North Historic District, Savannah : locations de vacances en appartement

We had a great stay - the condo was spacious and in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere which is exactly what we were hoping to do. The location is right in the heart of downtown night life which was on the louder side but it did not bother my group at all. The host was very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect.

This place fantastic! It is beautiful and so centrally located. We easily walked to all downtown destinations we visited. Very close to squares and the riverfront. The garage was so nice to have so we didn't need to worry about street parking. There was occasionally some noise from the alley/lane, but that is to be expected downtown and it did not affect us. No complaints! We would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

We had a wonderful stay - perfect location to explore Savannah. Chaz did state location can be loud so we were prepared. It didn’t bother us so much as the convenience of being by City Market and near Broughton street was worth it. Apartment looked like pictures.

This was a great place with fabulous views. We came in on the Thursday before St. Patrick's Day and you could feel the buzz in the city. I realized we might have a challenge with parking but Sarah was super responsive. We only stayed one night and once we found a parking spot, we stayed put. Take the time to read all the instructions she sends before you try to enter. She gives excellent details, it's just a lot of information. Once we were inside, I felt very secure. I choose this place because my son and I both love to hear the church bells, so we wanted to be close enough to hear them in the morning. Again AMAZING views and we would stay here again.

Lovely apartment in Savannah, excellent central location. Alyssa was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed.

It was the perfect location, just a couple blocks from City Market. And a 5-10 min walk to the river.

My family and I had a great stay. Sarahs place in a wonderful location right next to a great park with lsot of restaurants and coffee shops to walk to. Was the ideal location to stay at for me and my family while we were in town for a wedding.

Great place, great communication

The location was absolutely perfect. Everything was within walking distance including the parking garage. Lots of thoughtful details throughout. Although there is only one bathroom, there are plenty of mirrors which made getting ready for outings a breeze for two couples. Would definitely go back!

Enjoyed our brief visit. Older, roomy, historic home so a little quirky as expected, but very well cleaned & comfortable. Decorated just like in the photos. Nice little back deck to relax on in the mornings or evenings. Assigned parking spot making it easy in and out. Not a knock, but be prepared for about a dozen or so steps up to the second floor entrance, and then another dozen or so stairs to the 2 upstairs bedrooms — if stairs are not your thing, just beware. Garry is an excellent host, communicating before, during, and whenever we had questions. Location was great — easy walk to Forsyth Park for street art shows, restaurant, and Saturday farmer’s market, & a comfortable walk to downtown Savannah and River Street. Even close to a free bus stop into town if you don’t want to walk. Thought it was a great value & we would stay here again when visiting Savannah!!

This place is super cute and matched the photos exactly! Great location as we could walk to get drinks/food, and to multiple parks! Easy to Uber to River St. and only about 6-10min away. Grocery store, Kroger, is only 3 min away. Coffee, creamer, and sugar was so nice to have and was well stocked. I cannot get over how cute the back patio space was! Super nice to relax after a lot of walking, and great ambiance back there as well. Def book this spot!

Steven and Geoff were amazing hosts! The place was very clean and very comforting, my sister and I had a wonderful time would recommend to anyone!

Great cozy place that was centrally located and walkable to most attractions.

We enjoyed the space for our visit to Savannah. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed being able to leave the car behind. Gary was always responsive and allowed a flexible check out which was appreciated. Lots of spices and the kitchen had all we needed. The bathtub was tall and there are stairs so note this if mobility is an issue. We were good with it.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is cozy and spacious. It was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The location was perfect. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and close to attractions in Downtown Savannh. David was very responsive to my needs and corners. I highly recommend this for your next stay in Savannah.

Great location if you are looking for a quieter beach. If you want big waves, you will need to go a little further down. We loved it!

Cute place! Great for our girls trip. We did have some hot water issues on the first morning but Chad was very responsive and it was resolved quickly. The parking spot is a bit difficult to get to from the house so we all parked on the street, but there was not a lack of parking. I appreciated how quiet the street was but still close to downtown Savannah.

You know it’s a good sign when you get into the Airbnb and it looks exactly like the photos. This condo was so perfectly located and appointed. We’ve already recommended the spot to friends who plan to come to Savannah later this year. The property owners were highly responsible and helpful and everything was great. Thanks for a lovely stay.

#Neighbourhood is good and peaceful # car parking, elevator and flat are just right to next and no need to walk # view is good and once in a while can see ships, may be check ships travel time online # utilities not very good, obviously need improvements. # sofa and bed, not at all happy or comfortable. # handwash liquid is missing at kitchen or dishwasher pods just one. # private shared entrance to beach is nice # water in Tybee island is not clean # overall, location justify the price but still can be less since it is not a real beach just good for walk.

A wonderful complex, peaceful & amazing location!

Great location—just two blocks from Kroger and an easy stroll to Forsyth Park. The home was quiet, clean, and had a nice jacuzzi-style tub. Being a historic home, the floors are slanted, which wasn’t an issue for us but could be for someone with balance concerns. The space was very comfortable, and David was communicative and friendly. We’d happily stay here again!
