Absolutely fantastic property. Large and well proportioned rooms. Everything you could wish for. Great views. Spacious accommodation. Lots of added extras. Very friendly and proactive hosts. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Alan is a fantastic host - he popped by in person but was also responsive by text when I had a query or two. The house is perfect for a group and the large kitchen and living room was great for spending time together. The house was well equipped with various things you might need - glasses for fizz, speakers, HDMI cables etc. The view is also lovely. Would recommend!

A group of us stayed at Jeanfield farm to celebrate a friends 40th birthday. It was very clean and the beds were really comfy. Kitchen was really functional and spacious - we cooked a roast dinner with no issues! and we really enjoyed the garden and the hot tub. Thanks for a lovely weekend Katie!

Beautiful and unique property in a peaceful location. Couldn’t be any cleaner, a lot of thought has gone into the decor which is somewhat quirky, yet still retains a cosy and homely feel throughout. Only issue we had was a missing frying pan, to which our host replied promptly and brought one down to us within the hour, cannot complain. Relaxing in the hot tub next to the stream in the evening was the cherry on the cake. We had a great time here, thoroughly recommend.

We had a lovely stay! Trishas place had everything we needed and was sparkling clean. A relaxing weekend and we would love to be back in the summer.

My friends and I had a lovely weekend at Ken’s place, we met him when we arrived and he answered any questions, told us about the hot tub and have local recommendations. I took my dog too which was nice of Ken to accommodate The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed for us cooking our dinners there, helpful little dishwasher was a nice surprise. Hot tub was lovely!! Well lit, very clean, nice of them to provide extra towels too. Bed and sofa bed were very comfy and warm too, we definitely recommend staying at Blair Smithy

Our recent 2 night stay was exactly what we were looking for - total relaxation. The pod was spotless and well appointed in relation to crockery, utensils and cleaning products. The whole outside area was just perfect and completely private. The privacy screens on the pergola were very handy as it was really windy and we were able to pull them down to stop all the leaves getting in the tub. Loved the list of recommendations for places to eat - we opted for the Royal Bar, and it didn’t disappoint. Communication from Bruce from start to finish was excellent. Would definitely recommend this for a totally relaxing time. Loved every minute of it. Thanks guys

Just spent a lovely two night weekend break at The Retreat. Great instructions meant we found the accommodation very easily. Check in couldn’t have been more simple. What a place! It’s stunning! Beautiful accommodation, amazing views and just so so peaceful! Everything you could possibly need was there, we didn’t actually meet the hosts but all their contact details were there should we have needed. The place was spotless and the hot tub was just perfect! A lovely relaxing and peaceful weekend, we were just gutted I had work the next day or would have been asking if it was free for another night!! Defo be back!! Thank you so much x

Despite visiting during a storm it felt very cosy and peaceful. Beautiful scenery and walks close by. Great location for a chill weekend away. We will definitely be back xx

Absolutely lovely stay here last weekend. Needed somewhere to relax and unwind, and the comfort and beautiful scenery at Kings Caves Glamping was perfect. Will definitely be back.

Brilliant hosts and very accommodating especially since we stayed during probably the worst storm in years. Barbara let us use there cottage that had a log burner and hot water as there was a power cut. Her husband even brought Chinese from takeaway so we had a hot meal. Thank you for a great stay in very difficult conditions.
