Julie was a wonderful host. I had some queries that I emailed about prior to arrival and she was always quick and helpful with her responses. We picked the property as we knew the area and had family close by, so we knew what to expect, but really appreciated the local recommendations for eating out and takeaways. The property was clean and exactly what we needed, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much Julie for making a hard weekend that much easier :)

This is a great location if you want somewhere close to Grimsby but don't want to stay in Grimsby. Helen was great as she gave us very clear directions as to how to find the place and was then there to meet us on arrival, showed us around the house and how everything worked. The house has been finished to a very standard. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we will book it again if we are back in Grimsby on business.

Had a wonderful Easter weekend in this charming cottage in peaceful surroundings. The attention to detail was spot on,it had everything anyone could ask for. The gorgeous little touches, ornaments and sculptures are really something !! So homely , welcoming, comfortable & warm. Will definitely be back😊.

Great place! The house has good spaces for everyone to sit together to talk, eat, a nice snooker room to play and a good outdoor area with fire pit and hot tub. We had a great time with friends and kids loved the place too. The Hot tub was great, even in winter temperatures! Bedrooms are big and comfortable. There is not a lot to do in the immediate surrounding areas, but if your purpose of renting the house is to spend time with family and friends, this is really not an issue. There are plenty of supermarket options not far. Overall, we had a lovely time here!

I booked it for a group of contractors, and it was a great experience. There are two 4 bedroom houses next to each other. Both houses were very cosy, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for everyone. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I will definitely recommend these properties and would book again.

A great stay for our family visit to celebrate my late father’s birthday. Excellent location, close to all amenities. We hope to return next year. Cleethorpes appears to be on the up with a number regenerative developments.

Such a lovely place to stay, spacious, comfortable and exactly what we were looking. The garden and the hot tub were great, so lucky we had a such a sunny weekend. Can’t wait to come back again 😊.

We had a terrible start to a trip away for bad personnel reasons with cancellations and delays. I only hope other people in are situation are lucky enough to get a great Josh such as Thomas was. Very helpful proactive and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more

As a first time at an AirBnB, this was a remarkable experience. After constantly looking into places to stay in Grimsby due to a personal endeavour, louise makes a lovely, hospitable host whom will make any guest at her Chalet/ properties satisfied and comfortable, especially with overseer Keith who was very humbling to say the least to take care of myself throughout the stay. With the property right on the sea front and a back view to die for, I'm very confident I would like to return if she would allow so. The experience was sublime with its simplistic yet rustic aesthetic, especially the fireplace! I wasn't able to try all the bells and whistles but it's fair to say, Louise has thought about everyone. If there is anything I could mark down, is the lack of heating in the adult bedroom (expected due to strong gustly winds from the sea at about 45hmph and it being December) which made it bitterly cold in mornings. Aside that, it was absolutely captifying, thank you Louise & Keith!

Lovely stay. Roberta was so helpful in her communications. The van was perfect for what we wanted and situated well in the park, which itself was excellent.

We had an amazing stay at Michael's Airbnb over the weekend, enjoying a perfect staycation! The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, accommodating all 11 of us with ease. It was ideal for families, with thoughtful amenities for kids, parents, and even babies. We loved the privacy the property provided—perfect for our karaoke sessions that lasted well into the night! The layout was perfect, with plenty of bathrooms for convenience, and two cozy living rooms that suited both adults and children. The kitchen was stunning—well-equipped and aesthetically pleasing. While the heated pool was a great feature, the rainy weather kept us indoors. Nonetheless, we still made use of the BBQ grill and hoping to come back in the summer to enjoy everything this place has to offer. Michael was an outstanding host—welcoming, generous, and friendly. He was responsive to our queries and prompt with replies. Overall, we had an unforgettable and fun experience!

Excellent communications and any questions answered promptly. Property was clean and tidy. We had a lovely couple of days where we were able to get on the beach each day.

Another amazing stay, 2nd time we've been and won't be the last. Jason's a fantastic host and nothing is too much trouble. My 2 autistic sons love it here and are always upset when we leave. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The caravan was perfect for us, immaculate throughout. It is fully equipped with everything you need. I cannot fault the owners, quick to respond to any query, really friendly and they also went above and beyond to sort out a caravan park issue. Also the basket of welcome treats was a lovely added touch. Needless to say we are looking forward to staying again very soon !

The property felt like a home. We would highly recommend a stay here. Clean and well kept. Minutes from the sea front and Daniel was quick to respond and very accommodating. We have already taken alot at his other properties for future stays.

We have just got back from a lovely weekend at Ryan’s celebrating my husbands birthday and our 1st wedding Anniversary. The house is beautiful and was so clean! The added extras like tea coffee and sugar was great! (We forgot coffee) there was plenty of room for the 5 of us and we loved the hot tub. Ryan was very helpful with recommendations of local restaurants as we hadn’t been to the area before. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We are already looking at coming back again. Thank you so much 😊

The holiday home was perfect - extremely clean, very well equipped and perfectly situated. The Christmas decorations and goodies were very much appreciated. A huge thank you to Irene ! We’ll definitely be back !

The house was lovely, decorated really nice, and little touches which made it perfect, fresh towels and toiletries, tea, coffee sugar, milk and hot chocolate available and then there was slso biscuits, crisps and sweets and they even put cans of pop in the fridge, which i thought was very thoughtful . Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone to stay there.

Just perfect for a weekend of dog walking, great location for the beach and the veranda is superb. It seems to be in constant sun and was the perfect spot for a glass of wine to watch the sun go down whilst flocks of ducks and geese flew overhead. Beautiful garden, very secure.

We had a lovely stay at the Pigsty, it had everything that we wanted. The location, surrounded by fields and nature was gorgeous, and it was within good travelling distance for visiting Lincolnshire and the coast. The accommodation itself was cosy and homely, and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Would happily go back again :)

Lovely place, clean, comfortable and so close to the beach. Great for a few days away with friends or family and safe for dogs. Allan was very friendly and responsive, great host! Had a fabulous time, will definitely be back!
