Great place to stay. was extremely cold outside and snowed. With the older windows, concrete floors the temp was hard to regulate but I managed. some noise as it's downtown and on the street but nothing that kept me awake.

Great stay, especially for the price. Lots of convenience.

David’s place was great! Perfect spot and very convenient. Parking was easy, check in and communication was seamless. Would definitely recommend! The place felt bigger than we expected, and we enjoyed the puzzles he had available. Great host and great place!

Having been a 24hr. last minute guest I was not expecting to much. However, Rick was all one would have expected from a host. Amiable, responsive & proactive with a loft as described. If the need arises, I would gladly choose to stay here again. Alexander

Ok everything that everyone previously mentioned about the place is completely accurate. My daughter and I loved our stay and it really is a magical place. What I want to mention additionally is the place is spotless. I have a thing for germs and have had bad experiences in other air bnbs. Not here. There was no dust. Shower spotless. Sheets clean. This place is well worth it! I can tell you everything was thoroughly cleaned before our stay-no dust on curtains, baseboards clean, etc. Well worth it!

This was our second stay and we will definitely come back. Excellent location - very walkable to all of downtown Hendersonville. Parking in the back is a bonus. House was very clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable. Lee was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend!

This was our first stay in Charlotte, and we will definitely come again! Ryan’s location was perfectly settled right out of city center. The home was as much fun as Charlotte itself! So clean and upscale. Everything you could ever ask for. And check out was an absolute breeze. I loved that we didn’t have to spend our last few hours settling with the apartment. We got extra hours to enjoy the location. Would absolutely stay here again!

Have had an amazing stay at John’s place. John has been a great host. The place is perfect, it’s very comfortable and has everything that you could need for your stay. The property is right on Mountain Island lake, a beautiful place to relax. Latta Nature reserve is right down the road and has 13 miles of hiking trails and also access to the lake. John has a beautiful pup named Maggie that me and my pup befriended, Big T has made a friend for life. If you want to stay in a quiet and beautiful area John’s place is all you would ever need and want. Thank you John for my wonderful stay.

We had a great time at Eugene’s place! Check in was easy breeze with clear instructions. The location is awesome and we were able to walk to all the restaurants we wanted to visit and the concert! We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay! Great location combined with upscale vibes and Durh Perfect for a grown-ups getaway for a night & morning on the town. We're from Durham so know the area, and this was a great spot accessible from the big lot behind Mateo+Viceroy etc. We did Kingfisher+Mateo that night, a coffee shop in the morning, and had a lovely unwind with a great sunset view from the rooftop setup, with views of the Lucky Strike water tower and smokestack. So very nice! We appreciated we didn't have to spend a lot for something so nice. Great value. I am noise-sensistive, but I didn't notice street noise, and the trains didn't bother me. Night trains came ~10:30pm and 7am. We used a noise maker, and I was taking a sleed aid. It was fun to see a couple trains go by in the daytime! Also, the bed was super comfy, and I am very picky about that.

We love Maggie Valley and this location was perfect! It was so much fun to step out of the apartment and right into the cutest gift shops, candy/ice cream store, coffee shop, Italian restaurant, etc. We were also just minutes from several of our favorite places in Maggie. The apartment was beautiful and very clean (seems to have been recently remodeled and everything is fairly new inside.) We loved the cozy bed and the spacious shower. We definitely hope to be back again! PS There are steep stairs leading to the apartment. This was not a problem for us, but would be something to consider if you have mobility challenges.

Wow! We absolutely loved staying here! Me and my girls had an amazing getaway weekend. We had a dance competition and we felt like we were at home and rested so nicely here after a hectic day at the competition. We loved the decor and it was way more spacious than the pictures looked! The only downfall was the neighborhood was not as we expected but it was still worth the trip. We will for sure come again! Thank you so much for the incredible stay! We will be back!

Frank and Elle were exceptional hosts—kind, thoughtful, and truly welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at their beautiful home, which was filled with stunning art and offered breathtaking views. Excellent location, steps from everything in downtown Wilmington. Loved the place, well decorated, stocked and very comfortable. Host was quick to respond and offered local recommendations. Would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! This is a great central location within walking distance of neat shops, and delicious restaurants.

Lovely stay and as advertised. Clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen and washer and dryer. Bed was comfortable although the pillows were a little hard. Glad I brought my own. The drive up to their place is on a gravel road which is in good condition but it is long and curvy with many places to make a wrong turn. I had difficulty driving it at night even though I had arrived during the day and saw the turns. But in the dark it was a challenge for me. I'd stay there again and recommend the apartment. Just be sure to arrive before dark!
