Nice comfortable, very well presented, warm & within arms reach of the local amenities, restraunts. Figs downstairs on the arcade 5* The Kingsway 5* Cafes, Marples on sea view St 5* (many more) & some of the countries best fish & chips shops to name a few, Steel's corner house in the market place 2 minutes walk Ernie Beckett's also in the Market place & Ocean fish n chips on St Peters AVE. Arrival instructions were spot on! The keys were a bit tricky at first getting in through the front doors but found using the rear access alot easier along with parking at the back of the property on Dolphin St. Thank you for the Chocolates and wine which were enjoyed over a game of monopoly & cards, nice homely, warm and cosy. It's the first time we've used Air B&B and we was very impressed with Jimmy's place. It is situated on Alexandra road actually on the sea front and next to other apartments and can be busy in the daytime. 4 minutes walk to the train station & near all local bus routes👌

We had a great stay at Mark's place, excellent value for money and perfectly situated a very short walk from the beach, pier and arcades as well as being close to the Cleethorpes town centre. Mark was very communicative and was very helpful, providing extra bedding when we requested it on the same day. We would definitely recommend to friends/family and we will definitely be staying here again.

The best we have stayed with ....We have used this accommodation for many months and all is superb from the accommodation to the communication , nothing is too much, in fact they assist us with our crew changes and plans. Would highly recommend for business or leisure , top quality accommodation and hosting.

Has everything you would need utensils and cooking plenty of cafes takeaways close by if you don’t fancy cooking we had two adults 14/11/8 year old only thing I could say is maybe a bit more of a comfortable sofa bed only because the younger ones would have been fine but bedroom was abit away from living room so kids being kids wanted to be closer but hopefully host doesn’t take this the wrong way very good spot for summer break many thanks Joe

Lovely house, perfect for what we needed. 20 minute walk to the fronts. Close to little shops for bits and bobs needed. Comfy and clean.

We stayed here 2 nights, there were 6 of us, great space, gorgeous house, very clean, parking was easy, close to everything, and Joanne was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Where to start about this beautiful place ? The hosts have created a haven of aesthetic tranquility. Everything has been lovingly considered from the stunning wood flooring to the furniture. The property has subtle reminders of its coastal setting accessorised to perfection yet always practical. Great outdoor space and a two minute walk to the beach ( you can see the dunes from all the windows ). The kitchen is well appointed providing a home from home environment and the log burner is a welcome addition as the temperatures start to drop. The bathroom is fantastic and even has a large bath and both bedrooms are comfortable and uniquely decorated in heritage and Ibizan style.The only slight challenge is the WiFi signal is very limited throughout the Fitties (not just this listing ) however this can cause a few issues when watching a film or playing Sonos however, there is so much more to do in the area-terrestrial tv works fine. Recommend the cinema and magpie cafe ( booking rec)

last minute plans to come to Cleethorpes, the appartment was lovrly and clean , plenty of clean towels and cleaning products, host was perfect, replied straight away, in a great loxation it was lovely and warm would recomend for short or long break, i personally will be renting this lovely little appartment in the future xx

Ben's place is superb, close to all amenities (an easy 5 minute stroll) and also the promenade and beach. Being just outside the town, there is very little nightime noise. Ben has renovated the place to a high standard and it really is a home from home. Highly recommended 10/10

Easy to follow instructions. Light,bright and airy studio apartment with all essentials for a short stay. Comfortable double bed and sofa, small kitchenette area with fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle, and a well equipped bathroom which contained a few extra bits that you might have forgotten ie first aid kit, toothbrushes, Fairy liquid to wash mugs. Small, private patio and your own parking spot on the front drive. Davinia was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely stay at Valerie’s for the new year and couldn’t have asked for more! The photos don’t actually do it justice as the apartment is stunning and a lot bigger than what we expected! Couldn’t recommend Valerie enough x

Me and my partner visited Cleethorpes for the first time - the apartment was beautiful and extremely spacious. The amenities it came with made it feel as if you could stay there for months without any worries - cutlery, dishware, iron board, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. There were smart TV’s in all the bedrooms which made it really useful for rainy days/ late nights. In terms of cleanliness, I’d give it a 10/10. The apartment itself was a 5 minute walk from the beach and the local shops were only a 2 minute walk away which meant that I never needed to use my car while I was there. There’s also street parking right outside the apartment. In regard to the area, it is well lit and safe, people of Cleethorpes are very friendly and we enjoyed every second of our stay. Me and my partner never really go back to the places we’ve already visited however, if by chance we were ever in Cleethorpes, this is the apartment we’d definitely book again.

We booked this for our anniversary weekend and it didn’t disappoint. The apartment was spotless, very well presented and all looking very fresh and new. Nice and cosy too. The views were just as described and the apartment is perfectly situated for the bars and restaurants. Our host was very helpful suggesting places to park and was at hand for any questions we had. We’d like to thank Harrison for a perfect stay!

We had a family emergency and Leanne was so helpful and accommodating. Responding straight away and helping us whenever we needed it. The apartment was spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed. It had everything you needed from slow cookers to a tumble dryer. The only thing I struggled with was that I did not know there was stairs into the property which was problematic when I was on my own with the pram, but it would not stop me coming back! Definitely will use again when we come back to see family! A*****
