The Villa is nice , airy and has 3 bedrooms with balconies in 2 bedrooms attached baths in all 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is good. Other 2 are okay. Lobby is spacious for upto 6-7 persons, bathrooms are functional. The place is good overall, has parking space for you rental/own vehicle adjacent to your villa. Mahesh the caretaker is nice too. Complimentary Cleaning is available only between 11 am to 2 pm. Suggestions: If you are not in your villa in this time you’ll have to mange cleaning on your own. If an option for evening slot for cleaning (even if at a nominal fee) is also provided that would be great. Better linen will make the experience even more premium.

My family and I had a truly wonderful stay in Praveen's villa in Candolim. The villa is in a perfect location, so close to all the shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. The villa is within a small villa complex which is so peaceful and serene. Everyone is very friendly. The villa is very spacious, and is spotless. Praveen is a brilliant host, very responsive if needed and hospitable. This was our second stay here and my family and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday stay.

We had a great stay at Indrajit's place. We stayed there for 5 days. Location of the villa is really good where it's not too far from the main road but it still offers quiet and calm. Place is exactly as shown in the photos and we had no issues checking in. They have provided all basic amenities required for comfortable stay Caretaker was helpful and responsive. Host Indrajeet proactively checked if we are okay with everything and offered to assist on anything if required.

Great location and a helpful, responsive host!! We had a wonderful stay. The place had all the necessary amenities and was close to all the important landmarks. It looked exactly as shown in the images. The internet speed was good too. The host (Sanjeev) made sure all the requirements were met as and when asked for. Overall- Good place to stay and enjoy.

We rented out the grandmothers villa in the start however the villa pool isn’t functional at the spot, so the host very humbly moved us to Dak Ghar in siolim, that place was very clean, AC’s were working great, the pool is right outside when you step out , the helper Akash is very sweet, the society is very safe . I loved my two days of stay and the rooms are very vibrant . Overall , great host and great place .

Loved the tranquil villa! Peaceful, clean, tastefully done. We felt at home and relaxed. The hosts were very kind and responsive There were 2 master bedrooms with attached bathroom and one bedroom with twin beds and no attached bathroom. It suited us perfectly. Kitchen was well equipped and the hosts had arranged for cleaning making sure the place stayed perfectly put. We couldn’t have had a better stay and we highly recommend the villa

Nirmal's place is beautifuly tucked away right next to porvorim. WHile it has access to major shopping centres and outlets it reamins a quiet and peaceful locality. The pool was clean. The house itself is exactly as described and everything was in order. We made our christmas meal in the house as well. All appliances are functional. We had absolutely no issues with regard to the house. The host was gracious enough to send us a bottle of wine to celebrate Christmas and also did not artificially inflate his pricing just because it was the season. A true gentleman. Parking was dedicated outdoor space. Waste disposal was easily managed. Wifi connectivity was good as airtel had no signal in the location. AC, waching machine and all other applicances are in working condition and the rooms are spacious. The house also had a gas stove. Overall it was a comforting and relaxing experience and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful stay.

Loved the place. Such a beautiful home with lush green surroundings. It had all the right amenities that one could ask for. We had a early checkin at 5am and Esha was responsive and proactively arranged for it for us. The experience was seamless and the peace and tranquility of the place was mesmerising. It’s very close to the beach and the house gives a very authentic Goan feel. Esha also recommended great eating places to go to which were totally worth it. Will definitely visit again.

The villa has amazing interiors with great pool. The house had all the amenities and the host and caretaker are extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.

We absolutely loved our stay at Umravi Villa! Naman and the team were incredibly helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The villa itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool and a rooftop featuring a bar counter, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Special thanks to the caretaker, Sonu, who took care of everything seamlessly. His cooking was amazing, and he made us feel right at home with his humble and attentive nature.

Our stay at this apartment in Goa was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, Mani made us feel completely at home with her warm hospitality. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the private pool, which our kids absolutely loved. Mani was incredibly kind and accommodating—she even allowed us to use the pool beyond the defined timings and gave us a delayed checkout so the kids could enjoy it a little longer. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we truly appreciate the thoughtful gestures that made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Siddhartha and Pavika are incredibly good hosts. They went out of their way to ensure a perfect guest experience. The place is so thoughtfully planned and furnished, we felt like it was our own place. The view from the bedroom was fantastic. If you're considering the Siolim area, this is the place you're looking for.

Great place to stay very peaceful and hospitality was next level

The home was absolutely wonderful! In a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the greenery of Goa, away from the hustle and bustle of most of North Goa is this villa - peaceful yet not far from the beaches & nightlife -Morjim, Anjuna, and Vagator beaches - 20-25 minutes away. The 8 of us stayed for 30 days with elderly parents that required daily home meals. The fully functional kitchen with all amenities (water purifier, stove, fridge, microware, etc) made it a great home away from home. A close-by, walkable, daily needs store, as well as supermarkets a short drive away allowed us to get whatever needed for daily cooking, etc. Swiggy for other daily needs & food order worked well. And of course all the great restaurants in North Goa are within 10-25 minutes reach w/ great cafes just 5 mins away. The hosts Susanna and Adrian were great in providing whatever was needed and were responsive. The housekeeper, Sheela was just great and took care of whatever we needed. Must visit!

Highly recommend this Airbnb! From start to finish, the hosts were super communicative, ensuring everything went smooth. The house itself is huge; perfect for big families or friend groups looking to stay together comfortably. There’s plenty of parking space right on the property which was a huge convenience. The surroundings are lovely, with trees dotting the property that make for great, relaxing walks. The caretakers are incredibly kind, adding a warm touch to the stay. Inside, the home has a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease. The kitchen is fully equipped and the RO water system works perfectly, such a practical bonus and the ACs are effective. A special shoutout to Vicky who is an exceptional host - attentive and welcoming. On top of all this, it’s heartwarming to know they donate to a local orphanage contributing to a noble cause. We had a great stay at this B&B in Goa! There was plenty of space for our group of four, and the location was spot on—tucked away in a quiet estate but just minutes from the beach. Shops and restaurants were really close too, which was super convenient. It was boiling hot, but thankfully, the air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked well, which was a lifesaver. We didn’t end up using the pool, but it’s right outside if you fancy a dip. Shiny was fantastic with her communication—super proactive and made sure we had everything we needed, even though we didn’t get to meet her. All in all, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

The place is awesome for a peaceful stay away from the loud music, crowd and traffic. The host Shikhar Gupta took care of each and every small thing and is always available to respond to any of your queries and requirements. Overall it was a great stay and I'm looking forward to come back again.

I had a fantastic stay at the villa. The staff was welcoming, and check-in was seamless. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a great view from all the rooms. The villa was excellent, and I especially enjoyed friendly service. The location was convenient, close to our workshop. Pool ,the sceneries ambience all together made the experience even better. Karan has been the most gracious and hospitable host. We checked in very late at night and he was there to receive us which was greatly appreciated. The property is beautiful, neat and clean with amenities very thoughtfully provided for. We had the most wonderful visit and will definitely go back again.
