Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

Highly recommended. Very clean and comfortable unit in a good location. R. was extremely responsive and friendly. All the basics are there along with nice touches throughout, like kitchen spices. I was there for four nights while skiing (traveling alone). Lifts are close enough to walk to, or the town shuttle is very nearby. Easy walk to downtown also. I would definitely stay here again.

this is my second time coming back, and it is always such an enjoyable stay. The views are even more beautiful than any photos can portray, and the location is great just a couple second walk from the beach. I love the location as everything I needed to do was within walkable distance. Nina is a great and attentive and responded very quickly to any questions I had.

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend, it was a great location, Joe was very responsive and friendly! We had only 1 concern with the bbq that was not clean, but it has been handled with effectively. Overall space was very clean, it was easy to find kitchen supplies, and other items in the house! A great location with stores, restaurants at a walking distance, and other attractions within a 30 minute drive

I rented this place for a quick weekend getaway. The location was great and the downtown area was easily within a walking distance. The place itself was squeaky clean and overall it exceeded our expectations. I should mention that we went in the off season.

Drew was a very responsive host. The first time we rented there was some issues not in Drew’s control, but from AirBnb. Drew went above and beyond to resolve the issue and make for great experience. Throughout the process he was kind, patient, and truly wanted to make a memorable and positive experience for his guests. Well worth the experience thank you Drew!

Christie's place was perfect for our one night stay! It was clean, private, and the perfect size for me and my partner. Christie was super responsive and sweet. The listing does mention it's on-street parking but we didn't have any issues with that at all and were able to park super close. Would stay here again!

We were in San Luis Obispo for a wedding at La Lomita Ranch and this place was perfect. A quick drive to the venue and to downtown SLO. The place itself had spacious bedrooms, sizeable bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. They had a rain shower in the primary bedroom which was lovely. The host was also very responsive to any of our questions. Just bring eye masks, it does get bright in 2 of 3 bedrooms that face the sun. Other than that it was perfect, would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! Cute and cozy beach condo with easy walking access to a private beach and the hosts were very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

The condo was perfect for our stay and is located is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The Village District is within walking distance which was very convenient. Michael's communication was on point and I would definitely reserve the condo again!

Great location, super comfy, so much space with fully equipped kitchen. The location made it easy to get everywhere we needed to go with a cheap Lyft. Loved the little Mexican cafe (Mercardo Sin Nombre) next door too. Stewart was so nice and quick to respond. Highly recommend this spot!

Great 3 night stay in this lovely home. It had everything we needed. George was always easily accessible for any questions. Location was great and near restaurants, shops, lots of entertainment places. Perfect for families, couples, or even a solo visit.

Beau was a wonderful host! He responded within the hour and was able to accommodate an early entry when we got to the location a little sooner then expected. He also was able to work with me when my trip was delayed. Extremely grateful for the flexibility on this trip. The rental was very clean and had many extra amenities for guests. The instructions for entry and exit were very clear and thorough. We love Crescent bar! This is our first choice for stay when visiting. Beau's place will be on the list if its available!

The host was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained retreat. I stayed for one night, I would love to go back bck for a longer stay.
