Great place to stay for SXSW. Walking distance to a few spots and a short uber to downtown. David was a great host. Offered us early check in and check out which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the heated pool as well. Would definitely stay again. Thanks David!

Stayed for a business trip. After a long days work the team enjoyed being able to cook, watch tv, play some games, and enjoy their own private space. Lisa is so kind and helpful she made our stay even better. Will stay again if back in the area.

A lovely home for our month long stay! We were very comfortable. It was disappointing the pool and hot tub were not cleaned/serviced during our time, after asking a few times. It was part of the reason we chose this home. The hostess was very responsive and courteous, explaining the problem was an ineffective switch in the pool company. A partial credit was promised and not yet delivered. I will update this review if anything changes. We would gladly stay in this home again and I recommend it fully!

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

I can't say enough good things about this AirBnB! It not only looked just as perfect as the photos but felt even bigger and fit my group of 16 with more than enough space!! The property manager was very responsive, friendly, and understanding of my group's needs. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!

Howard was a great host. He was responsive and went out of his way to drop off an iron when we didn’t find one in the house. The house was well located and had a large pool with a spacious outdoor patio. Would recommend.

We had a great stay at Macr’s place! He was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip, always quick to answer our questions and guide us when needed. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient and easy to get around. Would definitely recommend staying here!

John and Tracy’s Home was amazing. Everything was spotless and prepared for us to enjoy our stay. Had a lot of space and it was very peaceful! Beautiful neighborhood, very private, and would recommend anyone to stay in their beautiful home!! John was very helpful, and active when we needed anything!!! We did enjoy our stay in this corner unit very much. There are great views all around. However, it is over a major highway that is incredibly busy, both day and night. We do suggest noise machines for the next guest to minimize traffic sounds at night. Although there is one balcony chair and an odd table, we wished there were 2 chairs. We carried a dining chair outside to enjoy the river view but the balcony is such a fine place to sit and relax, small matching chairs could maximize the limited space. It was an added plus that the balcony overlooks the famous bat bridge and it was fascinating to see the bats emerge in the evenings in search of food. The pool was lovely, people were helpful and friendly, and it was a great value.

Great stay, right on Rainey with easy access to restaurants, the water, and getting in and out of town. The condo is as described, well put together, comfortable, and stylish. We will be booking again if we have future trips to Austin!

Jason’s unit was super nice! It felt bigger than it looked in the pictures & all the building amenities were great. Check in was a breeze and Jason was always responsive and very kind.

Very luxurious! I really loved the space, felt like a hotel but with the conveniences of a condo. The amenities made it all the more appealing. Easy access, great location, very clean and organized, host communicated everything in great detail so nothing was needed or questioned along the way. I look forward to returning!

This place was perfectly located — we loved the walkability to Rainey St and the ability to get on the best running trail in Austin in a one min walk from the front door. The condo was spacious and super comfortable. We will stay here again!

We stayed for one month and had all we needed. Location was great, and walkable from the city. Close to restaurants and parks which was great with the Alli was helpful and responsive, overall great host. Highly recommended

Shanna’s large covered patio, deep pool, and perfectly equipped house was so relaxing! Also relaxing was listening to the frogs and other creek animals at night (from the safety of our porch, haha) and watching the birds and squirrels during the day!

Angelita's place is a hidden jem. She was communicative from our first message and provided recommendations for what to do/see in the area. She was an amazing host. The house was pristine, very comfortable and as pictured. Thank you Angelita!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for spring break with our kids. Parents enjoyed relaxing and looking out the big windows while kids played in the pool and with a big tub of legos provided with other kids toys in one of the closets. I ad one question during our stay and it was immediately responded to. Would 100% stay again with our family.

excellent stay all around! perfect for a group and way cheaper than separate hotel rooms. no complaints and would stay again!
