Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι σε καλή τιμή και πολύ κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο. Ο,τι πρέπει για να προλάβουμε την πρωινή πτήση μας την επόμενη μέρα.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα πραγματικά, πολύ ικανοποιημένος σε όλους τους τομείς. Εννοείται θα επιλέξω και πάλι το ίδιο δωμάτιο με την πρώτη ευκαιρία. Dorian σε ευχαριστώ πολύ για την φιλοξενία σου.

Χρειαζόμασταν ένα σπίτι δίπλα στο αεροδρόμιο και αυτό ήταν πραγματικά ότι καλύτερο. Είχαμε μείνει ξανά στο παρελθόν κ το ξανά προτιμήσαμε καθώς όλα μας είχαν αφήσει πολύ καλή εντύπωση ! οι οικοδεσπότες σε κάνουν να αισθάνεσαι σαν το σπίτι σου. Προσφέρουν μεταφορά από το αεροδρόμιο που είναι ένα τεράστιο συν. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και περιποιημένο . Φαίνεται ότι αγαπούν αυτό που κάνουν . Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Очень милая и чистая квартира в пригороде Афин. Наша поездка в Афины в один из дней заняла всего 40-50 минут в одну сторону. Хозяева живут на верхнем этаже и все время готовы придти на помощь, это исключительно интеллигентные и деликатные люди. В 8 минутах езды находится магазин Lidl со всем необходимым, а кухня полностью оборудована. Мы отдохнули от шума города и насладились звуками деревни. Спасибо!!

We had a fantastic week in Greece. Villa Dryas has everything you need and the outside space is what really makes it special. Our 14 and 7 year old were fully entertained with indoor and outdoor activities at the Villa. The swimming pool is great. The location is just outside of Athens (only 20 mins from the airport) and we would recommend a car as there was lots to see and do in the surrounding area. Thanos is a great host and responded very quickly to any queries we had. We would recommend Villa Dryas! :-)

Such a great place. Perfect in every way! Great location, beautiful airy but very cost space. And Georgia let us check in super early as we took an overnight ferry. Thank you!

The place was unique and beautiful. The area had a true feeling of living in Greece. The bed was comfortable and the jetted tub was so relaxing after an evening of walking around. The driver he sent to pick us up at the airport went above and beyond. He was exceptional! There were so many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The food in the area was amazing. A bottle of wine was on the table in the apartment and the heating and cooling system worked great. I can’t say enough positive things about everything our host did for us. From the personalized taxi to the recommendations, this is definitely a 5 star host! Thank you for everything.

We just spent 2½ incredible weeks at this amazing property—honestly, it was so good we considered hiding the keys and never leaving. This place has everything you could possibly want: it’s sparkling clean, beautifully stylish, and features a wraparound balcony so enormous you could host a party for 100 of your closest friends. (But please don’t—it’s a quiet neighborhood, and the orange and lemon trees downstairs don’t appreciate loud music.) On top of that, there's an amazing sun deck upstairs perfect for tanning or pretending you're a Greek god. The management and staff are phenomenal—super responsive, helpful, and we even had housekeeping twice. Seriously, we felt like we were living at the Ritz Carlton, minus the tuxedoed bellhop. I can’t recommend it enough—but maybe don't book it when I'm heading back to Athens, because I fully plan on stealing this place for myself again. Highly recommended (except when I’m there!). Thanks again—we’ll be back soon!

It was really nice to stay at Kosta's! The location is great - close to Psyri and in a walking distance from a lot of things to do. We didn't need to use public transportation at all, except upon arrival and depture. The house was cozy and welcoming and nice snacks were waiting for us in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was very cute. The upstairs neighbours were pretty noisy. Every days they played a lot of instruments and dragged a lot of furniture. On the weekend it was until very late at night and in the middle of the week until around 11 at night.

Iason was a fantastic host!!!.. We adored our stay at his place… The beds were comfortable, we had more than enough room, and all other amenities were as expected!!.. Highly recommend Iason’s property for your Athens vacation!!

My first time in Athens and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The home was as described and was very well suited to my taste.. perfect minimalist approach with the right balance of modern amenities. Pygmalion is very prompt and had great suggestions. Thank you for the great suggestion of the terrace bar.. it was a perfect 360 end to my vacation.. Had a week stay and was able to work from there.. The location is spot on with easy access to restaurant, cafes and the tourist attraction.

Génial, magique, inoubliable. Déjà, il y a un piano (avis à tous les pianistes pour qui ceci est un critère de choix ✨️👌🏻), et puis l'appart est bien placé, très joli avec une terrasse qui donne vue sur l'acropole. Plein de restos et bars sympas à proximité, et Barbara donne des conseils pour sortir.

Beautiful terrace and large apartment in a residential yet super central location! Areas of improvement: the WiFi doesn’t work well so working from home can be tricky. A neighbor complained in a quite rude way for having on music on Saturday at 11pm… However, the place is beautiful and totally worthy!

This apartment was perfect! It was so lovely and the balcony was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the Acropolis and Zeus' Temple...along with the fun Athens neighborhood activities. It was easy to get to everything on foot and see the sites, Plaka shopping and great restaurants. We highly recommend this place and Athanosios was super responsive and helpful along the way!

Staying was wonderful. 100% comeback to this apartment, unimaginable impressions.

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber den Co-Gastgeber. Und dieser hat uns alles Wichtige in und an der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Einziger Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an der Riviera-Straße und die war sehr laut. Wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten will, dann wird es unruhige Nächte geben. Alles andere war super, Bus, Straßenbahn und Strand sowie Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist diese Wohnung und deren Inhaber absolut empfehlenswert.

A wonderful and cosy appartment next to Varkiza beach front. Very quiet area to relax at without any disturbances.

I was in touch with Veronica since June when I was booked another listing of her. For unforeseen circumstances we couldn’t make it and she was nice enough to wish as well and refund the amount paid. I promised her one day when I’m back to Athens I’ll stay at her because of her kindness and professionalism and here we are after 6 months my father and I had a great time staying and dealing with her.

It’s the second time that we are staying in the apartment. Excellent choice, close to metro station. We are very satisfied with all the amenities provided, the cleanliness and the convenience of the apartment. We totally recommend it.
