This apartment was a great place to stay. We needed a place with no stairs and adequate space while going through radiation therapy at Roger Maris Cancer Center. The location was great, and the apartment had all we needed to prepare meals and have room to rest as well as live away from home. It was welcoming and set up with all we needed. We had an issue getting the garage remote to work and they were quick to find a solution and help us get everything we needed in a short amount of time. Everyone was helpful and welcoming.

The place was great. The photos were a clear and accurate depiction of the space. The amenities were good, and its proximity to UND was a major pro on our trip. The room was clean and had plenty of clean towels and extra bedding provided. Overall would book another stay next time I’m in town. 10/10

Cole was very helpful when our plans changed and had to come a day early, really appreciate his effort to allow us to get into the apartment early. The apartment was very clean and well setup. Will stay again if we are in the area!

We had a great stay here! The place was clean and actually a little more spacious than the photos showed. We have never stayed in an appartement and were surprised how there was no noise from other neighbouring suites. If we come to the area again we will keep it in mind for next time!

Great place! Only a few blocks from downtown. Finding parking on the street was simple, just be sure to read the signs as the street out front can't be parked on in the middle of the night 3 days a week. The host has replaced the flooring in the main area since the photos were taken. All of the beds had polyester sheets, which none of the guests loved but it is what it is.

Great little house near Minot State University. Great host.

Great place to stay! The host Lance and his wife are a lovely couple who are very responsive and considerate with accommodating guest needs. The Airbnb was very well stocked and cleaned upon check-in. The place is great for the value, but the photos do not do justice to how beautiful and spacious the living area and bedroom are. Very upscale and modern decorum I would 10/10 recommend it to anyone. I was worried about the volume from a family living in the space above, but to my suprise the floors don’t creak and do a great job at blocking out the noise I often find myself forgetting there are people upstairs. The unit also includes a full-size fridge cooking supplies and a washer and dryer located upstairs. The neighborhood is great it’s a little secluded but a very quiet welcoming area with a nice hill nearby where people drive up with their cars to enjoy the amazing view.

My first time visiting ND and I couldnt have picked a better spot. The location is nice and the rooms/bathrooms are immaculate. The host is very friendly with lots of knowledge on the area.

I felt safe and at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming in the area.
