North Captiva Island : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar. We traveled with two kids and it was a great location, took us less than five minutes to walk to the beach. The place was very clean, had all the amenities that we needed. The wagon, beach chairs and beach toys were an added plus! We grilled steaks outside and enjoyed our time at the pool which was clean and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive. We would definitely recommend the Fort Myers Inn! We look forward to coming back again.

What can I say about this place?! It was even BETTER than the pictures. Valerie was an accommodating host, going above and beyond for my family when a travel mishap occurred. I am so grateful for her flexibility and quick responsiveness. The place was immaculate upon arrival and had all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend her place for a stay and will definitely be booking with her again when we come back. She made the stay smooth and enjoyable despite some travel delays!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything about the house. Dan was very responsive when we had any questions. It was fully equipped with everything that we needed, even for the beach. It was very cozy and we enjoyed the door between the units as it made it easy for us to go back and forth with the other couple staying with us. Everything was clean and it was such a close walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the mosquitos when sitting outside by the pool and bar. None of which is their problem, it’s Florida and nature. But def recommend bringing bug spray and maybe some citronella candles. Overall, everything was great and we truly had a great time!

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

Location, location, location! This is basically beachfront property! Hopefully nobody will build on the land across the street for a long time! The price was a steal, I felt, for the location and accommodations. Only couple of negatives…we had to go out and buy beach chairs/umbrella. Tried to rent from online store, but it said sold out. Also, pool was a bit chilly for our liking, but might be fine for the next person. All in all, awesome week on Ft. Myers Beach!

The condo is located on a beautiful inlet waterway. Sunsets over the water with the sun's reflection were amazing. You can see the Sanibel bridge from the grass and beach areas. If you enjoy sunrise, there's a great view from the top floor open walkway. The pool and surroundings are clean and inviting, there's ample parking, and plenty of restaurant/bars within a short walk. The main reason we chose this condo was the proximity to Sanibel, Ft Myers, and Ft Myer's beach. What a gem!!

Great little place for my husband and me. We didn’t rent a car, but there were restaurants, coffee shops and things to do within walking/biking distance. We used the complimentary bikes quite often.

Cinci and Ed's place was wonderful! The minute you walk in, you feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make a home cooked meal, plenty of room for our party of 6. The location was great, very close to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Scott's place was great. Everything you could need for cooking and for kids. Wish it was slightly closer to the beach, but the golf cart provided was awesome and made getting back and forth to the beaches very easy. Great place.

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

Enjoyed our stay for a recent winter getaway. Great location with access to main road with restaurants, coffee, etc. Pool and putting green were a bonus but overall house was clean and comfortable!

Can’t beat the heated pool and easy walk to the beach. Inside is nothing special but was perfect for our two families staying there. Would stay again

House’s location is perfect. The house needs some updates but very functional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, bed sheets and games. Paul was awesome answering all our questions. We really enjoyed the Island lifestyle. Exploring on the golf cart, having ice cream at the Shop. My family had a blast at the beach and watching the amazing sunsets!!!! Definitely coming back!!!

We had a great stay here! Home was super spacious and comfortable, peaceful neighborhood, about a 5-10 min walk from the beach and stocked with tons of towels and beach chairs. Mike was super responsive, accommodating, helpful when we had questions.

The house is in a great location as it’s very walkable to the Cape Coral beach. The house is also well stocked with plates, pots, glasses as well lots of beach chairs and toys for the kids. Overall A+

Que du bonheur !!! Notre famille de 5 personnes a adoré séjourner dans cette jolie maison spacieuse , parfaitement propre et équipée et située dans un quartier calme et sécure . Nous ne pouvons que recommander à la communauté Airbnb d’y séjourner . De notre côté , ce passage chez Juan Pablo a contribué à nous faire passer un excellent séjour étape durant nos vacances et découverte de la Floride .

Linda’s place was absolutely perfect. Exactly as the pictures! Location was perfect. You have everything you need for the beach chairs umbrella and even better a wagon for easy transport!!

This place is lighter and breezier than it appears in the photos. Very relaxing. It has two windows that look out on the beach, which starts maybe 200 feet from the back door. The beach in front is about half a mile south of where the busier, bar and party stretch starts. The beach stretches about 4 miles in the other direction. The place in really good shape, which seems kind of miraculous when you see what Hurricane Ian did to all the surrounding properties. When we were there Fort Meyers Beach was still very much in recovery from the 2022 Hurricane. Most of the beach-front properties were empty or just gone. All that makes the area very peaceful at night, but congested with contractors during the day. A lot of the old business are gone, but there's a new grocery story a mile and half south, and good restaurants just across the bridge on San Carlos Island.

Perfect condo for our family. Had everything we needed from bikes, stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and smart tv movie channels. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It even has 2 outdoor seating areas where we enjoyed our coffee. Great view of the mangroves and wildlife. The condo had everything we needed to get to and from the beach. Easy to carry beach chairs. Even extra beach toys for kids to enjoy. Will definitely book this condo again. We will continue to come back as we have found our home away from home. In addition to the beautiful condo, we were able to have grocery delivery. Pool felt like our own private pool. We enjoyed cooking on the grill at night. The kids played pickle-ball and we were able to watch them from the condo railing. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking this condo again. We can’t wait to come back and walk to the farmers market at Santini plaza. Beautiful condo.

Had a great stay. Condo had a great view of the ocean. The beach had tons of shells and white sand. We were very happy with Jeanette’s condo. Walked across the street to Santini Plaza which is not fully open yet. The Islander is a favorite shop there and they were open. A Cuban food truck parked there was a good place for coffee and sandwiches. We visited the local market at Santini on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Picked up some food items and fresh squeezed juice.

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

Staying at Juanita’s place was wonderful. Got to see the sunrise every morning and rode my bike to the beach everyday! I highly recommend staying in the condo as the neighbors were so lovely. In addition the pool was wonderful at the end of each day!

This condo is very spacious. We liked being up high on the 4th floor. We loved sitting out on the lanai overlooking the beautiful pool when we weren’t at the pool. It’s one of the few places that has a pool up and running. The showers were nicely updated. Everyone there was very friendly. This was our 2nd time renting from Richard. He is very responsive and promptly welcomed us. We will definitely be back.

The screened in lanai was a favorite place for morning reflection and watching the sunsets. Overall it was a great place to stay.
