me and friends enjoyed our stay. nawala rin iyong worry ng need may susing dala or naiwan since naka smart lock na. sa lahat ng airbnb na natuluyan namin siya iyong pinakamabango, linis rin ng CR and walang amoy. perfect rin for concert goers in MOA Arena kasi may malaking salamin sila so di mahirapan mag ayos. may alfamart sa baba and maraming kainan rin, then if tamad maglakad pa MOA, sa harap mismo may mga jeep. if ayaw naman mag jeep, madali lang din mag book ng grab. had an issue with the wifi upon checking in, told the host and inayos rin nila agad. lahat rin ng questions before the stay, sumasagot sila agad. will definitely stay here again if may concert uli na pupuntahan sa MOA arena.

Raph was always responsive and helpful. The unit was clean and cozy, and it felt like home. Definitely staying again!

Eunice and Kit were very responsive and helpful as host. The room was as described, the apartment itself stands out in BGC area, just opposite of Uptown Mall. The room was clean, we needed to stay on the floor and the arrangement for that was adequate, had no problem. The wifi and TV works nicely. The kitchen was clean. It was a great stay!

Miss Tee was very accommodating person. A very responsive in all my queries. She make sure that you will enjoy and feel relax in her cozy and peaceful place. Thank you so much Miss Tee for being so kind and very comfortable to talked to Until next time Miss Tee.. We really love your place. Babalik po kami sa unit nyo po. Had a wonderful time staying at Keith’s place. Place was very clean and checking-in was hassle-free. Highly recommend Keith’s place if you guys are looking for a place near MOA, PICC or the airport.

So comfortable staying at their place, super convenient malapit sa mall, food store lahat andon na. Malinis and mabango yung place nothing to worry about, accommodating din yung host lahat ng question namin inaaccommodate nila, thank you so much for your patience and friendly, looking forward ulit to book ur place next trip thank you so much🙏🏻🩷🫵🏻

Had a good experience at JK Coastal Inn. Location was convenient, amenities were solid, and the place was clean. Overall, a solid choice for a stay.

This place feels like home. Will definitely stay here again.
