The rental was very nice and clean. Leticia is very responsive and my grandma who is 96 years old was able to get in and out without any problems. The rental is very accessible even for individuals with limited mobility. I recommend 100%.

It was a really nice space they had everything you need. The area was amazing really close to the beach. The pool area was spacious. It wasn’t that noisy to much.

We has a great time staying at Kenneth's place. The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the gulf. We could even see it from our living room windows. Also a nice dock in the back which I could bird watch. Plenty of dishes and pots/pans. Bed was comfortable. Nice shower. Nice large TV. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement would be to add black out curtains in the bedrooms. Kenneth was always quick with responses if we had questions or issues. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back next year!

It was a nice place to stay to watch the pelicans, seagulls, & fish in the canal. The place is decorated cute & it’s comfortable.

Joy is great, very responsive. The place was pretty much as said I feel like important things should be clarified. The area felt safe and some of the view from the front porch was pretty and some not so much. The canal is pretty but there is a closed down business to the right that is an eye sore but I understand that isn't anyones fault. The front porch is shared and I think that should be mentioned. one porch two front doors. The entry door seems like it needs fixed or replaced. It gaps open quite a bit. I was kind of concerned by the fact someone could maybe pry it open. There is security on premises so it is probably unlikely and the place is quiet. If you have a taller vehicle know that it won't fit in the garage but there is outside parking. The height of the garage entry is about 6ft high. Nice amenities but the unit is definitely tiny. It is also and older unit. The bathtub also needed some maintenance. There were three of us and it was fine for us. For the price it was ok.

This place had great views and easy access to beach and restaurants. The complex was quiet and everyone was friendly. We appreciated the suggestions that John gave with the welcome message.

We had a fantastic stay, the condo was as described and surprisingly stocked well beyond what I would have expected. We didn’t use the pool but it was close by and the facility looked nice. We will not hesitate to book this one again for our next Padre Island get away. The location is basically a minute or so from public beach access. It was fun driving on the beach and finding our spot. There are plenty of good restaurants within just a few miles, we especially enjoyed the Rock & Rolls Sushi Lounge, must go if that’s something you enjoy :)

I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and it was an incredible experience! The house was exceptionally clean and spacious, making it perfect for a family gathering. The open floor plan created a welcoming atmosphere, allowing everyone to feel connected while still having plenty of room to relax. One of the highlights was the large deck overlooking the ocean. The view was stunning, and the deck itself was spacious enough for everyone to sit and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. A major bonus was being able to fish right off the deck—such a unique and fun experience! Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with plenty of space and breathtaking views, this is the perfect place. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, has everything you need, better stocked kitchen than anyplace we have ever been at.. Clean, decorated, everything you need. Comfortable furniture, great location, we like the secluded area away from the busy part of the town. We will definitely return

The house is in a good area. I loved the kitchen. The living room is spacious. Everyone had their space.

We had an absolute blast! Thankful for the stocked coffee! It was clean and beautiful and big enough for my family to be comfortable!

Everything was PERFECT! The only trouble we had was figuring out the sound for the TV’s. Unfortunately, could not figure out the exterior TV, BUT, why waste time in tv in a house like that. From the rooms, to the hot tub, and night fishing, we had a blast! We will 100% be booking here again! Thank you, Michelle!

Such a family friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed the canal such a beautiful relaxing vacation home . We actually stayed an extra day Than originally planned for. Will definitely make this an annual trip . If you are trying to find an Airbnb book this one.

Had a great stay at this charming efficiency rental near the beach in Corpus Christi! Just a short stroll to the North Padre Island beach, the rental itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host (Donald) sent very specific and understandable instructions for check in, check out, and operations of the facilities. I would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

The interior was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured / described. The community’s outdoor area by the water was better than pictured / I thought it would be! The beach in walking distance had the best sand - so soft!! The host is very responsive and we found almost everything we needed, included extra blankets! The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and we easily made full meals. Not sure I’ll visit this area again, but I would rebook this airbnb if I did!

By far one of the best places I have stayed. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to stay on N Padre Island. Peter was a great host!

My family and I loved our stay. The place is beautiful and we all loved the convenience of the location. Gorgeous sunsets/sunrises and close to the beach and fishing spots. Marilyn was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay and we’d love to come back!

It wasn’t the location we were expecting. The pictures made it seem like the condo was at the resort with more amenities, but it was still close, just across the street. The room was nice and the location was good. Tracy was a great host who communicated well and usually responded quickly!
