Amazing place to stay

Lots of room. Big private back yard for our dog to run around. Fun games in the game room. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

This is the perfect place. Carolyn is modest with her description of her home. This is amazing. The view of the river is great. Home was decorated beautifully. My sister called it fancy. Carolyn gave total access to her home plus detailed instructions for access to the internet. She responds immediately and walks you through whatever you need. Although their are plenty of fish and crabs restaurants near, you don't want to visit one because you can catch your own right from your own private dock. The dock is screen, keeping buzzing insects out. The hom is located across from the public loading docks. I rented jet skis that delivered and picked up rather than meeting at the public dock. The dock is a bonus, especially since it rained. I could sit and watch the rain without getting wet. Probably the most amazing, I saw a dolphin. It came to the dock, looked at me, and swam away. I strongly recommend Carolyn's home.

Sabrina’s place was exactly what I was looking for our girls weekend. She was very responsive, the place was immaculate, and even better than the photos! There was also plenty of space! The location was about a 10-12 minute uber from downtown which was very convenient! I would highly recommend staying here and would even book her house again for another trip.

We enjoyed our stay and would come back :) The home was really beautiful and we loved the large backyard.

Location was great for us. The backyard was large and fenced in for the dogs. The outdoor furniture was dirty to sit in and there were many leaves on back patio. The sliding door to exit into backyard was a bit hard to navigate with rope handle that replaced a broken latch/ lock system. But the inside was clean and comfortable! Would consider again renting for family with dogs ! Thank you, M

Absolutely lovely experience. Super comfortable bed and Sarah was so knowledgeable about local activities and restaurants. Felt welcomed and was extremely comfortable the entire visit. Slept like a baby. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

We had such a pleasant experience staying here! It was an easy walk to so many things on King Street. It was stocked with so many little things that we didn’t even know we needed (sound machines in each room, box fans, coffee, etc.) The host communicated clearly and efficiently.

Short visit but the property was so comfortable and inviting we regret not booking a longer stay. More than enough room for a family of five and everything was clean and neat upon arrival. We walked everywhere and found communication with property managers prompt and helpful. Highly recommend.

We came for a girls trip and everything was perfectly within walking distance. Night life, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The house was clean, beautiful and we would definitely stay again. The host was gracious, kind and responded with any request quickly.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway to run the cooper bridge run and this was the perfect location! It was close to everywhere we needed to go while still being peaceful and private. Latasha was a great host and was so thoughtful with the space and providing so many snacks and often forgotten items!

really glad we stayed here. it's a nice apartment with good amenities. Akira is really communicative and has easy instructions for everything. this was a much better value than local hotels and we got more with it. we will be back here next time we're in Charleston.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and we felt right at home. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. It is a great location with a super easy drive into downtown Charleston.

Quiet, private, great layout, very cute. Loved how quiet and private it was yet in walking distance to King Street and the downtown tourist sites. Very clean and well-appointed, bathrooms larger than expected. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay for our family of 3! More affordable than staying in downtown Charleston and only a 15-20 minute drive away. Convenient that we could use the standard Graco pack n play in the closet for our baby; he slept just as good in it as he does in his crib at home. (Remember to bring your own sheets if you use it, and a mattress pad if you prefer extra cushion for them.) Bed was super comfy. Water pressure in the shower was great, just felt a little uncomfortable that the top of the window had no curtain/covering on it, but that could be an easy fix. Appreciated the brita filter/pitcher in the fridge for filtered water. Overall very happy with our stay!

We loved our stay! The space was charming, well designed, and full of charming touches. Elena was proactive, friendly, and responsive. Might we also recommend her nearby cafe, The Chatty Magpie.

Rob and Zack were perfect host! The house the breakfast the company was beyond high expectations and would recommend to anyone staying in the area to visit this bed and fantastic breakfast! I can not recommend this place any more than this. #1 choice!

Beth and Joe were friendly, helpful, and great hosts! Made me feel completely at ease staying in a room in their home. They thought of all the things a traveler might need and anticipated questions you might have. Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Not an issue for me, but for others, know your room is upstairs. I was grateful to have access to their kitchen and food to make myself breakfast in the morning. A super stay that perfectly met my needs for this trip!

Dan was flexible with our check in time, which was lovely. We could drop our luggage off before heading to the beach. Our little check ins while we were both outdoors, were perfect - not too much chat, just right. Parking was nice. And our check out was easy peasy. Dan was super patient with our GSD so that was a major bonus.

Wonderful location, the breakfast is fantastic! Couldn’t ask for a better experience in Charleston!

Catherine’s place was very well stocked and she was so sweet to us! She gave us good recommendations and provided coffee and snacks in the morning, as well as snacks and toiletries in the room! It was a great stay and she is a wonderful host.

Words can not describe this spectacular house and Amazing host! Felt like we were at home! Beautifully decorated! The jam and pimento cheese were spectacular!

Such a relaxing place to stay! My boyfriend and I decided to do a “staycation” and this was the perfect choice. My favorite part is that it was pet free, I couldn’t find any other bed & breakfast in the area that was pet free as I have allergies:) The host is amazing and so sweet…we felt right at home❤️
