We had a lovely time at Hampden Neuve, it’s a thoughtfully designed space, and although the bedrooms are not huge the place feels spacious everywhere else. It’s such a convenient location, we took Toms advice and didn’t hire a car while we were staying. Parking would be a hassle and we just didn’t need it. Loved to art, and style.

Excellent place to stay. Masterful renovation of an old house. Very comfortable for us and our daughters family including baby grandson who met his 94 year old great grandmother at Ferntree which was the main purpose of the trip Everything worked out very well at the house. Only one toilet in the main house but well designed space so we could use toilet while someone else was showering Wonderful pear and quince trees in the backyard. The local birds had a feast every morning Thanks for sharing such a great house

Jason was a fantastic host. Great communication and went above and beyond to supply things for the stay. A beautiful clean house with great views and activities for everyone in the family. Would highly recommend.

Oh my gosh, this house was amazing, from the moment we walked in, the comfortable feel of a cosy home by the water. The living area, spacious with plenty of seating, the big table to gather around. The bedrooms again welcoming and beautiful decor. Lots of heating throughout and the fire yet another treat. On the water- Walking distance to the shops, hotel and of course the beaches. Angela was a fantastic host and very easy to communicate with. Sadly we were there for a funeral but we will definitely be back for a longer holiday so we can enjoy a family gathering in this awesome home.

We had the most wonderful stay! Hannah was a fantastic host with excellent communication from start to finish, making everything seamless and stress-free. The house itself was absolutely amazing, spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. It felt incredibly peaceful and private, a perfect escape from the everyday. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

Michelle’s place exceeded our expectations. While we were lucky that the weather was wonderful, the stunning surroundings would have looked good in any weather. The privacy and peace were exquisite. The cottage was cozy, comfy, a great place to relax, and Michelle has anticipated almost every need. We loved the kind extra touches: the fresh eggs, the milk and a well stocked pantry. Loved the library and the electric bed was fabulous! We particularly appreciated Michelle’s responsiveness and her willingness to host our fur babies. We hope to stay at Michelle’s place again and we will be recommending to family and friends. Thank you, Michelle!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Sven & Tracy’s Grappa Court Penthouse! The apartment is exceptionally spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore North Hobart and surrounds. Sven and Tracy have been lovely hosts, so easy to deal with and all communication has been prompt and handled professionally. We would recommend this apartment to anyone, and would love to stay again sometime in the future!

We are 3 ladies who stayed at Sussex for 2 nights prior to doing the Three Capes Walk. The place was excellent for us, as we had 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.. We had a lovely sitting area to sit and chat. Superb location Walking distance to the Salamanca and Ferry areas. The area felt safe. The bedrooms were quiet to sleep at night. Perfect for us. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Elgin House was the perfect place to feel right at home for a Hobart getaway. Nice and close to beautiful restaurants and bars and easy to explore the city. Comfortable beds, fireplace and the biggest bath! We felt right at home. 💕

My only regret is staying just one night! What a comfortable, clean, modern space. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. The air conditioning worked very well in our very minor heat wave. Julian was clear with instructions on parking and accessing the building which I really appreciated. We will for sure be back.

Accomodation was perfect, clean, exactly as described and pictured. Apartment had everything required to make our stay memorable. Loved the private little outdoor courtyard area. We had a wonderful stay at Felicity’s place on Kingston Beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right across from the beach, with great coffee shops and restaurants just a short walk away. It was ideal for our family. Highly recommended!

Everything was taken care of. Loved it. The location, near Cornelian Bay was great. we can recommend The Boatshed as a place to eat.

We felt right at home when we stepped in the doors. The place is bright and spacious in the living room and kitchen areas. Very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. There were plenty of places to sit for 6 of us and a lovely deck and outdoor seating also available. Plenty of hot water and the bedding are clean and comfy. Overall a great home to comeback to after a day of travelling around Hobart. The host is very friendly and reaches out very early to offer recommendations and assistance. Very close to Cascade Brewery and Mount Wellington. Highly recommended !

We absolutely LOVED this house for our family trip and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hobart. The kids loved the trampoline and ping pong table. Adults loved the beautiful kitchen and porch. I loved drinking tea sitting in the bay window and looking out over the river each morning. The house and grounds were immaculate. Easy access to downtown, but so glad we stayed out of the traffic.

3...2...1...RELAX. Oh, this place! We enjoyed a three-week stay while our home was being renovated. Let's start with the location. It's easy to find, quiet, peaceful, and literally five minutes from anywhere. Close to all amenities you need, although once you get there, you really won't want to leave. Don't waste your time with the supermarket; just get the necessities delivered so you can enjoy every second. Driving into the property takes you somewhere else. With beautiful gardens and a charming egg chair hanging in a tree, you just want to grab a book and stay there. The home is exactly as the photos present and more—beautifully presented, clean, and just a home. It invites you to enjoy your time. The surroundings really steal the show. There's an amazing pool overlooking the bay at the rear of the property. It's perfect for wandering and discovering all the different flowers and plants. Walk further out of the property to a beautiful walking track. Sit back, listen to the water,

very nice view, great house, quite place, great location if you drive the master bedroom is amazing with the bath and the view. only the pool is not clean and you do not want to jump in.

Beautiful and cosy home perched on the hill with a superbe view of the bay and the Tasman bridge. We can watch the cruises coming in and out of the bay. Beds are comfy, bathroom is new and kitchen offers everything you need to cook a nice meal. Started our holidays in this house and decided to go back after a trip across the island because it felt just like home. Thanks for sharing your lovely house!
