Finding a affordable place to stay to visit Charleston at a affordable price is extremely difficult. That is what I discovered. You can either get scalped downtown paying thousands - maybe a night - for a mediocre hotel, or take a chance to get a vrbo or airbnb close to town and get junk house in a slum neighborhood. I had to go to a wedding. So did other family members. I tailored my search for highest guest ratings and this property came up. Yeah it took 30 minutes to drive to town. but again - anything closer was a slum or a 1000+ a night in town. I was pleasantly surprised. This property is a older ranch in a middle class neighborhood that has been COMPLETELY remodeled - and I mean COMPLETELY. New appliances, new flooring, new paint, the furniture may be original but it was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it was easy to travel to the city and easy to get back. My other family members picked a airbnb rental in Mt Pleasant - spent $3000 on a dump.

Home away from home. Our family booked Linneah's place due to the fair price, location, amenities, and upscale fits and finishes. Her place was our home base for our spring break, and was close to everything, while being far enough away from the hustle of downtown. Linneah and her husband were extremely friendly and responsive. The home was well stocked and had some goodies to snack on and beverages to drink. This all added up to excellent value and provided us with a cozy and safe place to return to after checking out all that Charleston has to offer. The beds were sooooo comfortable, some of the best we've experienced in a vacation rental. If you are considering Linneah's place, BOOK IT NOW! Don't look anywhere else, this place is it!!

I can not add anything to all of the outstanding on-line reviews. This was an exceptional stay/experience. I would not hesitate to book again. The house was perfect for us. We have 4 adult children and we all stayed and slept very comfortably. Beautiful home with everything you need. Very close to Sullivan Island, Shem Creek and downtown Charleston. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Natalia for sharing your home.

My friends and I truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. The backyard was perfect for our two dogs and the firepit and outdoor seating was a nice touch! Location is great and not too far from Downtown Charleston. Kathy was very kind and was flexible with our check-in time. Kathy was also very responsive. The house was exactly as described and we were more than comfortable with 3 couples staying there. Thanks Kathy!

We arrived after a storm blew through and getting settled inside the house was comforting. House was very neat and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub. House is in a quiet neighborhood of small homes. We were within 20 minutes drive from downtown.

Perfect spot for our little getaway. Less than 15 mins from downtown, attractions, and close to airport. Home was clean, and cozy. It was a nice place to rest after our daily adventures. Hosts are super responsive, and kind! I would definitely recommend to stay at one of their properties.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here during a bachelorette in Charleston. An absolutely beautiful house, so charming on the outside and so exquisite on the inside. We all agreed that this was the nicest Airbnb we had ever stayed at! Our host Colleen was a joy to work with, she was quick to respond with my questions and made our stay a breeze. If I ever find myself in Charleston again, I would stay here!

We had a great stay! The location was amazing. We were able to tour downtown Charleston for a day, go to the beach for a day and the Credit One stadium for the Charleston Open…all within 15 minutes. The place was clean, nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend!!!

Cozy apartment with all of the necessities. An easy walk to Park Circle (great restaurants, bars, a playground, and a disc golf course) and a quick trip downtown or out to the beach! Beautiful fenced-in patio with a fire pit. Perfect place to stay with a pup!

Martia’s place was an amazing find!! I was booking a relaxing senior spring break weekend with a couple of sorority sisters and we lucked out for sure!! The place was spotless, well stocked, spacious, and truly had everything we needed. I even found myself looking at future availability within a few hours of us arriving. We are so happy with our experience and cannot wait to book a stay with Martia again!! <3

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and we felt right at home. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. It is a great location with a super easy drive into downtown Charleston.

Great place! Great location! Street can get a little noisy but host provided sound machines (and ear plugs-which we didn’t need). Parking could be a little tricky but we lucked out and the unit above us didn’t have a car.

We booked this place for our family because my son had a baseball tournament at the shipyard park. It was maybe 15 minutes away. We didn't get to spend much time in the cabin bc we were so busy, but we would love to be able to travel back one day and stay here. It was so private and peaceful. The cabin was clean, spacious and perfect for our family. Such a cute place and it was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Thank you!!!! 😊

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! It was a very short trip for a baseball tournament but this will be our new Shipyard stay. It was the perfect place to unwind after travel and nail-biting games. I loved the cabin but the views from the tiny house were amazing. There was so much beauty and serenity to take in that I didn't even care about technology. With family, fishing, the fire pit and my kindle I didn't need anything else. I really appreciate such an attentive host. I'm already ready to go back!

Sweet spot on the river! I'm a big kayaker and it was painful to be at such a great spot on The Edisto and not have time to paddle! We were staying at Dustin's while attending an all weekend family wedding. We will definitely try and return to explore the river someday.
