I stayed here for seven nights and had a great experience overall—the space is exactly as pictured, clean, well-designed, and a peaceful place to come home to after a day in Venice. The host was communicative, thoughtful and very responsive. A few things to note for other travelers: there’s no elevator, so you’ll be climbing three flights of stairs to access the unit. Not a problem for me, but something to be aware of when arriving with luggage. Also, while parking is available nearby, it isn’t included and cost me an additional $316 for the week. It’s underground, with exit access via a back stairwell that exits onto the boardwalk, something solo travelers (especially women) may want to consider. That said, the apartment itself was great, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, stylish place to stay in Venice.

Amazing apartment! Was easy to get there and the location is the BEST. So walkable and easy to find parking spot on nearest streets. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby and even pilates around the corner. Really quiet at night and we liked that there was two patios. The place is GEM!

We' spend several days there, great place, very clean, fresh renovation all appliencies and furniture in good condition and it has convenient parking in the back yard and good amenities around.

I will definitely be staying here again if I ever get the chance. An amazing and clean home

Wonderful stay in Beverly Hills. First off, the location is great. We felt very safe and were close to restaurants and businesses. The house itself was nice and exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean. I had asked Mary about the possibility of an early check in a few weeks before our arrival and she said she would try to accommodate us if she could. I messaged her the day of arrival and we did get to check in early! It was so great after a long haul flight. Mary was always very responsive with any inquiries we had and replied in a super timely manner. I was so thankful for that. I would highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat or any of Mary’s other listings! I was extremely pleased with our entire stay.

The apartment was very comfortable and well presented. True to what was described. Grocery stores and restaurants were walkable, with the beach a short drive away. Communication from Alex was great! Will be happy to return

We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. It's located in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet, which helped us relax. The property is very close to Culver City downtown and within walking distance of local coffee shops (less than 10 minutes away), which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very clear in their communications. I would definitely recommend this place.

Tori’s place was perfect for our stay. The two bedrooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bathroom is very updated and pretty. We did not use them but appreciate the washer dryer tucked in hall. We felt at home. The street parking is not an issue and felt fine leaving car on the street. We didn’t get to use the outdoor area but it is also nice. It is near everything you would want to do in the South Bay.

This Airbnb is conveniently located in west LA! A very safe and quiet neighborhood, hosts were super responsive and accommodating of our last minute travel needs. The directions oddly pointed to a few different addresses, but host was quick to confirm the correct one and we entered no problem after that.

This was by far the best experience. Danny’s communication was great! He was so friendly! Greeted us when we got there, and bid farewell when we left. We honestly felt like we were staying with a friend, we were so comfortable. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. Location was peaceful. We felt very safe, and had absolutely no issues! I would 100% recommend staying here! We have already talked about another trip back out! Thank you, Danny, for being such a wonderful host!!

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

Yongda was a wonderful host. Was very quick to respond when I messaged. I went out the front door without a key and shut it and locked myself out. Yongda had me back inside within minutes of reaching out to him. The house was wonderful inside. It was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

I can’t say enough positive things about this experience. The hosts were so helpful and responsive. The location felt very safe. The yard is huge. The location is conveniently situated near places we needed to get to and new ones that we discovered. There is ample space inside, a very comfortable living room and great beds!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! We came to LA for a nice getaway for a few days. I loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the view was amazing!! Lobby staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host were awesome and gave us suggestions where to eat/visit. We took advantage of the free museum near by, which Giselle recommended, and i loved it. My favorite part was probably the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! The view up there was to die for! I am definitely going to keep this place in mind next time i’m in California!!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

We booked a second time and it was great, would stay again

We had a great time here! Booked very last minute and ended up being almost perfect! Main pros were location, beach access, provided beach toys, very comfy bed. The view is exactly as depicted in photos. So not completely oceanfront but can see and hear the ocean just fine. Construction noise as mentioned in other reviews was not an issue for us. Very cozy small place, worth the price for location. And was very clean. We had issues with the grill which was a bummer but they came and fixed as soon as I mentioned. One thing to note is the sofa bed was very basic. Great for our kids but would not recommend putting an adult on it. Also I was very confused by reviews stating the kitchen was very well stocked. That threw us off as we were planning on cooking every meal. No mixing bowls, and exactly 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 bowls…next time I’ll bring paper plates for serving etc. Would definitely come back! Look forward to booking again.
