For the location, comfort, walkability, availability, utility and John's responsiveness, safe-accommodations and value/price...almost unbelievable & unbeatable! If you need a place to crash or you need to stay comfortably for some time (i.e. weeks) in Rochester, this is going to be one of, if not, your top option. For multiple people (more than two), it would be a little close quarters to stay more than a few days--like if you will have any others over or stopping by. For my purposes, being in town for two nights for a sporting event, John's place was 100% perfect! Gave me the feeling that my college dorm room (which I loved and re-requested multiple years) had been upgraded to a way better adult format! And with a very nice, immaculate bathroom, retro-design little refrigerator and everything I needed/wanted. Side note: Walk to Ugly Duck Coffee for the best in-town experience!! (Though there is good coffee & maker in the room.)

Wish we would have had more time to stay. The location was perfect. Cozy, clean and quiet. The bikes and path right outside the door were an added bonus. Loved the decor too. We’ll be back for a longer stay in the future!

Great place to stay, with parking, right in front of beach. Room was clean with cold air conditioning which is a must. We had a flat tire, and he texted us to let us know, as well as provided a pump to fill it and get us to our next stop to get it fixed. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Location is perfect. Room was clean and staff on site was very friendly. The parking is valet and there is a fee for that. This hotel room is kinda old tho, the sink in the bathroom is always clogged. The A/C is either super hot or super cold.

Wonderful stay! We loved that we could walk to really good restaurants and shops - and even the local museum! And I loved the history of the location!

Wow, Rob’s place was beautiful. The attention to detail in the space was outstanding and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back when we can.

Great place to stay when visiting Bryce or Zion National Parks. It's only about 45 min away from Zion and about 2 hrs from Bryce. Clean space and comfortable bed. Just make sure you bring what you need because there's not much around. Highly recommend!

For our Mom and daughter spring break trip ‘25, we had a lovely stay at Richard‘s for two nights. This historic Victorian home was beautiful. We stayed in the Paris room and loved it. Fridge and microwave, some little snacks coffee tea & water. Lovely decor & special lighting. So lovely compared to a generic hotel room. There are stairs. The common area was very enjoyable too. We really loved that we could walk to restaurants in Historic Ocala. It’s a close drive to the Canyons Zip-line park and Silver Springs for clear kayaking!! Richard was a great host, responded quickly with restaurant suggestions & made sure we had everything we needed. A great stay. Highly recommend and will stay again. Thank you.

We had a fabulous, relaxing few days of Spring Break with my teenager girl. The gem of a boutique hotel was exactly what we were looking for. 💗

This boutique hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was an easy walk to the historic section of town!

The lighthouse boutique hotel was a great place for my friends & I to stay for spring break. The beach was only a 10 minute drive & there were many different shops near our hotel. The check in/check out process was easy. Definitely will be coming back again.

Amazing stay! Great host

The place was great, with a lovely little balcony in the room and a roof terrace where we sat and enjoyed the sunshine. The place is walkable to Havana Vieja and the Malecon. There were great recommendations given for places to eat and for breakfast. Our flight was delayed too and we were able to check in much later than planned. Thanks Jose!

We felt right at home in this beautiful cozy place. The bedroom was spacious and clean With its own washroom. We loved the garden and the hammocks. The house was in a great location. The host was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely be back and we certainly recommend this place. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

What can we say that hasn’t already been said? We had such a wonderful stay with Jill at the Blue Mango. The location was incredible, the rooftop was perfect for watching the sunset, and she went above and beyond to host us. Really refreshing to stay somewhere that the host wants to help you enjoy your trip. Plus…pups and cats. Javier's listing is in the historic center, and it was in a perfect location to walk around and explore. The view from the rooftop was enjoyable, I had breakfast and cocktails while enjoying the lovely view. All the staff were attentive and provided great tips of things to do in the city. Also their cleaning staff did an amazing job. It felt great coming back to a clean room after returning from a long day exploring Queretaro. I highly recommend staying at Javier's listing - Casa Aspeytia.

it was more than I expected very clean and comfortable room I came out there to relax and get a peace of mind and it worked out well,very quiet place that you can get in alot of rest and just feel free without the noise of the city and the air is pretty great out there I will definitely recommend this place to anyone because I plan on visiting again in the near future.
