Fantastic stay in a wonderful apartment. Apartment was perfect, exactly like the photos and beautifully decorated. Matt was very responsive and very helpful. First class experience all round. Great location, with walks, restaurants, quietness. Parking space on site. A perfect getaway. Looking forward to my next stay there.

An excellent and well appointed apartment with stunning Bay and Mountain views. Easy access ground floor location so no steep steps to access living areas as with other similar apartments in the Quays which makes for a more comfortable and relaxed stay. Added benefit of a good sized garden with seating and great views too. Freshly baked wheaten bread and excellent communication from the host was very much appreciated. Highly recommended and hope to return soon. Thank you 😄

Had an amazing stay! Location is perfect and close to all attractions and Belfast city centre. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance and only 5 mins from the SSE. Was nice to be so close to everything but location was very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

fantastic place to stay , spotlessly clean and had everything needed , comfort of the bed was superb , patio doors out to a private balcony and lastly the sea views just topped everything off , Mollie is so helpful with everything and didn't hesitate to reply to any questions we had , totally recommend 10/10

5 of stayed here to attend an awards ceremony. Clear instructions given on how to get there and how to get in. It was wow as soon as we got in. The view of the river was fabulous. Fully fitted out kitchen and bedrooms were spotless. Plenty of room for us all. Hosts replied to all queries within minutes. Ability to book early check in and late check out and also only 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Would certainly highly recommend this place.

we needed somewhere to stay close to an event we were attending. this accommodation was absolutely perfect. so handy to everything. easy to find and access. we arrived to a basket of much appreciated treats and a perfectly clean apartment. we both said how we'd love to bring our families back. loved it. thank you

Stayed at Seaspray cottage for 3 days break. What a fantastic location especially if you enjoy staying close to a beach with scenic sea views. Plenty of beach walks and perfect base for exploring the Ards peninsula. House is clean, organised, well equipped, and has all the necessary appliances. It was great having the option of a stove for the chilly evenings . Throughout the house there is a maritime theme which is lovely. The host John was exceptional and very helpful with responding to queries and forwarding recommendations for places to eat and watch rugby etc. So handy having a centra shop up the road for buying essentials. Would love to have the opportunity to stay here again. Thanks John.

This house and location are amazing. The whole experience wonderful (1st time with Airbnb) . House was spotless and Shayne a very responsive host answering any questions we had. Would totally recommend if you’re looking for some peace and quiet with great views but also with a great restaurant/bar/coffee shop within walking distance.

perfect break for us at number 19 - beach just a few steps from the front door. Lovely to watch the changing tides through the windows. Weather was amazing - and great to have a fire in the evening. Really enjoyed staying here.

Fantastic location right at the edge of the town and very close to all the great walks!!

We really had a great week at Ryan's place. The location is great, right next to the beach. The flat was immaculate. Having stayed in quite a few rental properties over the years, Ryan's is just about the best, with many amenities that make you feel like you are in your own home - for example lots of hooks for organising clothing, towels etc., sharp kitchen knives, a big box of dishwasher tablets rather than a ration of 1 tablet per day. We would definitely stay again.

The view is breathtaking, the flat is exceptional, we will definitely be back. Local restaurants were amazing. We loved every second of our stay. Thank you so much.

Well what can I say, an amazing place Tracy has, the views of the beach and the mountains is amazing 👌the place was so welcoming when we arrived , the little touches of food and a little welcome pack was a real touch , the beds were comfortable and it was really a little piece of heaven just what we needed. we went to see santa cottage which is why we stayed here and it was so close. can't wait to make it an annual thing . see you next year. ❤️

3rd time staying, love this appartment as it in the middle of the main street beside everything. The appartment is very clean, beds very cosy . And it has everything you need in it . Would highly recommend this place

What a fantastic apartment! Ben was a great host who was always very responsive and what a kind gesture to leave supplies for breakfast (eggs, bread, milk cereal etc). The apartment is in a great location, easy walking distance to the centre in 15 minutes. The apartment itself has everything you need and was spotlessly clean. We loved the vintage record player too! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Belfast!

Beautiful apartment. Lots of extra little touches which made it even better. Bed was comfortable, place was spotless. Colleen was always available for questions and quick responses. Really lovely all round ☺️

The pics do not do this place justice. It is truly a show stopper. Gorgeous! Gary's directions to enter were very much appreciated. The location is close to everything you will need. But as others have pointed out, the concerts across the street are very loud. When we arrived a techno rave concert was just getting ramped up. In all fairness, Gary is very transparent in his listing. It just wasn't our taste in music. I discovered it's easy to check the concert schedule online (Custom House Square) and if you see an artist that you enjoy, you are going to have the best seats in the house. Fortunately, it was only one evening and the rest of our stay was brilliant. I failed to pull the instructions from the plastic folder and Gary was so kind and patient with me until I discovered my error. Everything is covered! The bed was divine and the linens were 5 star hotel quality. Finally...the views. The views. Every. Single. Room. Gorgeous. Book this if it is available!

We spent 4 nights at David's house. It was perfect for our toddler with the washing machine, hoover and having netflix on the tv. The village was very friendly and welcoming with everyone stopping to chat to us. I am always worried travelling with kids that the property will be cold, but it was very warm and cosy! The aquarium in Portaferry is a must! Really enjoyable few days and the view from the apartment is amazing!
