This was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was as advertised and Ana was responsive. Beds were all comfortable and linens were clean. Thanks! We Enjoyed our short stay!

Tim's place was perfect for my family of 6. I am originally from Miami and now live out of state but needed a place to stay for the passing of a family member. This home was perfect for my wife and kids. Quiet neighborhood tucked away. Tim is very proactive. We did not have to reach out to Tim for anything because we had everything we needed. When I come home, the first place I will look is for Tim's place.

My family and I loved our stay. Heaven was quick to answer any questions and offer assistance. The home is close to everything in Fort Lauderdale and was beautiful inside and out. The landscaping was just amazing and inspiring. One of their super cool landscapers was there on our third day and offered to chop a few coconuts for us and cut them open. Nothing like fresh coconut juice. We had a great time and would stay again if in the area.

The home was exactly as described. Everything was in working order and it was a good location. The house is definitely lived in, and the bathroom could use a fan. But it's a great value, in a safe location. And the backyard is also a nice bonus.

We needed a place for the night near the convention center, this place worked well for us and I love the car port. Also liked the a/c was cold upon arrival. If we find ourselves in the area again, we’d probably choose this over a hotel again.

Cozy home, really clean, nice deck/porch, in the house there is everything you need, nice location, and very safe.Derek was always online with me, and we would like to go there again.

Great place to stay, Carlos place was close to everything especially bayside ,brickell and wynwood design district. The place was very clean and comfortable I loved it! I will be booking again.

We had a great time at Max's place! Max was super responsive, and that's such a fantastic quality in a host.

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

Jacomina and Pascal were wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond in communication and hospitality. Our stay in the cottage was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, we all slept great, the space was beautiful and fresh, the kitchen was really well stocked, and the yard and pool were peaceful and tropical. They met us for check in and showed us everything we would need to know about the cottage and assured us they were always available for questions! I had groceries delivered and stocked using their add on service, which was really helpful for our family when breakfast came the next morning. Jacomina helped me use the laundry and responded to all of my questions. She and Pascal had all kinds of recommendations of places to go or places to eat. We also paid for later check out since our flight didn't leave til 8. I would stay here again. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

This place was super nice! It looks exactly like the pictures and it’s not too far from the beach. I definitely recommend for a group of people, it worked perfect for us we had a great time!

Christina’s place was absolutely lovely! The pool was perfect, and the backyard felt like a little oasis—so peaceful and relaxing. The interior was exactly as expected, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had such a great time and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We loved the space! Ralph and Frank were fantastic hosts! They were responsive, friendly and very accommodating! The whole place is wonderful, but the pool area is heaven! It is your own personal space and very relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing rental right in the middle all Ft. Lauderdale has to offer. Home is located in an awesome neighborhood that is walkable, safe and peaceful but close to grocery shopping, Target, restaurants, and the beach. Beach parking was easy through use of the nearby state park or street parking near beach (use Monica’s guidebook for details). The house itself was so, so nice. There is much space to spread out, great kitchen for cooking, and very nice outdoor space with pool. The kids enjoyed the pool and also the board games inside. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. You can’t go wrong with this property.

It’s a great location close to anything you could ever need. The beach, the park, groceries.. you name it it’s there. The home itself was beautiful and the perfect place to spend with some friends. There’s a pool and a pool table and lots of other options for games and quality time. To top it off the hosts were super kind and flexible when we requested to stay an additional day because we loved it so much. Definitely would recommend!

This place was beautiful! The pool area was amazing and very private. Marco and his co hosts were very responsive and helpful. We needed to use the washer and dryer and he supplied laundry soap for us and also an air mattress for our last night when 2 more guests had to join us as we were leaving for a cruise early the next day. Definitely would recommend this place!

Our group had plenty of space which was important for us, the place was super clean, the hosts responded quickly all the time, and we had everything we needed to feel comfortable staying beee for a full week. Would definitely recommend this property to a large group!

My wife Heidi, 10 year old Schnauzer Benz and I spent the month of March there. The house, pool & hot tub were great. We walked Benz to the dog park every morning. The neighborhood was friendly and easy to get around. The access to the beaches and great restaurants was just what we were looking for.

This home was the perfect base for our six-week stay in Oakland Park. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for two remote workers. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the furnishings were exactly as pictured. We especially loved spending time on the patio and in the backyard, and the quiet neighborhood made for pleasant walks with our dogs. The beach was an easy drive away, and we also enjoyed the Wilton Manors nightlife, which was just a quick trip from the house. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

Nossa família (casal com filhos de 5 e 7 anos) passou 3 semanas em KB na casa do Álvaro. Foi uma ótima estadia. A localização é ímpar (próximo a CVS e mercado, ao parque estadual, restaurantes etc). A casa é exatamente como nas fotos e estava bem arrumada quando da nossa chegada. Recomendo sem ressalvas.

Martin was a great host! The house came with a stocked kitchen and extra towels! The beach towels and chairs were much appreciated!

this was a very clean house. excellent location. two blocks from the casinos and close enough to Miami.

We had a great time staying here. The house was well-maintained and nearby to many great restaurants, beaches, shopping areas. The backyard is super private and the neighborhood was quiet. The hosts were wonderful and responsive when I had any questions. Highly recommend this home.
