What a great stay! Right on the beach but also super private behind some dunes. House is very clean. TONS of extras, beach chairs, fishing gear, BBQ, etc. I think there is a bit of a pay-it-forward situation going with the beach amenities. To that end we bought and left 2 new boogie boards. Upstairs bedroom gets FREEZING cold if you set the air below 72 degrees. But 72 worked great, just a heads up for future renters. The rentals next door allow pets and we had some snarling/barking dogs in the yard which was really annoying but that's not Mark's fault. Amazing stay, we are already booked for next year.

One of the best Airbnb‘s, we stayed in. I went to celebrate my birthday and Lisa left a very special wine glass and a bottle of wine for us, which made my day! Lisa is very friendly, helpful with checking in and out, we were able to get in earlier and leave a bit later. The townhouse has everything you might need and more, tons of stuff for kiddos. Beach supplies, chairs including towels and bug sprays, tons of board games and puzzles. The beach is super close so you can walk and enjoy the outdoors. We will be back!

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. It’s a perfect location with beach access. Condo was as described and just like the photos. We would definitely stay again.

Marianne's beachfront townhome is a wonderful home base in the beautiful beach town of Melbourne Beach. I especially loved all of the big windows to soak in the gorgeous view of the ocean from the den. I highly recommend Marianne's home for a beachfront getaway in Melbourne Beach.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Beautifully decorated with a homey feel. Amenities for every age. Nice and easy walk to a quiet beach. Towels, chairs, coolers and toys for the beach were provided. 2 kayaks and all the safety equipment are there to use as well. The backyard area is awesome as well! There was nothing that this home didn’t have to offer. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

We loved the house and the host. Our family was able to spread out but spend time together. We felt this was a safe area, we would love to come back sometime . Merry took care of all of our questions and needs. We loved that they had so many things there and we didn't have to worry about bringing as much with flying .

There was a plumbing problem and Paula took care of it right away! Wonderful week on the island😎 Love this laid back area❤️

My daughter stayed at Kristine's and she loved it. She said it was comfortable, convenient and safe. Kristine was so helpful when we had a date mix up and couldn't have been kinder to my daughter who was on her first trip abroad alone. I would highly recommend.

Steve was very attentive and his place was like being at home. Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to a wide variety of restaurants, beaches, and fun nightlife. I will definitely come back.

Jennifer and all the people that work with her are amazing and on it! The place was clean and huge, minimalist and relaxing, upon arrival. Jennifer was always quick and responsive to my needs and questions. Beds are comfy, linens soft and new. A nicely outfitted kitchen, all my basic needs were met, anything else I needed was easily accessible on foot, nice shopping blocks away and a Publix grocery very close by. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Jennifer is very welcoming to pets, which seems to be rarer these days and the neighborhood provides nice walking and a close by is a park with lakes to walk around. I would recommend staying here and at any listing of Jennifer's.

Sandy's condo is in a great location only two blocks from a very nice beach. She has two beach chairs available to use. The neighborhood is quiet. The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a small porch off the master bedroom and also a deck. The porch and deck get the afternoon sun so depending on the time of year you visit it might be to hot to sit on the deck. The main level has a big sectional with lots of seating. Because the condo is the middle unit it tends to be dark on the main floor. Sandy was quick to respond. Kennedy Space Center is worth the visit. Pappagallos Pizza which is a 1/2 mile from the condo was very good. We had the very best meal and service at Islands Fish Grill. It was so good we went back a second time.

A quiet neighborhood, Pay Beach’s and Fort Pierce Inlet State Park entrance was right across the street. Small but comforting home, good for a nice and quick getaway and great for the price. Nelyn was quick to respond with questions we had at our visit and very friendly.

This Airbnb was amazing for our 2 night stay. We booked here same day after our original Airbnb fell through while we were on our way down to space coast. They accepted our request to book really fast and we were there within 2 hours. The townhouse was huge with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The house was very clean and close to the community pool. The sliding glass door in the living room took you to a private fenced in area which was awesome with the littles. They also provided a high chair and pack n play which was really convenient. We will most definitely stay here again.

We had such an amazing trip…thanks to Diane and Carl. They were so friendly, helpful and accommodating! They made us feel right at home and we’d love to come back. Bonus - an amazing shower and super comfy beds!! Another bonus- - their sweet dog, Grisley!!! Thank you Carl and Diane! 🩷

Best place we’ve ever stayed! No complaints whatsoever. They had bikes for the whole family to ride, beach chairs, toys everything we needed they had. Cleanest air b & b, felt safe, excellent location!

It is a very beautiful and updated-lace. I really liked having 3 bathrooms in the place. They were really responsive and fast to get someone to fix the fridge water dispenser. I’m so glad we picked this place up!

This was our second stay at Laura’s place and it was just as great as the first. We love the location and felt right at home. We enjoy having quick access to Melbourne across the bridge ( our daughter attends FIT) but yet being minutes from the beach! Thank you Laura for accommodating us.

Beautifully designed home with gorgeous water views! Heidi the host was super responsive and extremely nice. No details were left out of this spotless and well appointed home. We visited with 4 family members and the house was large enough we didn’t feel cramped at all. The elevator came in handy for luggage and was tucked away nicely. We enjoyed wine out on the terrace overlooking the serene water and watching the birds glide by. Definitely recommend a stay here!!!

This exceeded my expectatations starting with the house to Jason's responsiveness. I travel to Melbourne at least once a year and will use him again.

Everything was great!! Very cozy place to stay with the family. Enjoyed the pool but yet was close enough to enjoy the beaches as well. Had amenities to use at the beach which was great as we flew in from WI so we were not able to bring chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and some toys for the young ones. Would definitely recommend to anybody and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Andrei helped set us up with a local rental car and had it delivered to the Orlando airport for us. Andrei was a great help in making this a great family trip. 5 stars all the way around!!!
