We had a great stay at this B&B in Goa! There was plenty of space for our group of four, and the location was spot on—tucked away in a quiet estate but just minutes from the beach. Shops and restaurants were really close too, which was super convenient. It was boiling hot, but thankfully, the air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked well, which was a lifesaver. We didn’t end up using the pool, but it’s right outside if you fancy a dip. Shiny was fantastic with her communication—super proactive and made sure we had everything we needed, even though we didn’t get to meet her. All in all, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

I have stayed in this accommodation many times and again was satisfied. Communication was quick and easy, access and check-in were uncomplicated and flexible in terms of time, everything was there and working as described. The facilities are a bit dated and it could be a bit cleaner, but I always like the location, the spacious rooms and the privacy. Despite tiny flaws that are hardly worth mentioning, this accommodation is worth the money. I will be happy to come back!

The Villa: The villa itself is stunning, with spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. The open living areas were ideal for spending quality time together, while still providing privacy when needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to prepare their own meals. The Pool: The pool was a highlight of the property! It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by a gorgeous patio area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening dip, it added so much to our experience. Service: The full-time caretaker and property manager were outstanding. The caretaker ensured the villa was spotless and attended to our needs promptly and graciously.

It was a pleasant stay over here.Peaceful location,beautiful society ,beach was at 5mins drive.Swimming pool was just perfect,whenever we went in the pool felt it was private pool as noone around. Host was very prompt and helpful for any kind of information asked . It was worth for the amount paid...Thanks for the lovely stay.

We were a group of 10 people staying at the villa and we had an absolutely amazing time. There were indeed no problems we faced throughout our stay. Anil and Sunil both were excellent hosts, giving us suggestions to visit different places and communicating very well whenever we needed help. The villa was air conditioned as well. Our caretaker and Pankaj ji were also really helpful and were just a call away whenever we needed anything. The villa was cleaned everyday after we left! Since it was a gated community, there were no issues for safety as well. Overall, we had a marvellous time staying at the villa with no problems faced. Would highly recommend it!

Amazing stay. Felt cozy and like we were at home. All the amenities mentioned were present. And place was pretty clean.

Quelques jours entre amis passés chez Shiny. Petite résidence en retrait de la route, un gardien à l'entrée et une belle végétation. Maison spacieuse et bien entretenue. Les matelas pourraient être changés car très durs au couchage. Shiny est une hôte très réactive, dispo pour toute question. Petits commerces et restauration à 5 mn à pied. Problème d'entretien de la piscine mais très difficile avec ces températures. Shiny a contacté le personnel d'entretien mais problème persistant. C'est une piscine collective donc difficile à maîtriser.

This place is very beautiful and clean. What you see in the pictures you get the same. This place is very close to Miramar beach, you can easily walk to the beach. The host is very responsive and a house help is also there to take care of your meals. Overall a great experience and highly recommended for everyone.

Stay was amazing, it was exactly what we expected. Ashish was the host who has received us and the way he has helped us in exploring places, arraging travel, place recommendations was of a great help.

Booked this property for my mother and my aunts who were visiting Goa for the first time. This property made them feel at home while being able to head out and enjoy all that South Goa has to offer. Host was super responsive and helpful, self check in instructions were easy and will definitely recommend. Stay was clean and well equipped.

This place felt just like home with the colva beach at a walkable distance from the stay it was quite fun..also you sleep very well here something about the homely ambiance.. the host is very polite, considerate and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this homestay for a peaceful stay at colva
