The house had remodels and is the cleanest Airbnb/hotel I have every stayed at. The beds were comfy. I thought the snacks and drinks were helpful to have around. It was relaxing to look out at the water from the front room. Everything you'd need is organized and provided. We would 100% stay there again.

The house was very clean and had everything needed. quiet neighborhood and close to stores.

Place was perfect for our family. They had everything you could want! Beds were comfortable. Quick boat ride to open water and the lift was a great bonus! We did put black trash bags over the windows to try and get the kids to sleep in at least until 7 since it was so bright. Maybe something to add to the suitcase! Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. They do have some, just small a amount. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely adored this home in Cape Coral. It was perfect for my husband, myself and our two dogs. They absolutely loved the backyard and I loved the pool/hot tub (especially under the lights at night!) This home is in a great location in the Cape as it was easy for us to get into Fort Myers often, as well as an easy commute to Fort Myers Beach. Chris and Jena were amazing at communicating with us, always quick! And they were very generous with the amenities they let their guests use (kayaks, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach toys and many more!) We highly recommend this property as it was the perfect getaway from the Buffalo cold! We would absolutely book this home again or one of Chris and Jena’s other properties!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, clean, and comfortably fit our group of seven adults without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook full meals, and the furnishings, beds, and linens were all very comfortable. The pool was a lovely bonus—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The photos accurately represent the property, and Jason was quick to respond when we had trouble connecting to the WiFi. All around, a great place for a group stay—highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Kelly’s place. The house is comfortable, clean and well organized with labels for linens, lights and tv remotes. Clear information and instructions are provided. We travel with our dog and we appreciate that the property is dog-friendly with the fenced in yard, dog dishes and bedding. From dishes to toys, the property is family-friendly as well. Kelly responds quickly and communicates well. We hope to stay here again when visiting Cape Coral.

My stay was amazing.. This was my first Air bnb and I definitely would recommend. The host was very easy going and proactive with communication. I have no complaints.

Our stay was wonderful. The neighborhood was peaceful and had a great park within walking distance. Jacob thought of everything to host a family with kids, from cupcakes upon our arrival to board games and pool toys. They even had qtips which is something I always forget to pack! Jacob was very responsive with answers to any questions we had.

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described if not better. Every little detail was thought of, from cozy linens to a fully stocked kitchen. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and making sure we felt at home throughout our stay. The location was perfect close enough to everything we wanted to do, but still peaceful and private. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a relaxing retreat, or a home base for exploring, this is the spot. I honestly didn’t want to leave. Awesome for families. Neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. The house has everything you need and we really liked the beach supplies! The pool and outside area were great. We really felt at home! Communication was very easy and quick. Highly recommend!!!

The home is beautiful and spacious. We had 5 adults, 1 child and 2 small dogs and we had plenty of room. The home has tile throughout which was great, it kept the place cool and it was easy to clean. The pool was amazing, my grandson didn't want to get out at the end of the day. There is a nice playground a couple of blocks away, it is walkable, about 15 minutes. There is a Sam's Club, Walmart, Publix and Target all within a 7 minute drive. I can't wait to visit again, thank you Jennifer for sharing your home.

We had a wonderful stay, it was great that the grocery store was within walking distance and we had such a lovely time. The heated pool was a 10/10 and we spent every day beside it relaxing.

Our stay was fabulous! The house was just perfect for our multigenerational family stay. We all really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space was set up well for everyone to enjoy. There were also 2 burrowing owls with a nest in the yard and we enjoyed watching them from afar.

My family stayed here over Christmas and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It has a beautiful pool and is in a great and safe area close to great food, gas, shopping, groceries and anything you need. The house itself was clean, cozy, well stocked and has a beautiful heated pool. The arcade games kept the kids busy as well! Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great place to stay as a family of 5. We loved the pool and being able to wash clothing and towels when needed. Lots to do in the area for kids. Good beaches. We rented a vehicle which is a must to get around. Very cute, peaceful clean house.

Beautiful canal home with an amazing outdoor living space. The kitchen had everything we needed for our month long stay. The home was spotless. The location to downtown Cape and the two Marinas was perfect. We visited the burrowing owls daily on our walks with the dog and even spotted a dolphin on the canal. Beautiful, peaceful retreat. We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

Adaily was the best! She's so attentive.and made urethane out need were met. She even accomodated an earlier check in and a later check out (because it didn't overlap with another customer) She went above and beyond my expectations! Thanks Adaily!We will be back :)

Took a family girls’ trip over Spring break that was in a central area for the places we wanted to visit. The home was clean, mostly peaceful, accommodating and the hosts were so kind and friendly! Highly recommend!
