Not only are we thrilled with the condo and it’s location, Chad is an absolutely top notch host. Airbnb could and should use him to train hosts. He is amazing. It is clear that he loves what he does. Chad not only made sure we had everything we needed, but added so many little touches that made our stay even more incredible. The ocean view is a little disrupted by some necessary erosion control, but the beach is quite literally steps from the condo door and the sound of the ocean is amazing. The beach is beautiful, especially the coquina outcropping. It’s a short drive (or even walkable) to the aquarium and fort, and so many things to do within a 30 minute drive or less. Wonderful stay!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like home. I really got a workout on the stairs, but that would not stop me from booking with them again. It was worth every step. Can't wait to book with you all again in the future!!!

Our family of three had a great stay. The view and the beach were beautiful and we liked being down at the west end of the island. Anne was helpful with suggestions of things to do. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. On our last night the other units were occupied and there was more noise than our first two nights.

Great stay, beautiful view of the beach from the back patio. 10 min drive from most stores and restaurants. 20-30 min drive to Downtown Wilmington. Perfect beach getaway home. Host were great as well.

Beautiful condo. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Mike was so helpful with any questions we had. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Garrett was friendly and very responsive. He let us do early check in and checkout. He responded super quickly when we needed something. The location was perfect and right on the boardwalk. We will look for his listing in the future for beach trips

We had an amazing getaway! The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The property was spotless upon arrival. We spent most of our time on the balcony, which offered a breathtaking ocean view. The location couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed exploring the local area, especially the Carolina Boardwalk. Also, with the beach just steps away the experience was truly unforgettable. It was the perfect escape, and we would absolutely love to stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay. Location is perfect for the beach, restaurants, markets, gas station, & boardwalk etc. We absolutely loved the front porch. We brought our dog and Jeanna’s place had all accommodations for her. Hope to return sooner than later.

Great stay on the quieter side of Carolina beach!

Amanda was a great hostess. She was very communicative and checked in on us. The beach access was a great bonus to this rental.

We enjoyed our time in this condo.... The location can't be beat! It was fun being able to see the ocean from the front deck and the lake from the bedroom. Very convenient to be able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk.

Found this gem last minute for a getaway with my wife . Great price, amazing place, convenient location. Plenty of shops and restaurants near the board walk. Quick access to the boardwalk and beach. We walked everywhere. Place was clean, had everything we needed. Felt like home away from home. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had a great weekend at Joe and Michelle's! It was great to have everything in walking distance. Beds are comfy, which is a huge plus for me. We would definitely stay there again!

Great condo! Clean well taken care of!

This listing is an unbeatable location - literally on the beachfront. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise over the ocean each day from the large sliding glass door windows in the bedroom. The morning light is awesome. We were entertained by merely sitting on the comfortable balcony watching the sea life (dolphins!) and the shore birds, the boats, the beach walkers and wind surfers. So peaceful in April. The place is well appointed, just as described in the listing, and the host is responsive. We appreciated all of the information provided by the host for restaurants and local attractions. The location is excellent for access to many food and entertainment options, but is just far enough from the "main drag" to feel private and quiet. If we should pass this way again, we will look no further for accommodations - for we have found "our place" in the Outer Banks.

This place was an oasis! The view was spectacular, and it was super easy and quick to walk to the pool and the beach. The pool was close to the beach and had a bathroom so we didn’t have to walk all the way back to the condo if we were out on the beach. The grounds and the beach were very private and quiet. The condo was cozy and comfortable, had lots of towels, extra blankets, and lots of kitchen amenities. They even had games in the cabinet. There were tv’s in every room. The outdoor table and chairs made eating outside easy so we could enjoy the breeze and the fantastic view of the greenery and the beach. The aquarium and tons of great shops and restaurants were only minutes away! Peaceful place to stay, but close enough to the hustle and bustle, too. Perfect balance! I would highly recommend Claudia’s place! She made the whole process seamless and super simple. We had a fabulous time! One to remember! We would love to come back!

We loved our stay here! Great location to get a little walk in and be rewarded with a great drink. The locals were extremely nice and welcoming. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for the week! The host provided an abundance of information making it extremely easy to check in, know what the condo has available, and what to do in the area!

The CONDO was as described and beautiful in every way. The host Payton was very helpful and had great communication hope to visit again soon!

Our stay was wonderful! We were steps away from the beach and were provided a wagon to haul the chairs, umbrellas and cooler to the beach. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Great location to get to the wild horse tour and many restaurants within a 30 minute drive. Lynn always responded immediately with clear directions. Thank you

For our vacation trip we had 5 adults, 3 kids and a baby and we absolutely loved our stay here! It is a great spot! Everyone loved the place. There was plenty of space for us all. We would definitely stay here again. The balcony has a good view of the ocean and the pier. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. Navigating the resort was easy. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook. We had everything we needed for our time here. Our kids really enjoyed the pools. They also enjoyed walking the beach looking for shells and playing by the ocean. It was so beautiful You have to try the restaurant here too, it is so good, we all loved our food. We had a prefect vacation! Thank you so much for opening your place, we hope to visit again.

Parking was close to unit so an easy transition to unpack. Clear keyless entry at check in. Open, airy, and bright condo with 2 decks that had an ocean view. Sat outside and could hear the waves in the morning. Perfect spot for a Bloody Mary and Mimosa. Always felt safe. A great value if you are looking semi off season on a budget. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend. The condo was lovely and the surrounding pool area was spotless. Beach was very nice. Was a perfect get away.
