The apartment is in a very central and quiet area, there is parking very close and shops nearby. The apartment is very clean and corresponds exactly to the pictures and even better in reality. The owner of the apartment is always available and provided excellent service and support. I recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a central and excellent apartment. Familie 2+2 + Grosseltern für eine Woche. Daniele legt sehr grossen Wert auf die Übergabe einer perfekt sauberen Wohnung. Wir haben zwei Apartments gebucht. Beide sind sehr sauber und gut riechend übergeben worden. Parick hat uns gleich eine kleine Tour durch die Gegend gegeben. Zahlreiche Empfehlungen hinsichtlich Restaurants haben sich verwirklicht. Während des Aufenthaltes problemloser Kontakt mit ihm aber dennoch fühlten wir uns nicht überwacht. Danielle und Patrick wohnen im gleichen Haus, haben aber unseren Tagesablauf nicht gestört oder beeinflusst. Eine tolle Gegend mit Einfamilienhäusern. Kein Lärm, gehobenere Gegend. Ohne Mietwagen könnte problematisch werden. Wir freuen uns in dieser Gegend gebucht zu haben. Malta ist eine kleine Insel und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind problemlos erreichbar. Die Möglichkeit am eigenen Pool abseits des Lärms zu entschleunigen war des Preises wert.

Amazing stay in this beautiful apartment. The huge balcony has the most amazing view over the beautiful bay! You can watch the sunrise while eating a home cooked meal from up there😊! The bed is comfortable and big, the bathroom was nice and water pressure was great in the shower. A really lovely place. It’s a great base for exploring since parking is free on the street. It took us 20-25 minutes to walk to the city from the apartment. I would definitely stay here again in the future 👌🏼

We found a very clean and large house, with a nice welcome surprise, the house was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, the terrace overlooking the ocean in a picturesque, quiet village, very good contact with the owner, she immediately responded to current problems and tried to help as much as possible, we fully recommend this place

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cyprus! The place was spotless, super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time with our three kids. The host was so helpful, always available to answer our questions and give great recommendations. Made us feel at home. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Cyprus, this is it! Muchas gracias a María, hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas en el apartamento Frente al Mar. Una ubicación única, en una barriada típica de Málaga con muy buena conexión al centro de la ciudad. El apartamento está en unas condiciones excelentes y como su nombre indica a pie de playa. Superb!

We had a wonderful time at Sibel and Baris’ beautiful villa. Having been let down by our 1st accommodation provider we booked this property in the morning and were relaxing by the pool in the afternoon of the same day. Sibel and Baris worked so hard to get it all ready for us within a few hours and were so accommodating throughout our time there; very responsive to queries and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. The villa is great with lovely rooms and pool, lots of equipment and utensils and was an ideal place to relax and unwind. Would highly recommend these amazing hosts, this lush villa and a holiday in Turkey❤️! X

Tarik took us on a drive around village to show us where to eat and shop, showed us around at his own expense, very friendly, communication was excellent

The positive reviews of this place and host are entirely justified. Top notch luxury villa, everything provided (even memory foam pillows!), perfect and peaceful location. We availed of the delivered breakfast and enjoyed this every day of our stay. Our host was attentive and nothing was a problem. The pool is exceptional, and the villas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. We loved our holiday to Kolymbia and would highly recommend Twelve Island Villas. We just wish we had booked for longer.

Alles perfekt, super Lage, Lena und Mick waren sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Waren immer und zu jeder Zeit für uns da. Sie haben sehr liebe und ruhige Tiere ( Hunde Harry und Raffa ) 2 Katzen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Pool war immer sauber und zu jeder Zeit nutzbar. Das kleine Häuschen war groß genug und man hatte genügend Platz, alles ausreichend vorhanden. Wir sind schon 24 Jahre in dieser Ecke zum Urlaub machen, hierher kommen wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

We were picked up and given a very warm welcome. Everything was explained to us in detail, and the hosts even surprised us with local delicacies, which we could enjoy for dinner. They were incredibly friendly and always available to answer any questions immediately. It truly couldn’t have been better service!

Everything was perfect and went very smoothly, especially given it was all organised at the last minute. Very nice apartment, short walk to the Souk, easy and friendly check in and out. Khaled was super responsive and helpful . A most enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to be on the beach. There was plenty of room for my 4 adult children. There apartment was equipped with everything we needed. We used to gym, hot tub and sauna almost everyday. I would love to stay there again.

We had such a lovely stay in Lamiaa’s spot. The house has the sweetest vibe mix, warm, quiet, and so cozy. Thank you so much for creating such a charming space.

The modern apartment is well equipped comfortable and spacious; the balcony is large with a side sea view and gets the sun later in the day. We have stayed in the Real Marina development before and this was one of the best equipped apartments we have enjoyed. The beds are comfortable and thought has gone into what people need for a long stay. Lucy left us a welcome hamper with wine, fruit etc and there were extras that you don't always get such as coffee, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, salt,pepper etc. The washer /dryer worked well and there was a drying rack with pegs. The wi-fi worked well without any issues. Like many apartments you can hear some noise from neighbours but in general the apartment was fairly quiet. We would have no hesitation in booking the apartment again.

Nina was lovely responded quickly and even met us at the apartment with clear instructions how to get there. The apartment was so clean and comfortable we had everything we needed and more. I would definitely recommend to book this place, there were 5 of us and we all have so much space. Beautiful relaxing pool and sun beds and walkable to amenities and the strip. We had a great time and we will definitely come back
