργα το απογευμα και παρολα αυτα μεσα σε ουτε 5 λεπτα μπηκα στο σπιτι! Τους ευχαριστω πολυ γι αυτην την ομορφη διαμονη! Και οπωσδηποτε καθε φορα που θα ερχομαι θα κλεινω μονο σε αυτους τη διαμονη μου☺️ Πραγματικα δε θα βρειτε κατι καλυτερο οσον αφορα την καθαριοτητα ,την τοποθεσια και την φιλοξενια!!

We have stayed in Lanas apartment before and have had great stays on both occasions. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed. Lana is great at communicating and Jasmine went extra lengths to help us. Be aware that the road to the apartment is quite steep and paved with cobble stones, so getting luggage there is a bit of a task if your not traveling light. Fully recommended!

Wunderbare Unterkunft am westlichen Ende von Samos´Südküste - abseits des deprimierenden Massentourismus. Kleinteilige, liebevolle, parkähnliche Anlage, mit viel Einsatz toll instandgehalten. Leider gibt es von 4 Lokalen in dem Bereich (Ort kann man nicht sagen) keine einzige Taverne mit wirklich guter griechischer Küche.
