North Captiva Island : locations de vacances avec terrasse

El apartamento es muy hermoso y agradable. Bien equipado (con todo lo necesario para una estadía sin problemas). La decoración también es muy bonita. La piscina es fantástica. El barrio es muy tranquilo y el estacionamiento es muy cómodo. Recomiendo sin dudas este alojamiento!

Awesome spot, plenty of space for my dad and I!

Nice small apartment under owner's living space. Kitchen had small fridge, Keurig, and microwave. Nice to use her beach chairs and towels, quick walk across street to beach. She is also on canal at rear of property. There is a lot of devastation still from hurricanes and a lot of empty lots in this area on the island. Trraffic was horrible getting off island both directions. It works best for shorter person as ceiling and shower is very small and low ceilings. Look up for electrical plugs as they are in ceiling.

Excellent housing and internet. Not only that, but the kitchen was lovely. The only issue is that it is very difficult to get an uber, and there is not many activities outside of the house. The neighbors were lovely and offered a kayak trip.

This place is beautiful. The whole area is breathtaking. Loved looking at the boats go by from the back porch. Nicely decorated and the area has beautiful homes all around. This place is worth it. Host is wonderful and flexible. Will stay again. Thank you for for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful area.

MOST BEAUTIFUL place i’ve ever stayed!!! the view is incredible day or night, such a great one to fall asleep and wake up to. the home was so clean and stocked with basic necessities. Monica accommodated a slightly early check in as well as slightly later checkout and is much appreciated. She was responsive and so helpful the whole time. My everytime stay in Florida for now. The living room couch is a bit smaller than the photos lead on, not a complaint just something to be aware of! So happy with the turnout and the home.

Great place and great location. Very walkable to the beach. Storm recovery still happening and a lot of the restaurants are still closed. Game room and pool was great. Anything you need for the beach is provided. Angie is around if you need any help.

This little piece of heaven was exactly what my family was looking for to escape the snow! The spacious, open home with a beautiful layout was very well appointed with lots of extras you often don't find in an Airbnb. The master bathroom with it's large shower and open feel was a welcome retreat after a day at the beach or lazing in the heated salt water pool. The neighborhood itself was quiet and only minutes away from fishing, nightlife, and delicious food. What stood out even more than the beautiful home was how responsive, accommodating and flexible the host was during our stay. Dan and his team went above and beyond to help turn a stressful day if travel into a seamless, relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this property (and likely any other managed by Dan and his team)!

Que du bonheur !!! Notre famille de 5 personnes a adoré séjourner dans cette jolie maison spacieuse , parfaitement propre et équipée et située dans un quartier calme et sécure . Nous ne pouvons que recommander à la communauté Airbnb d’y séjourner . De notre côté , ce passage chez Juan Pablo a contribué à nous faire passer un excellent séjour étape durant nos vacances et découverte de la Floride .

Joy was very flexible in allowing us to book last minute due to our other accommodations falling through. We loved our stay, such a beautiful home!

The house is beautiful and very comfortable for larger groups. We enjoyed the open floor plan which made congregating for group discussions around meals very easy and enjoyable. The sea shore decor is well done and the back patio/poolside is relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals to save money. Check-in and out was very easy, and we had no need to ask for help during our stay. I will definitely repeat our stay and recommend it for anyone.

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

The house is beautiful and Charles is an incredible host. He was gracious and accommodating, had recommendations for things to do in the area and this was overall an amazing experience! We will definitely be staying here again the future.

We were very happy with Amy's condo. It was absolutely spotless and supplied with everything anyone could need. We really enjoyed being out on the screened in porch, watching the boats come in and out of the marina. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The condo was super clean and had all the amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was great for exploring the beach area of Fort Myers. Decor is nice and condo layout convenient. Parking spots are a bit difficult due to their location near the dumpster.

Started our day with sunrises, watched dolphins swim by, and ended the evening with amazing sunsets all from the balcony. Unit exactly described, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, everything you need for the beach, spacious for two. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation. Close to Fort Meyers beach and restaurants. We even went to a Twins spring training game.

We LOVED our stay. It was so peaceful and the view from the balcony was magical. The care/communication was top notch! Highly recommend!

Had a nice time, the sunny weather cooperating of course helped. The condo was clean and as described. Paul was very responsive on the few times I contacted him.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Conrad's place. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Caihlin was an amazing host! Her place is beautiful and in a great location! She saved us at the last minute when our other condo turned out to be not what we expected. We lived our stay! She is extremely responsive and friendly. Well stocked kitchen, paddles, racquets, beach chairs. Everything needed for a relaxing fun vacation! I would highly recommend this location!

We loved Kelly’s gorgeous condo, especially the amenities for children: pack and play with sheets, high chair, wagon, pool floaties/toys, books, carpeted living room area, etc. Beautiful view of pool and ocean. Kelly was an excellent host and communicator prior to and during our stay. Kelly has thought of everything you may need during your stay and has them all stocked (kitchen, bathroom, laundry, pool/beach items). Easy check-in process and she let us know when it was ready for us.
