Amazing location with free, easy parking. The apartment is steps away from the commuter train to get you into Boston. Mark provided clear and easy instructions for getting into town. The place had everything I needed. Very easy check in and check out. I appreciate that check-out didn't involve jumping through hoops like so many hosts required!

Julie is a great host. She was very communicative and was flexible with our check in time. Listing description is accurate. the enclosed garage was a big perk during the snow storm we experienced. Place was nice and clean upon arrival and has most of the basic necessities for a great mountain getaway. Location is great, with plenty of local Mammoth establishments to walk to. Beth was an extremely friendly host that always had solutions to any questions or issues that arose during my stay. The place was very clean and the hot tub was a great amenity to have during the wintertime. Definitely plan on staying again!

What a perfect place for our weekend stay in Seattle. Beautifully appointed, with all of the things you would need for a comfortable stay. The best of Seattle is just minutes away from your doorstep. Michael was an absolutely amazing host! Was nice to meet him face to face as he was planting flowers at the front of the unit when we arrived. He was quick with help on questions, and went above and beyond with a wonderful assortment of cheese and salami and sparking wine that was waiting for us when we arrived. So looking forward to staying here again in the future and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Seattle! Thank you Michael!

We had a great stay. Though parking would not have been an issue, it was great to have a dedicated spot when traveling with a baby and dog. Bryson was very friendly and responsive. Layout is interesting but was not a problem- when entering/exiting through the back (where you park and where the yard is), you must pass through the only bedroom. We’d stay here again if passing through RVA.

Honestly this is the second time we’ve stayed at Fabian’s place and this time was even better than the first he allowed us to check out late as well as accommodated us late night & was so extremely responsive! We will def be staying at Fabian’s place again! They also offered a pack n play and a stroller so if you have littles that need those things it is so easy! 10/10 recommend staying here!

Safe area! Very close to Hardrock Cafe casino which was a big plus !

I was a first time user of airbnb and Ruby was very patience with any problem i had with a payment. If you are going to Phenix make this you place it's close to every thing and easy in and easy out.

Great place to stay for family and pets. Rick's place provides everything you need, and much more. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Place perfectly met our needs, it was clean and the pool was great. Beach was amazing and the easy access made our stay. Hosts had great comms and absolutely would return!

Al and LeAnn are great hosts and was able to answer any question I had quickly, the AirBnB was great for a weekend getaway with a larger group of friends. There were plenty of beds, and the bathrooms downstairs was spacious. Hot water never ran out either (even after multiple showers and 2 baths). The roads leading to the place are not paved so would need a 4x4 car to safely get around. Kitchen was well stocked and great for making meals.

I felt right at home from the time I arrived on up to my departure. Couldn’t have asked for a better home.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Ramon’s place so we could spend a few days exploring Saguaro National Park. Ramon provides clear instructions and is proactive. The house was easy to find, and while it’s not in the best part of town, the area is safe and the location provides easy access to both sides of the national park. The bedrooms were very nice and we appreciated the king size bed in the master bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms are remodeled and beautiful. My only suggestion would be to maybe stock the house with some board games so people have something to do at the house other than watch tv. Overall it was a great place and a very nice stay.

We had a great stay in the condo near the beach. It’s the third year we’ve been coming to Playa Bonita residences and always stayed in Los Cocos apartments. We will definitely be coming again.

Absolutely wonderful - 5-10 minutes from Deer Valley, Park City, and Main Street - had everything I needed and flexible check in and out. Host was super responsive, helpful, and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

4/2025 We had a wonderful stay. The 15 th floor had a wonderful view. We were there for a wedding, so the iron and full size ironing board was a lifesaver. Veronica was very helpful and quick to respond. We will book again.

Everything was so wonderful! We can't wait to go back.
