The house was exactly as described. Beautiful neighborhood right near the water. The amenities were up-to-date. Just perfect for my family visit. Leida was very responsive to all questions.

Kristin's home was the perfect setting for a peaceful family Christmas! It was a great size for my family (11 adults and 2 kids) to stay comfortably. The kitchen is set up nicely for large groups with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges. We spent most of our time relaxing in the large dining and sitting areas as well as enjoying bird watching from the backyard (bald eagles!). Kristin is extremely responsive -- even immediately responding to and helping to fix a plumbing issue (on Christmas Eve!). Would highly recommend this place for your next summer or winter getaway!

The location was amazing with the pool and the waterfront. The grandkids loved fishing and swimming. Couple observations: The lawn service came when we were there but only mowed the lawn and did not mow around the pool. No edging or weeding was done in the landscaping Pool service came when we were there and was great Garbage pick up came and pulled all the way down the driveway which was great Bathrooms could use some love. Oven could also use some love I would recommend taking bottle water and ice if you have a large group. We made a few runs to the General Store and Safeway. All in all we would give it 5 stars. My colleagues and I were in the area for a conference and needed a place with at least 7 bedrooms. Douglas' place was comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of parking and lovely grounds. Would definitely be a great place to stay when the weather is warmer as outdoor space and pool looked very inviting.

This place was perfect. We wanted a relaxing weekend away and Beach, Please delivered! This place has everything you would ever need and everything you didn't know you needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. We hope to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities!!

A perfect, quiet, peaceful & healing weekend for me & my little girl (pup) at this cozy & lovely cottage, situated right on the Chesapeake Bay. The sound of the waves crashing, the deep golden sunrises & pristine beach, filled with the prettiest seashells were the highlights of my stay. Thank you so much for sharing your little gem with me.

This place was amazing! Beautifully updated with plenty of room for our family to stay and gather. The views of the bay were exceptional with sunsets on the water every night! Janet was a perfect host. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Excellent location. Parking was also available on the street directly in front of the house, or at most a one of the adjoining streets. Place was very clean and well maintained. Host is invested in making sure that both the apartment and the neighborhood. Dogs were happy with being able to see out the front window and sit out in the enclosed front patio.

Amazing Stay with a Fantastic host! I had a wonderful experience staying at Rob’s place. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly hospitable and made me feel right at home. He was friendly, attentive, and always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Angie's place was perfect for a wedding my group went to on the island. Cooking in the kitchen was slightly difficult due to the limited pots and pans, but we made do. I reached out to Angie about the dishwasher not drying properly because we needed to re-wash the dishes that were from the prior renters because it smelled funky. She assured me that she was going to look into that issue. Overall the beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

It was the perfect spot for a family gathering. The home was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and plenty of room for 6 adults. We found ourselves spending our mornings in the front living room looking at the beautiful water view and variety of birds landing on the water (binoculars were provided). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Since it was February and part of the creek was frozen, we didn’t get to enjoy the kayaks or fire pit, but they did provide plenty of fire wood. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and they were very nice. All around it was a place we will return.

My family had an absolutely amazing 25-night stay at Irfan’s apartment! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment itself is fantastic—everything is brand new, and all the appliances worked perfectly. It’s clear a lot of thought went into ensuring the space is comfortable and functional. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to everything you could possibly need, whether it’s shops, restaurants, or local attractions. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Irfan’s incredible service. He was in touch throughout my stay, always available and responsive to any questions or needs. His friendly demeanour and flexibility, especially with the check-out time, made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

It would have been enough to sit on the Adirondack chairs watching the sun go down across the water, gently rippling in the red-hued light. It would have been enough to have a roof over our heads and a camp stove boiling a billy of tea. But along with the beautiful view, we got an exquisite residence, gracefully appointed with delicate but bold furnishings, redolent of elegant craftsmanship and subtle design inspirations. Surrounded by beauty, both natural and engineered, our three nights away were restorative and rejuvenating beyond our expectations. To boot, Evan is a kind, communicative, and attentive host. My wife and I are planning a return visit.

We had a wonderful stay and felt at home within minutes after checking in. Our favorite space was the kitchen. It well stocked with the cookware and utensils we needed. Plenty of towels and hot water for a nice long shower. I’m a remote worker and the WiFi and bandwidth was more than sufficient for my workload. I visit the area regularly and would definitely book again if available.

My children and I loved our stay!! It was very comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space. The host was very sweet and responsive, and it was nice to have our own little driveway and porch. We will definitely stay again!! Also, the location was great. Not too far from MANY shopping plazas and malls. Took my kids to the movies, Build a Bear, and bowling.... all in different locations, all less than a 25 miles (or way less) from this home!!

Chau was very gracious to host our family at a difficult time - a death in the family. The space was more than adequate for our needs and was clean and inviting. Guests should note that there are a few oddities with a couple of the bedrooms. First, one of the Jack and Jill bedrooms has a 'window' that is open to the kitchen area below and only covered by permanently closed shutters. It is definitely not soundproof. The other is the room that 'shares a bathroom with the master'. It indeed shares that room because it is directly off of the master bathroom with no other access. Other than that, it was an amazing stay in a very large home on a very large lot. Thanks, Chau!

The house was comfortable, clean and quiet. It was exactly what I was looking for to participate in a nearby competition. There were minor issues that the host addressed quickly and we got back to our vacation. Would stay here again.

Such a nice home tucked on a secluded street facing a beautiful body of water. House was super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend!
