This was our second stay at this Land Park home. It did not disappoint. The springtime meant we were able to enjoy the large back garden. Would recommend, particularly to guests who would enjoy its artistic, Bohemian feel. The location has a lovely Land Park neighbourhood feel whilst remaining convenient to downtown and the freeways.

Janet is an amazing host; she was so sweet to let me stay here as my first Airbnb stay. She is very proactive and let me know of any instructions before I even thought to ask. Now, about the cabin, it was so cozy and warm. My partner and I had arrived when it was dark and raining pretty heavily, and it felt so great to dry off and make some food once we got there. I thought the clean-up instructions were very practical and straightforward which I appreciated so much. I would definitely come back again maybe during the summer when we can explore the area more!

I knew the house would be rustic, so I brought my camping gear. I did not need them. The kitchen was well equipt. I could cook anything I needed to make on the hot plate or in the microwave/toaster. There was also a smoker and like 5 BBQs. Do not be worried about cooking. The location is awesome. It is so close to so many things.. or you can just hang out on the property. We spent a day on the property and a day exploring. We spent every night in the hot tub. It was glorious. The bed is very comfortable!

Another great stay at Stew's place. I highly recommend. It is off a busy highway, but you wouldn't know it because it is secluded down below the businesses and is very private and quiet. Everything was very clean and lots to do with movies and games for the kids. The hot tub was so nice. It was very cool in the morning so that is a great way to warm up under the canopy of pine trees that surround the back deck. Definitely will be back for another stay.

Peggy's place was a charming getaway. The garden area was beautiful and it was extremely relaxing under the stars in the hot tub at night. The town itself is beautiful and looks like a fairytale suspended in time. Peggy was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautifully equipped, we felt right at home. The mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE - the pillows were nice and fluffy - AND CLEAN. Everything was so clean. The neighborhood was AMAZING - safe and quiet - great place to take an evening walk. Located right near the freeway! Would def. Stay again!

Great value Cynthia was an absolute joy. Bed was as comfortable as advertised, and the hot tub was perfect. I cannot say enough about my stay at Cynthia’s place. I look forward to returning again.

Lynne and Sandy will welcome warmly with their 3 sweet dogs. Another guest staying in the cabin next door had 2 dogs, so there were more dogs than what I expected, but it was all fine as my little dog, Sandie was at ease. All the dogs were chill and relaxed– which says a lot about their owners. Lynne is the epitome of a gracious hostess. It is clear she takes great care to make her guests feel comfortable and at home. She even took the time to print out some info on local trails for us to check out nearby which we did! We saw a covered bridge, lots of wildflowers and butterflies! There are anumber of towns nearby with plenty of shops and a few dog friendly gastropubs. We went to the Thirsty Barrel and they made a burger for Sandie served in a dog bowl. If you just need a quiet place to unplug, commune with Nature, unwind, eat some good food with your furry friend in the embrace of the Sierra Nevada redwoods, then this is your perfect little retreat, it definitely was mine!

we will return! Constant communication and Racj=hel went out of her way to have us check in early as we arrived sooner than we anticipated. The house is perfect! We have a small dog, there were dog covers, a fenced yard (with pooper scooper), a sweet fireplace, a footed bathtub, and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen and lots of towels and great sheets. We really loved this place and it would be great for 2 couples and/or a family. Great for dog people.

Lovely spot, perfect for the "cozy cabin weekend" my family craved. The cabin has many LARGE windows that look out into the trees, lots to amuse one on the property, and great nearby hiking if you're looking to get out. It was spotlessly clean. If you visit at a chilly time of year I would recommend bringing slippers--the cabin heats up well and quickly, but the tile floor stayed cold :)

It was our third annual trip! We love coming back to Mary's place. We are already looking forward to our next year! Our little girl loves it. So much to do for kids and adults. Highly recommend it.

Great place to stay in the country yet nearby the city. It worked out great for us and our two dogs with lovely grounds and places to walk. The hosts were friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend!

Stay here. I booked Colleen's place for an extended stay (almost 6 weeks) and it was perfect. Cozy (but not too small!), private, clean, well-supplied, well- and thoughtfully-appointed, lots of sunshine, quiet street, conveniently located. And then there's the patio. Cute, comfortable, just enough sunshine, great place for morning coffee, a good book and great conversation. Colleen was easy to communicate with and always responsive. I highly recommend staying at Colleen's place.

Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

Fawzia and Ash provide a private Casita for their guests, which is spacious and beautiful. Their warm , and generous hospitality is an outstanding feature. Happily this environment became our home for two months. We found the amenities of this listing to be excellent. Fawzia regularly checked with us to make sure we were comfortable and responded quickly to any request we made. Be sure to review the pictures because they tell the story of the lovely comfortable home we enjoyed this winter! We highly recommend this listing!

I rented Don and Kathy’s home to throw a baby shower. Keep in mind there is an event fee if you’ll have guests joining for the day, but it was very reasonable, especially for everything this house and our hosts gave us in return. There was so much open green space, greenhouse was more spacious and beautiful than what it looked like in the photos, and you can tell they put a lot of love and care into this family home. It was very clean and guest ready, but you can tell people actually live here and IMO it felt made it feel warmer compared to company owned Airbnbs that feel sterile. When they say their kitchen is fully stocked, they mean FULLY stocked. Don and Kathy are excellent hosts as well - they were so responsive and responded personally to all our messages and very quickly. When you get close the roads are not lit, so for some it might be a little scary to navigate in the dark. Just drive slow and once you get to where GPS drops you off it’s easy to see the house from the road!

The yard was the real gem for us— hours of outdoor play right outside the door. We arrived to fresh snow and got more! It is as magical as it gets for beauty and fun playing outdoors. Inside the cabin, the kitchen is clean and spacious so’s easy to cook in. The collection of dvds was fun for parents and kids to relax. This is a perfect quiet getaway retreat! We will repeat!

Nice, well kept building. Right in the heart of Sacramento. Walking distance to Old Sac and the Capitol area. Nice balcony. All appliances function well. Well stocked. Easy, clear instructions from the host. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. Locked parking - reserved spot. Very clean, exactly as seen in photos. Excellent communication with host. Great Wi-fi. Highly recommend if you are in Sacramento for business or for fun.

comfortable home, matches photos, responsive host, cutest neighborhood! we were in town for a marathon and house was perfect for our needs. well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed for simple breakfasts + lunches. checked out some good restaurants for dinner within few minutes drive. great coffee shop just a couple blocks away. adorable neighborhood to take a walk or run in. beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. host was very responsive for anything we needed.
