The unit was as pictured in the listing. The bathroom was beautiful and the modern kitchen contained all that was needed for preparing the occasional meal. We were short some sheets when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and brought them to us. The narrow streets and lack of parking was a challenge as we were not accustomed to this, but it seems to be common at least in this part of Mytilene. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Evin olanakları gayet yeterli, tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Balkondaki manzara müthiş. Sahipleri her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldu. Çalışanlar dahil herkes samimi ve çok cana yakın. Restorandaki yemek seçenekleri kısıtlı ancak temiz ve lezzetliydi. Kısaca tam aradığımız gibi sakin, huzurlu ve keyifli bir haftasonu geçirdik. Herşey için teşekkürler 🩵

The house is exactly like at the photos, new, clean and lovely. Andreas was always very attentive and helpful. It was a very great holiday in a beautiful island and beautiful house!

Great host, great place, great everything. It is a place a little far from the main services. It is perfect for a very relaxing days. The landscape is breathtaking. Get a car and you'll have a perfect stay.

Ioannis was a strikingly helpful and engaged host. He picked me up from the port and was available if any small thing required any sort of attention. He was kind and generous. The flat is very nice, well equipped and very close to a gorgeous beach. Great balcony and view too. I went out of season, I wanted quiet and I got it. I would imagine that Agios Sostis comes to life later in May but when I was there there were no Taverna's available and only one small shop. If you have a car none of that matters, it is 10 minutes into Chora. It is a beautiful island. Classically Greek; picturesque, relaxed and warm.

I’ve been using Airbnb for at least ten years and this was honestly the best stay we have ever had. Such a beautiful location, waking up to the sea every morning was so great for the soul. Walking down to the beach every day for swimming and smoothies also so lovely. The apartment is so well designed and felt fresh and minimal yet with everything you need. The stand out feature of our stay was the feeling of generosity though.. so many treats on arrival, daily cleaning included, beautiful and holistic bathroom goodies restocked every moment, a wealth of knowledge and helpful tips shared on arrival, new water bottles every day.. at the majority of places we stay on Airbnb they say they are luxury but this feeling is not there.. this is true 5 star service and we appreciated it so much.. the difference it makes to how you feel is priceless. We are so grateful for this stay and look forward to returning as soon as we can! I had ten places to choose from in Tinos, so happy I chose this!

Such a lovely stay in Kokkari! The host made us feel right at home with all the amenities, a clean space and was very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone staying in Samos!

Nana gerçekten çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi. Bizi kek ve çay ile karşıladı :) Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Odalar da çok temiz. Ertesi sabah gözleme ve omlet ikram etti, çok düşünceli ve ince biri. 1 gece kaldık ama bir daha gelirsem kesin burada kalırım :) Herkese tavsiye ediyorum :)

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Φανταστικός χώρος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, με ιδιωτικότητα, πολύ άνετο! Ήταν πολύ καλύτερο από ότι περιμέναμε! Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική, απάντησε σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις μας πολύ γρήγορα! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε κι εμείς ξανά!

Ev geleneksel bir mahallede modern dizayn edilmişti. Her penceresi ve balkonu deniz manzaralıydı. Evimiz o kadar güzeldi ki sabah kahvaltılarını evde hazırladık. Uzun masasında akşamları vakit geçirdik. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayacak mutfak ekipmanları (ocak, fırın, kahve makinesi, kettle, mikrodalga fırın, portakal sıkacağı, tencere, tava, tabak, bardak) bulunuyordu. Sürpriz olarak buzdolabında Feta Peynir, zeytin, su, atıştırmalık, meyveler ve kahve/çay ile ağırlandık. Banyo ekipmanları (şampuan, sabun, havlu ve hatta çamaşır/kurutma makineleri vardı. İki odamızda ferahtı. Odalarda ve salonda klima bulunuyordu. Son olarak Metaxia bizi mükemmel ağırladı. Adeta rehberlik etti. Konaklamamız süresince bizimle ilgilendi, gezilecek yerler, yapılacak aktiviteler, restaurant ve kafe önerileri paylaştı. Ara ara ihtiyacımız var mı diye iletişime geçti. Tüm konaklama deneyimimizden memnun ayrıldık. Tekrar gelsek mutlaka yine burada konaklamak isteriz.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, man hat, wenn man schwimmen gehen will, die Wahl zwischen zwei Stränden, die in weniger als einer Minute erreichbar sind. Der Ausblick von Balkon und Terrasse ist wunderbar, allerdings ist die Dachterrasse mit vier Sitzgelegenheiten nur begrenzt nutzbar, da zumindest wir (ca. 180cm) beim Begehen der Wendeltreppe nur eine Hand frei hatten und so kaum etwas mit hochnehmen konnten. Der Balkon hat nur Platz für zwei Stühle und so empfehlen wir das Haus auch für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Das Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Haus ist sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, weil die Lage und das bequeme Bett mit dem schönen Bad im Obergeschoss einen Besuch absolut wert sind.

Nice private villa with nice view, very close to the center

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione: è molto ampio, ben arredato e con una vista fantastica. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città e vicinissimo alla spiaggia. E' un'ottima base per visitare l'isola. Il parcheggio nel cortile del condominio è decisamente comodo. Il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile.

Notre séjour nous a comblé au delà de nos espérances, d’une part par la localisation de l’appartement donnant sur cette petite baie baignée de soleil où règne un calme propice au repos et à la contemplation et d’autre part grace à l’histoire de cette île qui a vécu et vit encore de la production du « mastika », et qui confère à ce lieu une dimension historique particulière. La population est d’une gentillesse et une disponibilité incroyable (dûs sans aucun doute à la fin de saison touristique). C’est un bonus inestimable car vous pouvez vraiment vous imprégner de l’âme de l’île. Et puis il y a ces plages lovées dans des criques d’une incroyable beauté et l’eau encore douce pour cette fin octobre. La gastronomie locale est aussi à la hauteur de tout ce qui précède avec une cuisine maison et pleine de saveurs. Grand merci à Diane pour sa réactivité et ses excellents conseils.

Manolis provided a wonderful apartment & excellent communication. I highly recommend this combo! Parking your vehicle just outside of the port is smart. It’s tight to get your vehicle nearby.

Tolle Lage, schöne Umgebung, gemütliche, saubere Wohnung, sehr netter Kontakt. Der Blick vom Bett und von der Terrasse aus aufs Meer war traumhaft! Danke für alles, Vangelis! Ich hoffe, wir kommen bald mal wieder.

Υπεροχος χωρος και πεντακαθαρος!! Σε μια πολυ ησυχη και ομορφη γειτονια ακριβως πανω απο το λιμανι!! Ιδανικη τοποθεσια για να εξερευνησεις το νησι. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο και ευρυχωρο! Ηταν παρα πολυ ανετο και το συνηστω αν θελεις να ταξιδεψεις με την οικογενεια σου ή και μονος θα εχεις ολες τις ανεσεις! Η κυρια Ποπη και ο συζυγος της εξαιρετικοι οικοδεσποτες!! Απαντουν αμεσως στα μηνυματα εκανα το check in μου κυριολεκτικα τελευταια στιγμη αργα το απογευμα και παρολα αυτα μεσα σε ουτε 5 λεπτα μπηκα στο σπιτι! Τους ευχαριστω πολυ γι αυτην την ομορφη διαμονη! Και οπωσδηποτε καθε φορα που θα ερχομαι θα κλεινω μονο σε αυτους τη διαμονη μου☺️ Πραγματικα δε θα βρειτε κατι καλυτερο οσον αφορα την καθαριοτητα ,την τοποθεσια και την φιλοξενια!!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό όπως και ο οικοδεσπότης. Ότι χρειάζεται για μια ολοκληρωμένη διαμονή υπήρχε διαθέσιμο. Προσεγμένος χώρος και άνετος. Σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, έχεις τα πάντα προσβάσιμα εύκολα.
