Very quiet and peaceful. Toys for kids to play with was an excellent amenity.

Brandon and Chase’s property is pristine, incredibly clean, and well-stocked. It felt like we moved into such a lovely home that was completely turnkey! The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and brand new. The home was perfect for our needs, in a perfect location, and style and furnished beautifully. We were thrilled with the accommodations, and the house looked exactly like the photos in the listing. Brandon and Chase were so responsive, - within minutes!, which was most appreciated. We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice and well decorated house. The house was very clean. It was centrally located to downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Owners sent great information about places to eat and local stores nearby. I would definitely recommend this place.

What can I say. The pictures do this home no justice. Im from California and when I walked through the doors i felt a sense of peace and being at home. Old Beverly Hills, North Hollywood, Los Feliz feel. This isnt your cookie cutter airbnb. You wont find warehouse furnishings, but rather one of a kind quality, high end everything. The saltwater pool was refreshing and the cabana is beautiful. My favorite place was the upstairs second sunken living room. I'd definitely come back. 10 out of 10.

Absolutely perfect! This Airbnb was ideally located, offering the best of both worlds. It felt wonderfully secluded, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing retreat, yet it was still incredibly convenient. You could easily hop in the car and be at the beach in no time or drive just a short distance to the vibrant heart of downtown Savannah. Whether we were looking for a day of sun and sand or exploring the historic charm of Savannah, the location couldn't have been more ideal. The house itself was charming with plenty of beds to accommodate a larger group. Rachel is a fantastic host and made the stay very easy on us. We didn’t need to communicate much because all instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. Perfect for anyone who wants a little peace and a lot of adventure in a stunning part of the world. 10/10!!!

We loved our stay at Kate & Sam’s home! The location was extremely convenient as we split time between Tybee and downtown, plus some exploring in the area. We loved the layout of the house- it was spacious and had plenty of room for our large family to spread out while still feeling cozy. The back porch / yard are beautiful and the perfect setting for a peaceful morning coffee. We would highly recommend!!

Great place for a big group, easy to access downtown Savannah, and the games and activities available at the house were great when we got rained out of some other plans. Patrick was a great and responsive host!

We loved this apartment and the location is wonderful, being adjacent to Forsyth Park and walkable to the entire Historic District. We walked or biked everywhere, but this apartment has off street parking which would be key for those with a vehicle. We also appreciated the host’s instructions, including such things as what can be recycled. We found the neighborhood to be charming & quiet at night.
