North Hutchinson Island : locations de vacances avec kayak

The property was magnificent. The bathroom in our suite was inconvenient, located between the bedroom and the living quarters. The hideabed was uncomfortable for sitting. The grounds were beautiful, lots to see and do. would definitely go back again. Thanks for a great vacation KC.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Corri sehr genossen. Insgesamt waren wir vier Tage vor Ort. Die Lage, Nachbarschaft und vor allem der Ausblick waren wirklich toll. Wir haben jeden Abend stundenlang auf der Terrasse gesessen und die Ruhe genossen. Check in, Check out und jeder Kommunikation zwischendurch verlief problemlos. Nicht ganz klar war uns, dass ein Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Für uns, zwei Familien mit vier Kindern kein Problem. Bei vier Pärchen wäre es wahrscheinlich etwas schwieriger geworden. In der Umgebung war ein toller BurgerLaden das Kennedy Space Center beziehungsweise Melbourne waren gut mit dem PKW zu erreichen. Zum Strand hatten wir ebenfalls nur eine zehnminütige Fahrt.Kleine Besonderheit: hier waren sogar die Parkplätze kostenlos. Wir haben die Zeit also sehr genossen.

This has been our second home the last 2 years - a wonderful respite from the cold and snow of the north. Jeremiah is a wonderful host who is very responsive. The house has all that you need for an extended stay with comfortable beds and a cosy loving room. The water view can’t be beat!!! We can’t wait to come back!

The ‘Splashing Pelican’ is absolutely AWESOME!!! Exquisite decor, upscale living room with fireplace (!) and smart tv, gorgeous dining room with settings for 6 (!), kitchen with every comfort needed…. 2 beautiful bdrms with tv’s, again the decor and plenty of storage in each… hall bathroom, filled with soft towels, great shower, soaps, shampoos, first aid kit, etc, … master bdrm in the rear… yummy…private bath, cubbies, side tables, storage and seashells everywhere… private back deck, with spiral staircase leading up to the deck. And, before I forget, the gorgeous windows … huge, so pretty, bringing the outside in! The location is the east side of the inland waterway.. the houseboat is anchored at the beginning of a long private pier. Finally, top deck, also accessed from front deck..WOW!screened porch with 2 couches, dining table for 6, smart tv. Outside deck has 4 loungers, high table for 4 with umbrella, settee with matching chairs, second umbrella and a hot tub! Sunsets galore❤️

We were in town to take our kiddos to see a Space X launch. We were traveling with our kids and 2 dogs. Brandon's place was perfect. The dogs had a blast in the fenced yard. We made smores in the fire pit. Brandon gave us awesome recommendations on where to watch the launch and we took our dogs to the dog beach he suggested in the guide. Brandon's place was super clean, had everything we needed, and was in a safe neighborhood. He was super friendly and helpful. The AirBNB was even better than the photos. Highly recommend this host. Thanks for being a rockstar host Brandon!

We greatly enjoyed out stay with Sue. She was very responsive and helpful from the initial booking and throughout our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable with many nice amenities; area information, coffee, wine glasses and much more. The location is very close to so many things from a grocery store to pharmacy, to many restaurants to a water front park to the beach...Sue and her husband were very helpful providing information on things to do in the area as well.

Wonderful place to stay walk to the beach. Everything we needed was available in the house. Three great restaurants within easy walking distance. Amy had left recommendations for others in the area. Everything provided that we needed for the beach. Amy was proactive, easy to reach and was readily available if needed. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay manattee cottage. It is characterful, very comfortable, and well equipped. The lakeside setting is idyllic and we enjoyed fishing and kayaking while encountering dolphins and manatees. It is conveniently located for Melbourne downtown and within 15 mins drive of Melbourne beach, and within 30 mins drive of Cocoa beach. Exactly as described. Comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. We had all the gear we needed for beach days (stored in the garage) which was great! The house is an easy drive to the beach (less than 5 min) and even walkable (about 15 min). Susan is a friendly and responsive host. She was proactive and also responded quickly to our queries. Would definitely stay again!
