Absolutely amazing stay! This home exceeded all expectations. It was beautifully designed with great taste, spotlessly clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive and accommodating. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure a perfect experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and hassle-free stay!

Amy was truly amazing! We had a small issue with the hot tub upon arrival and she came over two days in a row determined to figure this out for us. Her persistence paid off and she got the hot tub up and running. We couldn't have been happier to have her. The house was super clean, beds were super comfy and the pool was the absolute best part! After we left, I contacted her in a panic because I lost a very valuable piece of jewelry. Her cleaning folks found it, returned it to her and she put in the mail the very next day. I cannot be more thankful and grateful she was our host! Thank you again Amy!! I would recommend anything she has her name on. The Cannon family! xoxoxo

7 of us stayed at this house, and it was the perfect size. It’s close to a lot, we loved the games + fishing, and we liked that there was a washer and dryer. Definitely recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, clean, and comfortably fit our group of seven adults without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook full meals, and the furnishings, beds, and linens were all very comfortable. The pool was a lovely bonus—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The photos accurately represent the property, and Jason was quick to respond when we had trouble connecting to the WiFi. All around, a great place for a group stay—highly recommend!

Dean was extremely friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this host and house. It was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds, plenty of places to relax by the pool and the house layout was great!

One of the best rentals I have ever stayed in! This lovely home is very spacious, tastefully decorated, pristinely clean and very well equipped. In addition, the home's private pool along with the community's resort pool and guest amenities were fabulous! Matthew could not have been a more gracious and accommodating host, and I look forward to a future visits.

Valerie & Blair were fantastic hosts! They were super responsive and accommodating. Their place is beautiful, all recently remodeled, new & clean. We traveled with kids so the most important things to us were 1)being able to walk across the street to the beach 2) coming back and jumping into the pool 3) being able to grill and chill at home. The were several restaurants & shops nearby so easy access to anything. We went 1 direction to Ft Myers and the opposite direction to Bonita Springs! They had all the amenities you'd need and even provided beach supplies (cart & chairs & umbrella). We had such a great stay and will definitely be back. Thanks for the hospitality!

Carter is indeed a "super host"! Very responsive and addressed all of our requests. This location is excellent value! Lots of space to base your SW Florida trip from. Top tier fitness facility, very nice pool, a paved path around the pond that is perfect for a run, fenced in modern pickle ball and basketball courts, very comfortable shared outdoor space for the occasional rain day, plus fire tables that throw off heat when the sun goes down. Grilling is an important criteria for us...this facility did not disappoint and only 5 minutes from a Publix is very convenient. We used the facilities daily and made several day trips to the surrounding area including Fort Myers Beach. We would stay again.

L'Emplacement est remarquable pour profiter de la plage et de la mer en toute tranquilité. Le logement est très bien situé et bien équipé. Nous avons pu observer au pied de l'appartement une multitude d'animaux ( Dauphin, poisson, lezards, oiseaux....). Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

This place has been amazing - it looks just like the pictures and felt right at home. Fort Myers Beach is just a short car ride away and it was a great starting point to reach the other locations we wanted to explore. Bed was comfy and it had everything you need - especially the beach gear was awesome! Would recommend and come back - Thank you :)

This property is unique. Great location at end of cul-de-sac makes it easy to locate and is private. Right on a canal with wide view of the river, easy access. Kayaks ready to go. Bring your boat. Restaurant/store within walking distance with GREAT pizza and sandwiches, beer, pop, etc. Excellent location to parks, lot's of parks, bike park, walking parks, Manatee park. Accommodations are just down right comfortable. Everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. Storage for your stuff so you aren't cluttering the living space. Host is as good as they get. Great communication, friendly, accommodating. You will not be disappointed with this property. Have stayed more than once because of these things and more.
