Amazing house and can't beat the location! The house is super clean and comfortable. It is near parks and also very walkable to shops and restaurants. Best of both worlds! Communication was flawless and stress-free. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Nicholas!

JoAnna and her place were great. She was very accommodating when an emergency came up and we needed a later checkout. The place is really clean and perfect for a little weekend get away. The shared spaces (hot tub/fire pit) with the other guests were easier to do than expected. Hot tub was huge and clean.

Chad’s place was perfect for our party of 12! We had a great time with all our adult kids and grandkids. There was ample space for everyone, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Outdoor toys for the kids and s’mores at the outdoor fire. Kitchen was our focal point and it’s big enough for everyone to help with meals. Chad is the ultimate host, my favorite so far! Overall, you can’t go wrong with this place!!!

This home exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and very homey. The backyard was big and the surroundings were beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfy & there were enough blankets and towels for all of us. No complaints at all! Thank you Marlene!

The home was perfect for us and provided everything we could want. We would definitely choose to stay there again. It was really clean and comfortable. We would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Boise.

Sandy provided helpful information and check-in and out was very easy. The large fenced in back yard was very comfortable for us and our dog. We will likely stay there again.

This is our second time staying at Joe’s, it is wonderful. So clean and there is great communication. I am sure we will be staying again soon!
