If I could give more than Five Stars, I would. The property is amazing and is exactly as described. The house is well appointed (both inside and out) and everything you could need has been thought through. The location is stunning to say the least. Essentially a private beach with an amazing sun set and great water for swimming. Lastly, Jim was next door and was more than willing to help if we needed anything. We cannot wait to go back!

Wow, such an incredible spot. Our family stayed at Sandy shoes for 7 nights with our 6 & 3 year old. You drive down the driveway and realize you have made the best choice, this spot is gorgeous, photos don’t do it justice and the perfect place to relax and just enjoy. I read many reviews prior and they all were very accurate, House is stocked Paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel equipment and beach lounge were great. Next time we may bring our own snorkel masks that we know fit us well. Christy and Shane so accommodating, with help to and from airport, communication etc. Recommend*** I packed two checked bags one with all our clothes and one with “stuff” some things I recommend bringing with you Laundry pods Plastic sandwich bags Sunscreen Shampoo & conditioner Snacks for kids or adults (we brought a few boxes of Mac n cheese, oatmeal packs etc easy meals for when you don’t want to dine out) TP / Paper towels if you have room etc We hope to be back in all 3 houses w/ fam!

The outside space is beyond beautiful!! We spent each morning watching the sunrise and were visited by turtles nearly every morning. On calm days we snorkeled right off the dock and saw numerous types of fish, crabs and starfish. We had great adventures exploring the island and would always come back to watch the sunsets which are spectacular! Cody has floats, snorkel gear, beach chairs...basically anything you could need to enjoy the island. The beds are very comfortable and so are all the extra pillows. The kitchen is well stocked including some spices and condiments. We packed some food from home and were happy we did. This is a very special place and we are so grateful for our time spent at Cody's place.

Chris was very friendly and responsive and made our stay feel right at home. We really enjoyed the amenities that were offered the pool and Jacuzzi was amazing. Our Villa was very cozy and clean. Everything you need to cook with and really relax in an airbnb was there. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend . Lovely , Friendly, Cozy, Relaxing, not far from the beach .

If you're going to be traveling to Eleuthera, look no further! Shannon's bungalow sits high above the ocean giving beautiful daytime views and at night the stars are incredible, too. You'll be situated in a great middle ground for anything you'd like to do in the island. Minutes from beautiful beaches and great restaurants in town. Black outs are common (and did happen while we were there!) but we did not even notice due to Shannon's off-grid setup. As a host, Shannon is top tier and can help with anything you need while on-site. 10/10 would stay again!

What a perfect place to reconnect with our family to celebrate a big birthday! We were all very comfortable physically and found the house and island to be spiritually healing. Dana & Denise were at their home next door and were very helpful and very lovely to meet and to share with. Horace was helpful and an excellent chef who made a most spectacular birthday dinner for us with locl lobster, rock crabs, grouper and conch!!! We spent time at the beach, at the tennis courts, diving from Harbour Island, & boating to see turtles, rays and pink beaches. A most blissful holiday in a beautiful location & home.

Our stay at "Paradise at Sunset" was wonderful. The beach house had it all, from hot tub, to sauna, to his and her outdoor tubs, to your own private beach, the place is incredible. The three bedroom, three bath house is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. With the outdoor kitchen, dining, and entertainment area, you will not find a better place to watch sunsets over the gorgeous turquoise waters. This place is even better than advertised. We enjoyed the swimming, paddle-boards, snorkeling, and fishing right out the back door. We saw so much sea life, we brought our own rods and caught yellow jack, and needle fish right from shore. There is never a lack of things to do or places to relax. When messaged the hosts were impressively helpful and responsive. The island of Eleuthera is a special place and we felt so blessed to have these accommodations while we were there. Can't wait to come back again.

Amazing Amazing! The home is absolutely beautiful and feels very warm and welcoming. It is very clean and spacious and literally had EVERYTHING we needed. Mary-Bec and Marty are indeed the best host. They are very responsive, helpful, kind and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better home or better hosts. I will definitely be back !

Our family of 10 had an absolute great time! The location was exceptional! We were able to walk outside to snorkel, kayak, stand up board and their neighbor allowed us to jump from his designed cliff jump area. The sleeping arrangements worked well for us. We used the two pull out coaches for our kids to sleep on and it never felt crammed. One of the beds could safely sleep three as well. The house has additional perks too The house has games like battleship, risk, jenga, etc to play; it was fun playing board games with the family. The house has kayaks and SUP boards that we used too. If you want a fun, safe and relaxing trip to Eleuthera, I highly recommend this house!
