This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

Great place! Really comfortable beds and extra conveniences that made the place a wonderful stay (spice rack, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and coffee). Edward was really responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. we would happily stay again next time we are in Charlotte

Kristi and Amber are incredible hosts. Not only are they highly communicative, but they do so in a manner that makes you feel as if you are talking to an old friend: comfortable, casual, and caring. The property is located in a cozy, safe neighborhood and so close to the restaurants and new living areas in SouthEnd. We also just loved the mini-oasis located in the fenced in back yard area. We are so fortunate to have been able to even find this gem and for Kristi and Amber’s generous hospitality.

This was a family getaway with our 3 kids, their spouses and 7 grandchildren. Everyone had a great time. The house is very comfortable and spacey. Inside activities were collectively exceptional: air hockey, foosball, ping pong, pool table, large screen TVs. Outside activities were great: swimming pool, fire pit, hot tub and a huge backyard for playing wiffle ball or catch, or soccer, or volleyball practice. Kids that ranged from 2 to 11 always had something to do; many air hockey games and lots of hot tub time. The property management team is one of the best we have experienced. I raised several minor issues after check in and they addressed them immediately. They struck me as truly being committed to guest satisfaction as they were easy to access directly; a rarity in an age of AI based, time wasting, useless response systems; easy to rate this property as 5 star.

This is my second time staying at this awesome home. This is a place that deserves a lot of appreciation. Angela has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This is the spot I plan to stay with my family here in Fayetteville when visiting.

My girlfriend and I loved our stay. I know our rabbits enjoyed the quiet area as well. Needed a place last minute and were able to check in only 30 min after booking. Fantastic host, would definitely want to stay again in the future if back in the area.

I had to have an overflow location for family and friends for my retirement. This place was ideal we experienced every part of the house enjoying each others company. It was a place where my old friends and new grievance family. My friends and I have not had a girls trip in years my retirement was the perfect time for us to meet up and create more memories. This place was a home away from home for us. We danced watching YouTube videos in the family room. We ate midnight snacks and food in the lovely kitchen like the golden girls, and my nephews 13 and 2 just loved being in the space. After coming to what was like home at this location during our stay even the floor was a resting place for us after long hours of conversation to the wee hours of the morning. This was the perfect location for a girls trip. We will definitely be back. The hospitality and convenience to everything was definitely a plus. Military Retirement and girls trip rolled into one. The view from the third floor balcony of Seasons place was even better than described. Very clean accommodations and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend Seasons place.

We were so excited to find Suzanne’s place last minute. The place was beautiful. It was extremely well taken care of. The balcony was an extra room! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable outdoor furniture. I loved all the plants-indoor and outdoor. It felt so warm and inviting. The whole condo looked exactly like the photos. This place was top tier in all aspects. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay so much. When we are in this area we would love to stay here again.

Emily and chase were great! Super responsive and easy to work with. The condo was super close to the beach and just what we needed for the weekend!

We loved Mark’s apartment with both views for sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed from the beginning and Mark was easy to reach throughout the stay. This spot will stay in our top choices to rent. Thank You for providing a great place to vacation.

THAT VIEW! The moment you walk through the door and the sun hits, you know you're in a great place. The rental was incredibly clean. Furniture, beds, and linens were in great condition & comfy. We encountered little issues that she remedied right away. What to know beforehand? There was construction occurring on the complex during our stay that was so loud from 9-5 that we could not hear each other talk, so we had no option but to leave the condo all day, every day. Sunni was apologetic for not knowing/ informing us that it would be right at our unit while we were there and did help us with a tranquil escape for a morning. We appreciated that kind gesture. You could likely just call Atlantic Towers to find out more info on construction as the on-site staff were also kind & helpful. Overall, Sunni is a great host with a spectacular unit and we would absolutely stay again! P.S. We watched the dolphins everyday, too.

Anita’s condo had every amenity you could think of! Beautiful furnishings, view and location. Our first time renting with Airbnb and as frequent travelers it will not be our last. Anita definitely has her act together and it showed! Could not have been more pleased with our weekend experience. We hope to return next year and use Anita and her wonderful condo. We even got to watch dolphins from her balcony. So glad we went.

it was my family's first real vacation and this place did not disappoint. everything was easy and clean. close to the beach and great views

This place was everything I could have hoped for in an Airbnb! Private-feeling lot with a 5-minute drive to civilization. Plenty of parking, well-stocked house and kitchen, and a hot tub!

We had a great stay and would definitely return. The space was perfect for our large family and well stocked. Only negative was I had to reach out for check in instructions and WiFi information.

Gray and Alison’s place was great! The backyard was our favorite place, it was clean, well furnished, and has a beautiful pool. The dogs loved running around the yard! The house was clean, well organized, and comfortable. The house is a terrific, safe location with easy access to anything you need or want. Yard is well manicured and really peaceful. Would definitely rent again.
